Undead Mage from a Cell

Chapter 893: Chapter 891: Lord of Three Lions and Lord of Skeletons

[Cloning Peas (Green): Place them on the specified item, and the cloning peas will automatically replicate the contacted item. Depending on the size of the item, it can produce two to three identical items.]

By the Evil Wood Lake in the Magic Plant District, Gu Xi dragged out Anna’s corpse and placed it on the long-prepared Undead Transformation Altar.

Gu Xi raised his hand, releasing thirty necromancers to surround the Undead Transformation Altar.

Simultaneously, that cloning pea was placed at the center of Anna’s forehead.

Then Gu Xi placed several different things on various parts of Anna’s corpse.

Most importantly, he took out a black jar.

This black jar was filled with a special potion.

Eve had specially prepared this for the undead transformation last time.

Currently in Yaliduoli, only Gu Xi uses this item.

Gu Xi now directly had everything brought over.

Unlike the previous handling of Anna’s body.

Since the target this time was determined to be a ghost transformation, Gu Xi did not apply these potions to the corpse.

Instead, he placed them on the altar.

After arranging everything, Gu Xi swiftly began to act.

Having mastered the Undead Transformation Skill, Gu Xi no longer needed to be overly cautious like before; he only needed to perform an undead transformation as if using the Soul Summoning Skill.

As Gu Xi infused mana into the Undead Transformation Altar, Anna’s body exploded on the spot.

At this moment, a deep blue glow flew out from Anna’s corpse.

Just as this deep blue glow flew out, it touched the cloning pea placed at the forehead position.

This was precisely why Gu Xi placed the cloning pea here; a deep blue glow, under the effect of the cloning pea, split into three parts, which quickly fused together and kept spinning in front of Gu Xi.

As the deep blue light concentrated, Gu Xi discovered an Anna appeared before him in ghostly form.

This Anna, like the others, had the same face, wrapped in a black cloth of unknown origin.

Under the black cloth, Gu Xi could clearly feel that Anna’s shoulders had high protrusions, as if each shoulder had grown a head.

Gu Xi had a feeling that the cloning peas failed and simply replicated Anna’s soul’s head.

Fortunately, next, as Anna’s body floated forward, Gu Xi noticed her shoulder sides.

They were ghostly eagle and lion heads.

Though these beast heads had Anna’s expressions in their eyes, they had clearly become part of the shoulder armor.

However, for some reason, this Anna seemed displeased with this situation, preferring to use the black cloth to cover everything, unwilling to face it.

Floating before Gu Xi, Anna nodded at him but just glanced at Gu Xi before turning to float away.

At this moment, Gu Xi could only see some of Anna’s information, without even the chance to speak.

[Name: Anna (Lord of Three Lions, Member of the Grand Princess Council)]

Race: Ghost

Level: Level 7 (0/5000)

Talent: Royal Advisor (Intelligence starts 4 points higher than others)

Status: Life (450/450), Mana (1040/1040)

Attributes: Power 5.6, agility 5.7, Constitution 3.5, Intelligence 9.4, Perception 2.7, Charm 2.6

Skills: Soul Summoning Skill Level 4, Strategy Level 5, Offensive Skill Level 5...

Before Gu Xi could clearly review Lord of Three Lions Anna’s details, Anna had already disappeared before him.

Watching the back of this departing Lord of Three Lions, Gu Xi had only one question in mind: what exactly did the three lions represent?

While Gu Xi was still puzzled, at the spot where the Lord of Three Lions had just left, Eldest Princess Anna arrived with the Lord of Mercury.

The newly transformed Lord of Three Lions followed behind Eldest Princess Anna.

”Sir.”

”How is the situation? Has the army been fully counted?”

Gu Xi did not inquire about the Lord of Three Lions issues; they were matters of Eldest Princess Anna’s Grand Princess Council, unrelated to Gu Xi.

He was more concerned about the enemy’s situation.

”It has been fully counted. According to the information from Shaya, the enemy appeared approximately five hundred miles outside the Garrison Gate.

Their numbers are nearly thirty thousand, the main force is eight thousand, all at Level 10 and above, the rest are cannon fodder, three-tenths are at Level 8, and the remainder are close to Level 6.”

Upon hearing this news, Gu Xi’s expression grew grim.

Eight thousand troops at Level 10 and above.

This directly overwhelmed Gu Xi’s forces.

”How many troops of Level 10 and above do we have? Does the opponent have even stronger elite units?”

Eldest Princess Anna was well-prepared for these questions asked by Gu Xi.

”Our troops of Level 10 and above number around seven hundred, which includes some barely reaching Level 10 and those among our batch of Level 15 and above elites.

The opponent likely has existences close to Level 20, but they shouldn’t exceed Level 20.

In this area, we still have an opportunity.”

Gu Xi shook his head knowingly, realizing that Yalidu City was newly built, and troops of Level 8 and above were only summoned during this period due to Gu Xi’s summoning, with Double Death disregarding effects like Undead Enhancement.

A deceased’s pre-death level determines the level of the transformed undead.

Currently, Gu Xi holds many troops, but genuinely few at Level 10 and above.

Although he possesses a batch of Level 20 or higher Hellhounds, distributed here and there, their numbers are already scarce.

To directly face over eight thousand enemies at around Level 10, they can win, but losses are inevitable.

After listening to Anna’s report on the situation here, Gu Xi paused for a moment.

”How many heroes do we have now, and what are their capabilities? I have an idea: lure the opponent’s Level 8 cannon fodder units to one side, then intercept a division of their Level 10 units.

We will convert a batch of Level 10 undead troops on site for use.”

”The plan is feasible, but it requires finding these newly converted Level 10 undead in Yalidu City quickly and deploying them to the battlefield swiftly.”

”Luna can’t handle this. Eldest Princess Anna, does your Grand Princess Council have anyone who can manage this task?”

”Yes, Lord of Skeletons possesses strong logistical abilities and can handle this.”

The Lord of Skeletons mentioned by Eldest Princess Anna refers to the newly transformed Anna, brought to Yalidu City through Double Death.

Hearing Eldest Princess Anna speak with such assurance, Gu Xi nodded.

”Alright, let’s proceed like this: strike quickly and retreat swiftly, aiming to eliminate all enemies in the shortest time possible.”
