Counterfeit Hero

This is the most elite armored unit of the Northern Alliance, possessing years of prowess in mecha control and close combat fighting skills. The average hand speed reaches 43 movements! This is almost unimaginable in the armies of other countries. Moreover, the combination of sect techniques and battlefield combat makes this company the brightest star of the Northern Alliance. Among them, many were once core disciples of various major sects. In the mecha rank assessment, most have also obtained the title of Mechanical Knight.

”If you surrender, you will be given appropriate courtesy.” Lampkin’s voice spread far through the mecha loudspeaker. With a thick Chris Fran accent, it exuded composure and confidence: ”Otherwise, you and your mechas will be completely destroyed!”

Lampkin’s words sparked a frenzy of cheers from the surrounding Northern Alliance infantry.

In their perspective, since Lampkin said so, victory must be in their grasp. In fact, they see it as such. Those green Fatty mechas can only struggle to defend themselves within the encirclement, having no chance to counterattack at all.

Some shouted, ”Hurry up and surrender!”

Others jeered, ”Take them down!”

One voice after another converged, like a tidal wave, rising higher and higher.

However, neither Lampkin nor the other Mechanical Warriors and surrounding infantry noticed one problem: amidst the bandit army’s seemingly arduous resistance and evasive maneuvers, the entire battlefield was inching closer to the left-wing defense line of the infantry.

”Even though your techniques are impressive...” Fatty shouted: ”You cannot intimidate the brave bandit army! Our spirit is unconquerable! Brave and unyielding is what describes us!”

”Then get ready to become mashed meat!” Lampkin felt this guy was utterly brainless, sneered coldly: ”The opportunity is something you yourselves squandered!”

”What do you want to do?” Fatty’s voice carried panic, fear, and blustering courage like a farmer’s wife being taken hostage in a sorghum field: ”What do you want to do?!”

”Reinforce......” Lampkin commanded sharply, but his words were interrupted by Fatty.

”Hey, whoever, you haven’t answered me, who taught you the Black Dragon Sect technique?” Fatty asked like a carefree and curious little kid.

Lampkin’s sentence was blocked back halfway, almost causing him to choke on his own words.

”None of your damn business!” The Mech Knight, seeing victory within reach, said viciously. At the same time, the mecha lunged in the air. In a twist and kick followed by a claw strike – another typical Black Dragon Sect technique – Griffin Strike.

”Not my damn business....” Fatty, punching swiftly, rapidly knocked away the oncoming Sphinx mechas, chuckled foolishly, stepped aside nimbly, and precisely maneuvered according to the little kid’s designed ”Wave Riding Skill,” elegantly avoiding the Sphinx’s strike, grabbed its two hind legs in his hand, lifting it upside down, calmly said: ”Never mind then.”

The words had barely fallen when his arms shook and his foot came down with a chop.

With a loud bang, the mecha in his hands was torn and split into two halves.

Suddenly, the situation changed dramatically.

The surrounding Northern Alliance soldiers, who were getting increasingly riled up, were like having their throats grabbed, their cries abruptly ceasing.

Fatty swung the heavy wreckage of the mecha in his hand with great vigor, smashing it headlong into the nearby Sphinx mechas. With several consecutive loud bangs, those Sphinxes that had just been jumping around Fatty threateningly were immediately smashed to pieces.

Fatty’s sudden attack was akin to sounding the horn for assault.

In an instant, the Northern Alliance soldiers could only see the ten green mechas, which had just only been able to defend themselves, suddenly become like different creatures. They joined the Guards’ mecha group, punching and kicking, unstoppable in combat. One Sphinx after another was killed, shattered, or transformed into a blazing fireball, having no chance to resist at all.

”You guys think you’re worthy to make us surrender?”

Fatty’s voice was far more menacing than the Mech Knight he had crushed into pulp: ”Tell them your names.”

The green Rangers stormed through the mecha group, like thunder and lightning.

One voice after another rang out.

”Bandit army Sharp Blade Company warrior, Black Dragon Sect Level 1 Mecha Commander, Alec Cowell!”

”Bandit army soldier, Tai Sect Level 3 Mecha Commander, Igor Jaffery!”

”Bandit army warrior, Storm Dao Level 1 Mecha Commander, Christopher Waden!”

The names, as loud as thunder, shocked all the Northern Alliance soldiers.

”Bandit army warrior, Mingxin Sect, Second-level Commander........” Alongside the cold declaration of names was the relentless and fierce attack of the green mechas, stirring up a scene of bloody chaos.

One name after another echoed above the base, while one Sphinx after another became ghosts at the hands of these name owners.

”Bandit army warrior, Thousand Army Sect Level 3 War God, Isodar Wagstaff!”

When the last name rang out, all the Northern Alliance soldiers were utterly dumbfounded.

Eighty, seventy, sixty... In the mecha group, the green mechas were like ten Death Gods with a mutual understanding. Each time their scythes swung, they neatly harvested the souls of ten Sphinxes.

Although everyone knew the Sect Mutual Aid Alliance in Puluo Town gathered many sects, nobody ever thought about who was in this mecha team that turned Central City upside down.
