Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 360: Volume 5 Chapter 7 Going It Alone_2

Even the conviction of certain death will collapse in despair.

Mythical Soldiers are not afraid of death, but they fear dying for nothing, dying wronged.

Mythical Soldiers are also not afraid of the ninth-generation mecha [Hunters] that have overwhelming superiority against [Vajra], they just hope the enemy can fight them openly and fairly.

However, such a thought is nothing but a luxury!

These Leray people are the most terrifying assassins in the world, as well as the most despicable and shameless bastards!

They maneuver on the battlefield, dispersing and converging, working together seamlessly, with strange tactics and tightly organized clear divisions of labor!

Those responsible for luring tease provocatively, swaying seductively to entice the enemy, while those ready to strike lurk like ghosts beside them.

Those acting perform realistically with their heavily scarred mecha, slowly swaying before each [Vajra], as if a slight touch would make them collapse.

Those attracting fire harass continuously, using all kinds of foul-mouthed and obscene tricks to provoke, and once they grab the enemy’s attention, they turn and flee, scattering the enemy’s formation to exploit it with speed.

Those responsible for encirclement suddenly gather at high speed, like nails to a magnet, stabbing ion daggers into an enemy in an instant, combining kills that are impossible to defend against!

Those responsible for annihilation hunt down injured enemies, while those responsible for rescue lead a gang of rogues patrolling, swarming to help their own when in danger.

They target the grassroots commanders of the Mythical Mecha Group, always attacking with more against fewer and the strong against the weak; they are more cunning than foxes, more ferocious than wolves, with no mercy at all. One after another, disabled [Vajra] are destroyed by them, their ruthlessness appalling!

Even if they can defeat the enemy head-on one-on-one, they never take risks alone.

They are like a group of old virgins clenching their chastity tightly between their legs, not even giving men an opportunity to flirt, screaming and running away at the slightest hint of danger.

Their wolf-pack tactics, their ripple-like cover, are employed even more skillfully than by the Mythical Army.

Zero to forty!

The Mythical Second Group suffered the most brutal blow in an instant! They didn’t even have a chance to destroy a single [Warrior Pioneer] that was taking advantage and attacking underhandedly behind those [Hunters]!

To all of this, Osullivan turned a blind eye.

This situation was already destined before he launched the assault. One exploding mecha after another, whether friend or foe, were merely dazzling fireworks on his path of revenge at this moment!

He turned on the mecha’s sound system, traversing the battlefield full of slaughter and fierce fire with soft light music playing.

The [Vajra] that were guarding his side were destroyed or diverted, and he didn’t even bother to glance at them, moving alone through the chaotic battlefield like a robot devoid of feelings.

Some of the [Hunters] who tried to attack this [Walker] soon gave up, realizing that this speed-famous [Walker] was not slower than a [Hunter], and its driver was definitely a speed-type expert! Without gathering enough strength and paying a significant price, they could not easily destroy this mecha that rarely took the initiative in attacks!

A few minutes later, Osullivan spotted his target...the tattered [Magic Beast] that disappeared from the charging formation at the moment of contact amid the mecha group!

At this moment, the tattered [Magic Beast] just broke free from the chase of two [Vajra] and was sneakily approaching another [Vajra] from behind. Behind him, the two [Vajra] he had lured were caught in a pincer attack by five [Hunters] and two [Honor 15].

The [Magic Beast]’s attack launched quickly, darting along the ground like a flash to the back of the [Vajra] desperately pouring out firepower in flickering flames.

The [Vajra]’s attention was entirely drawn by the two shameless [Warrior Pioneers] in front of it, and the [Magic Beast] leaped on it like a hunting dog, within a moment rendering its prey unable to resist, crashing to the ground.

As the [Vajra] fell, the [Magic Beast] jumped away like a frightened little rabbit, its panicked and innocent demeanor making it seem unconnected to the killer. This seemingly innocent evasion appeared to be a long-cultivated instinct of this despicable guy!

The [Walker] closed in on [Magic Beast] silently and stealthily.

Osullivan’s lips curled into a cold smile! He didn’t know if the incredibly fierce mecha in the Desic Hunter Corps battlefield records was piloted by the same groveling Fatty from before, but he knew this person had destroyed him and the entire Mythical Second Group.

The sunset had already sunk below the horizon completely, the fiery clouds at the horizon dimming; within a few minutes, dusk had turned into night.

The mecha’s energy cannon muzzle spat out red light, energy bullets whistled through, landing on the ground, landing on the mecha, bursting into crimson flares. The white flashes of explosions shone, fire on the wreckage crackled, flickering, while the beams of mechas crisscrossing shook in the night, flashing left and right.
