I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1724: 23.43 Second Grey Star - Zhe-yeye

The world eater had just awakened his ego and come to find his beloved, only to see him alone at the ice rink, lonely and desolate. He panicked when he saw Yun Luan falling on the cold ground, and it looked like it was a bad fall. He immediately looks for his skating shoes just so he can take away his injured beloved on that cold stage.

An Zhe was very careful when he carried Yun Luan out of the ice rink and even placed him to sit on a padded couch. He intended to remove his shoes before carrying him away to the clinic, only for him to hear his belovedʼs pleading voice saying,

ʼPlease… please donʼt ignore me…ʼ

Such a simple request. Anyone can do it. However, Yun Luan begged for such a simple thing. Is it because he used to have everything, only for it to be stolen away? After not having expectations in life, Yun Luan finally met An Zhe, who started changing his life. However, he didnʼt want An Zhe to disappear from his life. After all, he is the first person in this world who changed his life for the better and the only man who treats him as someone important.

Yun Luan was afraid of changing again. He is already tired and helpless. In his current life, An Zhe and the Ye family are the ones who changed him. However, comparing the Ye family to An Zhe, for Yun Luan, An Zhe is positioned higher than the other in his heart. Thatʼs why An Zheʼs action changed last night. The one most affected was Yun Luan.

When Yun Luan received a message from his twin brother about meeting An Zhe, he finally broke down. His perfect control over himself was out of control. It was because of this that he had slipped and gotten to his current state of being injured.

If itʼs the former, An Zhe, the young man, might be overwhelmed by the situation. However, the soul in An Zheʼs body is no longer the immature soul who doesnʼt know anything. But the world eater, An Shizhe, who loves Hunluan the most in this world. Thus, for him, only Yun Luan, who is the real vessel of Hunluan, was his beloved. Yun Hun, the soul fragment of Hunluan, could never enter the line of sight of An Shizhe. For him, who possessed countless soul fragments scattered all over the universes, he sees them as something merely disposable.

If not for the trial of taking back the soul fragments, An Shizhe would have killed Yun Hun the moment he woke up. He only kept him alive because he needed to be alive for the trial of his son and the need for this soul fragment to heal his belovedʼs soul.

Seeing the tears of Yun Luan makes the world eater uncomfortable. However, he cannot immediately initiate closeness, as the relationship between the two of them is still innocent. None of them has reached adulthood; their vessels are still young. He can only pull a handkerchief out of nowhere and gently wipe Yun Luanʼs tears.

While whispering gently to Yun Luan, An Zhe said, ”I will not ignore you in the future. I promise you this, Luanʼer.”

The gentle touch and the softness of the cloth used to wipe his tears made Yun Luan realize that An Zhe had once again changed. He is no longer distant like this morning. Nor is he as childish as when they first met. He feels stable now, and it has made him extremely comfortable. But this is a change that even Yun Luan can notice. Moreover, he seems to be more gentle and a lot more biased towards him. Even though Yun Luan couldnʼt understand An Zheʼs reason for this, it made him happy at this moment.

Yun Luan didnʼt even notice that he could smile now as he looked at An Zhe, and the corner of his lips was slightly upturned.

He said, ”I believe you, AʼZhe.”

”Letʼs get your wounds treated in the clinic. If I brought you back without treatment… Our s–. Your coach will definitely get angry,” said the World Eater, An Shizhe, as he was about to call Yun Luanʼs coach, Hei Anjing, his son.

Just as An Zhe was about to support Yun Luan to the clinic, the latter unexpectedly raised both of his arms towards An Zhe without saying a word. This action of his just made An Zhe happier, who didnʼt hesitate to carry him in his arms, and the two quietly headed to the clinic to treat Yun Luanʼs wounds. Upon checking Yun Luanʼs injuries,.

Apparently, not only did he hurt his palm. He also scratches a bit of skin on his knees while leaving light wounds and bruises. It looked bad on Yun Luanʼs fair skin, and it made An Zhe a bit worried. Thatʼs why he also carried him back to the mansion without letting him even take a few walks back to the mansion.

Upon arriving at the mansion, An Zhe still carried Yun Luan in his arms, who had fallen asleep. On their way in, the two of them bump into the God of Destruction, and the God of Void instantly notices the changes on An Zhe. Ye Jingxia and the rest of the children also noticed and hesitated in approaching An Zhe, as this was the first time they were meeting their other grandfather.

Ye Jingxia runs towards the entrance upon hearing that An Zhe is back.

”Zhezhe, letʼs play... Hm?”

An Zhe smiled at his grandchildren, but this smile is different from before. They can feel the same feeling of an elderly person watching their grandchildren be playful. Seeing this, Ye Jingxia instinctively hid behind his elder brother, Ye Qinjing.

Ye Jingxia said, ”Dage, he feels different than usual.”

”Donʼt be rude, Xiao Jing,” said Ye Qinjing. He clasped his hands and saluted as he even lowered his head. ”It is a pleasure to meet Grandfather An.”

If their Grandpa Hunluanʼs aura is similar to their dadʼs, Hei Anjing. An Shizhe is like their father, Ye Xiajie, with an even more dangerous aura that can devour them anytime. They didnʼt know the personality of this grandfather, and they hesitated for a moment.

Ye Jingxia was surprised only for a moment and looked excited as he stared at An Zhe. ”World Eater Grandpa?”

”How about calling me Zhe-yeye instead?” An Zhe said. ”However, your grandpa is sleeping. No shouting.”

The children of the God of Destruction and the God of Void no longer show hesitation in approaching An Zhe, as they know that he isnʼt a stranger. Moreover, regardless of the overbearing aura the World Eater possessed,. It doesnʼt seem to affect these children at all. The twin ran towards him and hugged his legs.

Ye Xiajie said, ”Let your Zhe-yeye put Hun-yeye to sleep first. You can play with him after that.”

An Zhe nodded at the couple and teleported directly to Yun Luanʼs room and placed him on the bed gently. He stayed over for a while before he took his leave to meet his children and grandchildren. He didnʼt teleport back and just walked instead. In the living room, he saw his son and his family spending family time together. He can still recall when he and Hunluan got their son the first time. They live quietly on the Ancient Star and spend their lives ordinary yet full of happiness and satisfaction. The world eater misses those days, especially upon seeing this scene.

Upon joining them in the living room, An Zheʼs grandchildren cling to him. The two wardens, who were usually out to keep the coupleʼs schedule arranged, served some drinks and snacks to the room and left. They cannot act like the children who act unaffected by the scary aura of the world eater.

The God of Destruction asked, ”How did you wake up early?”

”I just did what my disciple did to easily find you and wake up in the lower realm worlds. I used my own obsession and yearning, plus a keyword to wake me up. It seems useful~,” said the World Eater, An Shizhe.

”Seems like it,” Ye Xiajie commented.

Hei Anjing said, ”Then we will leave Hunluan to you. If you need us for something, just say a word.”

”Alright. He learned to smile… It wonʼt be hard for him to gain the rest of his emotions. When he does, Luanʼer will wake up naturally,” said the World Eater, An Shizhe. ”However, that soul fragment of his is annoying. I canʼt kill it, can I?”

”Hunluan needs it to strengthen his soul. After all, his vessel hasnʼt been completely created yet,” said Hei Anjing.

An Zhe understood the importance of Yun Hun to his other half and decided to keep that annoying one alive for now.

”Alright. If he doesnʼt agree to voluntary merging, we can use force,” An Zhe said.

The couple agreed to this plan and nodded in agreement. Hei Anjing stood up, preparing to go to the kitchen, and said, ”I will prepare dinner now. Look after the twins.”

”Dad, I will help,” said Ye Qinjing.

Ye Jingxia said, ”Me too!”

Everyone from the Ye family said, ”No! Donʼt go to the kitchen, Xiao Jing!” It seems that the second son of the Ye family is a kitchen killer like Ye Xiajie before he learned how to cook.
