I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1723: 23.42 Second Grey Star - The World Eater, An Shizhe

After An Zhe excused himself and went to the bathroom within the cafe, the dizziness in his head worsened, and he swayed as he found his way to the bathroom. Upon seeing his pale face covered in cold sweat, a worried staff member approached him and asked if he was alright. In his eyes, he looked like someone who was ill and was about to fall unconscious.

The cafe staff asked, ”Sir, are you alright?”

”Iʼm fine. Can you show me the way to the restroom?” asked An Zhe.

The cafe staff nods his head and leads him to the restroom. This facility is unexpectedly quite big, with five stalls and four faucets with a mirror. Before entering, he dismissed the cafe staff and entered. He walked towards the faucet to wash his face. The more he washes his face, the dizzier he gets. What followed was the ringing in his head that almost made him feel like he was deaf.

Finally, he fainted for a moment while leaning on the bathroom faucet.

Once he woke up, his whole demeanor had changed. A pair of sharp eyes looked around and finally stood up properly. He smoothes the creases on his clothes, and the wetness caused by his hands magically dries up. He once again washes his face and flips his wet hair up. His sharp gaze was shown in his reflection in the mirror, with a devilish smirk at the corner of his mouth.

He mumbles, ”It seems that my disciplesʼ way is indeed useful. With obsession and a trigger, I woke up at this moment. The one outside… is simply outrageous? How dare a mere soul fragment go against my Luanʼer~”

After the World Eater, An Shizhe woke up; it took a while before he came out of the restroom. However, unlike his pale complexion from before, he looked completely different from before. He looked refreshed, and his complexion was in good condition. What made it even more surprising was that his presence had intensified. Even though his features were still a bit immature, his demeanor turned sharper with a hint of arrogance. Adding his handsome face to the mix, he looked like a handsome young master.

Those who were staring fell into a trance and could hardly move their eyes from him. Even the cafe staff who helped him over were stunned. It was as if the person he first met changed completely in just a few minutes. Such a thing was simply impossible. However, it happened before them.

Meanwhile, Yun Hun, who was waiting for An Zhe to return, noticed the commotion in the cafe and saw An Zhe returning from the restroom after washing his face. His clean face was exposed, and his hair was a bit dry, leaving a bit of a sexy feeling. When he joined him at his table, Yun Hun didnʼt even notice that he had fallen into a daze and was blushing as he stared at An Zheʼs face.

The world eater had done this intentionally. He didnʼt want this thing that made his other half suffer to get away with it so easily. Let him suffer more about wanting something but never being able to get it.

An Zhe said, ”Sorry for waiting, but I need to return now… Just now, my coach called me to return. It seems he found out that I was sneaking away from training. I apologize for leaving all of a sudden.”

”D-Donʼt worry. If your coach was summoning you, it must be for preparations for the world stage. See you on the world stage, An Zhe,” said Yun Hun with a smile.

Though he stumbled with his first word, he spoke clearly next. If it is the original, Hunluan would remain calm even if the world is about to end before his eyes. An Zheʼs eyes slightly narrowed at this moment, yet returned to normal before Yun Hun noticed. After saying a few more words, he took off without turning his head back. Compared to a mere fragment, he is more worried about his beloved, who hasnʼt fully awakened in his vessel due to the restrictions of this world.

An Shizhe mumbles, ”I wonder how I can help my wife wake up?” He looks at the dark cloud gathering in the sky, but it instantly disperses as if it were helpless, as he couldnʼt punish it as well.

After all, he regains his memories without an outsiderʼs help, and because of this, the world is incapable of descending a flash of heavenly lightning on him as punishment. He didnʼt break any rules after all.

”Heh~ Itʼs helpless against me now~ As long as I donʼt use my abilities, I can retain my original memories and keep my wife by my side,” the world eater mumbles as he prepares to head back to find his beloved in this world. He also needed to see his son, disciple, and grandchildren, who had descended to this world to support him.

—

Back to the cafe, after An Zhe took his leave. Yun Hun was still in dreamland even after the man left. Even though he knew that the reason for his reaction was mostly due to the feelings of the original, he couldnʼt deny that his attraction towards the vessel of An Shizhe in this world was beyond his control.

It took a while before Yun Hun calmed down and was finally determined about something. He mumbles, ”I have to get him. He is the only worthy person to become my partner on the ice stage.”

”Moreover, if I truly get An Zhe, will my elder twin brother break down?”

He looked excited, thinking about this possible future. After buying another cup of coffee, he left the cafe and prepared to return to the Frost Clan. It was thanks to his planning that not only did the Yun family fall under his control, but even the Frost Clan became his. As for Sirius Forest, he made sure his obsession would make him lose his mind. Though he is worried about his son, he knows that with the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness with him, he will remain safe from any harm.

Yun Hun murmurs, ”I canʼt wait to see my brotherʼs reaction when he sees the news this time.”

He noticed some paparazzi taking his and An Zheʼs photos. He was the one who hired this reporter. This way, Yun Luan will think that An Zhe had betrayed him.

—

At the ice rink where Yun Luan chose to practice on his own. However, his mind was not focusing on the sequence he was practicing, and he recalled the reaction of An Zhe last night and this morning. In the eyes of Yun Luan, An Zhe seems to be intentionally ignoring him. For the first time in his life, he slipped while skating. Thankfully, this is a private place, and no one has seen what happened to Yun Luan.

Yun Luan forgot to loosen his gloves; thus, when he fell, not only did he scratch his hand, but he was unlucky enough to get wounded by his fall. It was such a bad fall. But the man who had slipped just sat down, even ignoring the wound on his palm. He waited until the pain in his knees subsided and lowered his head for a bit. He checked his phone only to receive a message from his twin brother. The content of the message was simple. A single sentence and a photo of An Zhe he secretly took while the man was ordering his drink.

{Iʼve borrowed him for a while, brother~}

Seeing this photo, Yun Luan easily recognized him as An Zhe. It was the same An Zhe who had been ignoring him since yesterday and didnʼt even greet him this morning, which he usually does. A stabbing pain in his heart made Yun Luan uncomfortable. He wanted nothing of anything for now and rest. He decided to end his training for today.

Without the mood to continue practicing, Yun Luan prepares to leave to take a nap in the rest area. But before he could stand up on his own, someone had carried him away. It was An Zhe who hurriedly came over to this place after calling his son to ask where Yun Luan was.

An Zhe, with a worried expression on his face, carried Yun Luan within his arms and asked, ”I saw you fall just now. Are you in pain, Luanʼer?”

Yun Luan was surprised to see An Zhen appear here all of a sudden.

He asked, ”Why are you here?” Even though his words were cold, his voice was hoarse, as if he was about to cry anytime now.

An Zhe feels like a jerk. Even though he had lost his memories, he shouldnʼt have treated his other half like this, especially after what happened this morning. Because he was confused about something and it involved Yun Luan, he unconsciously ignored the person due to awkwardness.

He responded as he skated towards the exit and responded, ”I suddenly missed you, Luanʼer~. Thatʼs why I came to find you.”

After coming out of the ice rink, An Zhe gently placed Yun Luan on the seat. Seeing this, Yun Luan was about to remove his shoes, only for his hands to be grabbed.

”Donʼt touch. Youʼll dirty your wound. I will do it,” said An Zhe as he served Yun Luan even more naturally than before.

Yun Luan watches An Zhe move. All the uncomfortable feelings he had before had now burst out. His tears started falling regardless of how expressionless his face was while staring at An Zhe.

He whispers, ”Please… Please donʼt ignore me next time.”
