I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1642 - 22.28 Third Red Star - Fall of the Siegfred Clan

General Ye was enraged by the rumors spreading about him and the current king, Nokto. The two factions simultaneously proceed with the press conference to clear the rumors. The first one to go live was the royal faction.

Royal Knight Xion immediately arranged for the press conference for the royal clan. His task was done fast and immediately. The royal faction had gone live, and their press conference was also being streamed on all kinds of channels in the federation.

Now all channels are focusing on the press conference of His Majesty Nokto.

King Nokto finally appeared on the screen on his back with his two royal knights, Xion and Wolfred. A lot of media personnel had gathered in the press conference room and started asking questions to King Nokto.

A reporter asked, ”Your Majesty Nokto, what is this press conference for? It was unexpected and urgent.”

”There is only one reason for this press conference. It’s about the rumors about the relationship of this king and the General Eye of the Military. I’m sure everyone knows about it already,” said His Majesty Nokto.

Another reporter asked, ”There is indeed a rumor saying that his majesty and General Ye are lovers; is this true?”

Without any hesitation, King Nokto shouted at them, ”Are you guys crazy!? There is no way that’s possible! Do you want me to die!?”

The reporters and all the other people in the room were dumbfounded and speechless. They didn’t expect that His Majesty King Nokto would lose their cool because of one rumor. However, a lot of them sympathize with them. That is the demon general of the Federation after all. His infamous reputation as a merciless man as well as for his cruelty against his enemies made even the people of the federation fear him.

A cold voice suddenly resounded in the press conference room as someone’s sudden entourage entered.

”You got the guts to spread such useless rumors. This is slander! Whoever is spreading these ridiculous rumors shall be punished by the military!”

When everyone looked at the man who was the source of the cold voice, they were all terrified. It was Demon General Ye Xiajie in the flesh. Almost all reporters had backed away and opened a path for him to walk up to the podium.

A reporter trembled and murmured in disbelief, ”Oh my God! It’s the Demon General himself!”

”Hm? Something is weird. Don’t you think his face is a bit too powered, especially towards his left eye?”

”Shss~ shut up! Don’t mention that!”

Everyone can see that hidden clumsily within that powdered face is a light black eye. They were shocked, as they didn’t know who was powerful enough to give this demon general a black eye. As soon as the general walks up the podium, His Majesty Nokto, Royal Knight Xion, and Royal Knight Wolfred stare at his face fearlessly.

His Majesty Nokto couldn’t help but point at him and laugh.

Pfft.

”What the hell is that a black eye? Did Jingjing beat you up? Haha~ Ppffft!”

The two royal knights covered their lover’s uncontrollable mouth and pulled him away from the general, who was giving them a death glare. Explore stories on .Côm

Colonel Lou, who had witnessed the scene of his lord getting beaten up, was trying so hard not to laugh that his expression at this moment became fierce, scaring the people around.

But the other three on the stage looked constipated as they were trying so hard not to laugh with all their might. The other people in the room looked bewildered by their varying expressions but were unable to ask directly.

A reporter took the opportunity and asked, ”Then why is the military suddenly appearing in this press conference? Did the General also hear about the rumors?”

”I heard it alright! Because of these damn rumors, I am told to sleep in the living room!” exclaimed General Ye.

Pfft! Hahaha~

His Majesty Nokto laughed out loud, making the others look at him. They couldn’t understand why the king was so fearless towards the demon general and why the general wasn’t pulling out his sword.

General Ye said, ”Kid if I am unable to sleep in the bedroom tonight, you will have to suffer with me!”

”Haha~ it’s easy to resolve this problem. Just bring the culprit to Jingjing. Let him punish them himself,” suggested His Majesty Nokto.

General Ye thinks that this suggestion is reasonable. He looked at his chief warden and said, ”Wuye, I will leave the press conference to you. I need to pick something for my wife.”

Ye Xiajie urgently left the place and headed to the location where the culprits were. A few reporters followed after the general. After all, anything that involves the demon general is trending news. As for those who are left behind, they can only question King Nokto and Colonel Lou.

The reports started throwing questions at them.

”Your Majesty, who is the person who gave the General a black eye?”

King Nokto answered, ”Who else... Of course, it’s his wife.”

”You guys wanted to know why the military is willing to allow the projects I approve, right? I will tell you right now the real reason. General Ye’s wife is my best friend. It’s normal for the Genre to believe in his wife who trusts me.”

”That’s why I hope that everyone will stop spreading fake rumors such as this. It’s alright if it’s the general who gets angry. But if it’s his wife who did, well, I can only attend your death anniversary next year.”

The reporters were murmuring with one another in disbelief. On the other hand, Colonel Lou Wuye also spoke before the press conference was done.

The Chief Warden said, ”The military will contact all those involved in spreading the rumors, and the source of it, the General, had left to capture them. All that is directly involved in this will be receiving court summonses soon. This press conference is over.”

The ones on the stage had left under the protection of the military. The reporters, upon receiving exclusive news, are now contacting their companies for news releases. Countless trending news comes out of the web.

Trending News:

”General Ye is a married man!”

”Who is Madam Ye?”

”Madam Ye and King Nokto are best friends. The royal family and military are now relatives?”

”The general got a black eye from his wife after hearing the rumors! In anger, the general himself hunts for the source of the rumors!”

The whole federation was exploding with all this trending news, and they all had one question.

{Who is Madam Ye?}

Meanwhile at the General’s Mansion...

General Ye and Colonel Lou Wuye returned, dragging the direct family members of the Siegfred Clan and forcing them to kneel before the mermaid king, who was in his human form.

Hei Anjing’s face was covered in frost seeing the second queen and the familiar face of Second Prince Rion. The only difference is that every man of the Siegfred Clan was shocked to see the mermaid king in the general’s mansion, while the second prince remained expressionless as if a dull doll who didn’t dare to move without any order.

General Ye happily sent his gifts to his wife and said, ”Baby, I caught the guys who spread those ugly rumors! These are the people who sullied my reputation. I only love you; I will never like anyone else.”

”I brought them here so you can punish them yourself. They are the source of that rumor.”

Hei Anjing glanced at the people forced to kneel before him and noticed the emotionless second prince and noticed that this man had given up living for his family and had gone with the flow.

The God of Destruction looked at his husband and rewarded him. A kiss from him was enough to make his man happy.

Hei Anjing said, ”You can pick up your pillows from the living room. Also, cook dinner. I want some hotpot.”

”Alright, Baby. I will make dinner,” said the general as he headed to the kitchen. He never gave the people kneeling on the ground a second look.

On the other hand, the Siegfred Clan, who was forced to kneel on the ground, can still recall the massacre that happened in the Second Prince’s Palace. The cruelty this mermaid king possessed is equivalent to how gorgeous his face is. He is much more merciless than the demon general.

Sensing the cold eyes of the mermaid king on them, even the second queen doesn’t dare to open her vicious mouth. The former arrogant Siegfred Clan’s patriarch was like a muted old man, not even opening his mouth to breathe. The others are worse, as they couldn’t stop themselves from trembling before this being’s presence. They were terrified of him almost instinctively.

Only the second prince remains calm and dazed. He no longer cares what happened to his family or himself. He gave up struggling and let others control him as their wife.

The Mermaid King spoke, ”Warden Lou, send the second prince to the first princess’s palace. Tell her that the Siegfred Clan no longer exists and continue to live your life as siblings and as a member of the royal family. I won’t move the family members of my friend.”

”Yes, Lord Hei!” said Colonel Lou Wuye as he picked up the second prince and separated him from the Siegfred Clan.

The members of the Siegfred Clan didn’t know that the mermaid king was a friend of the current king, his majesty Nokto. After learning about this fact, they felt like fools. They finally understood why the royal family and the military had a close tie.

The relationship between the Mermaid King, General Ye, and His Majesty Nokto isn’t simple at all.

Hei Anjing spoke, ”I hate it when someone tries to tarnish what’s mine.” His voice is as cold as glaciers at the north and south poles.

Before the Siegfred Clan could react, ice-covered their bodies, and they all turned into human popsicles. Hei Anjing turned around, and they all turned into a red mist that spread out of the mansion carried by the wind.
