I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1628 22.15 Third Red Star - Intruder

Meanwhile, at the military headquarters, a siren was ringing within the whole building. It was said that the general was acted by an assassin and that the culprit had run away.

The runaway assassin was none other than Royal Knight Xion, covered in an all-black outfit that hid his face and features. The soldiers were all chasing after him.

”This way! He ran this way!”

”Go encircle over this route and block his path!” Enjoy more content from My Virtual Library Empire

”Something is strange. The security control all over the base is out of control!”

”Tsk! How dare he run after harming the general!?”

”Capture him!”

”Inform the Colonel and Lieutenant Shaka!”

Ugh!

Royal Knight Xion escaped and forced those soldiers who were chasing him to become unconscious, but he didnʼt take their lives. He only came to investigate thought. Who would have believed that the general is indeed just a puppet? That upon touch it would be broken. He kept running away, and his only thought was to leave this place.

ʼShit! Wolfred should be the one doing this kind of strenuous mission! I only like using my brain, but I canʼt fight this many people!ʼ

Bang!

Royal Knight Xion dodged the bullet and saw Lieutenant Shaka blocking his path with a gun.

Lieutenant Shaka said, ”Stay where you are intruder? How dare you harm the general?”

ʼAn aborigine? I can still...ʼ

All of a sudden, Royal Knight Xion felt incoming danger and dodged to the side. He dodged. However, his arm was still cut. When he turned around, he saw Colonel Lou standing on the second floor, looking at him coldly and quietly. Just one look was enough to send shivers down Xionʼs spine. He was attacked countless times and failed to completely dodge all those attacks and is now covered in all kinds of wounds, which intentionally avoided his vitals.

He no longer hesitated and tore a space teleportation scroll, which is a life-saving item he brought with him to escape without worries. Colonel Lou noticed it and immediately jumped down from the second floor and reached out to grab the intruder.

However, the man parried his hand and still escaped. He disappeared on the spot while an emblem was grabbed by Colonel Lou. Staring at the familiar emblem in his hand, Lou Wuye immediately hid it to be given to the general.

Lieutenant Shaka was dumbfounded by the scene of the intruder disappearing on the spot.

”What the hell is that!? He just disappeared!! Is that a ghost!?”

Colonel Lou Wuye stared at the area where the intruder had disappeared and saw remnant traces of spatial scroll being used. This kind of scroll can only exist in Vearth and can be exchanged with points by the gods there. Moreover, the trademark of the Hei Clan was also left behind, which completely erased all traces of space elements in the area.

”Colonel, you also saw that, right?! He disappeared on the spot! Is that teleportation? Maybe he is not even a human.”

Lieutenant Shaka was freaking out. Even though this world is quite futuristic, teleportation is not possible unless they are using a spaceship for a space leap.

Colonel Lou Wuye narrowed his eyes as he fell deep in thought, only to be annoyed by his subordinatesʼ words.

”Calm down. Help with the injured and clean up the place. Tell the guard team to keep vigilant.”

”Yes, sir!” said Lieutenant Shaka.

Back to the Palace. In the Crown Princeʼs chamber...

The man who was being chased by Colonel Lou Wuye and Lieutenant Shaka suddenly appeared. It seems that the teleportation endpoint was wherever the crown prince was.

Whoosh~

Thud!

Royal Knight Xion was badly injured after he was attacked by Colonel Lou Wuye. Lieutenant Shaka can still be avoided. However, the sneak attacks of someone of Colonel Louʼs caliber are hard to predict. Xion was still too late to dodge that manʼs every strike.

”XION!”

The Crown Prince and Royal Knight Wolfred were stunned by Royal Knight Xionʼs state. He indeed looks bad, and if not treated, he might lose a lot of blood.

Crown Prince Nokto frowned as he and Wolfred caught Xion before he fell. The scent of blood spread inside the room, and the former no longer hesitated and used his ability to control plants to grow healing plants on the spot.

This green aura came from the crown prince, and the plant essences entered the body of royal knight Xion, healing his wounds on the spot. Once all the wounds on Xion had closed, Royal Knight Wolfred fed the patient a pill that nourished blood. Only then did the complexion of Royal Knight Xion return to normal.

Crown Prince Nokto asked, ”Had it healed his wounds well? My abilities are restricted, especially when we are not in a forest area.”

”Donʼt worry. Xion is all right now. Those wounds were not vital, but they were too deep, and bleeding for too long would cause him to die slowly. They might have intended to capture him. Thatʼs why Xion had no other choice but to use a teleportation scroll to come back,” said Royal Knight Wolfred.

Crown Prince Nokto asked, ”What do you think of his opponent? Can you defeat him yourself?”

”Very strong. Itʼs impossible for me alone. With Xion, there is a possibility that, with your support, we could defeat him. But...”

Royal Knight Wolfred cut off his word, leaving it incomplete, but Crown Prince Nokto had completed his sentence for him.

”But there is no possibility that he might be alone. If he had a partner by his side, then... it might be impossible for us to defeat the man who Xion fought,” said Crown Prince Nokto.

Royal Knight Xion finally woke up and saw his lovers looking serious while watching over him. As for why he had lovers, itʼs because the soul in the Crown Princeʼs body is his chosen mate. All three of them came from a beast world as their origin, where itʼs normal to be polygamous. They had been together even before they ascended to Vearth.

He couldnʼt help but ask, ”Whatʼs wrong?”

Crown Prince Nokto hugged him in relief, ”Xion, your wake. Thank God. You suddenly fainted.”

”Who did you meet?” asked Royal Knight Wolfred.

Royal Knight Xion comforted Crown Prince Nokto before answering Wolfredʼs question.

”The youngest heir of the Shaka Clan and... the direct subordinate of General Ye as well as the youngest colonel. The General at the headquarters is a fake. As a mere puppet, the one who injured me is Colonel Lou,” answered Royal Knight Xion.

He added, ”The general might be in a coma, as the hidden report said before. Also, that Colonelʼs strength is beyond this worldʼs capabilities.”

”Are you saying he is like us, an outsider?” Royal Knight Wolfred asked.

Crown Prince Nokto said, ”That might be possible. The reason we were sent into this world is because of countless failures of the other world hoppers. It is impossible that the system only sent us over to repair this world.”

”This world is giving me creeps. It is as if the ruler of this world is not just the Heavenly Laws, but something else more powerful than it,” said Royal Knight Xion.

Royal Knight Wolfred said, ”A lot of things have been happening lately: the silver-tailed Mermaid King, the sea dragon that can transform and speak human, and finally someone capable of hurting us. What should we do next?”

The two royal knights looked at the crown prince. When it comes to the final decision, the wife between couples has the highest authority. This is something the three of them had decided on and had been used to.

The crown prince, Nokto, decided and said, ”Letʼs find a way to make contact with the military. If they are an outsider like us, then we can make an alliance.”

”What if they arenʼt like us?” asked Royal Knight Wolfred.

Royal Knight Xion suggested, ”If not, then letʼs find the silver-tailed little mermaid king. When it killed humans before it used teleportation, he was said to have disappeared on the spot. That little mermaid might have used the same item as I do. A teleportation scroll!”

”Alright. I will make some arrangements,” said Crown Prince Nokto.

A few days later...

The royal family had arranged two banquets in the palace. One is arranged by First Princess Rose for her brother, the Second Prince Nokto. Those who were invited were all nobles of the second prince faction.

They had all gathered as per the invitation from the second prince. As mere nobles, they didnʼt have the right to decline the second princeʼs banquet invitation and thus, they all arrived.

The banquet was a private one and only those of the same faction of the second prince had gathered. As the host of the banquet, Second Prince Rion had started the party.

The Second Prince Rion said, ”Welcome to my banquet. You guys have all arrived. Letʼs begin the event.”

The First Princess gestured to the servants to bring in the food for the guests. Countless dishes were brought in, making all the guests feel hungry. However, no one begins to eat unless the Second Prince is the first to taste it.

After the second prince took his part he looked at the guest and said, ”Dig in. This banquet was arranged by me for a reason. We can talk after eating.” With his permission, the guests had all started eating and his night party had officially begun.
