Beneath the Red Dragon

The last scene seen in the giants’ eyes froze on the backs of the Imperial Guard Warriors as they initiated the slaughter.

The formidable strength of the Imperial Guard Warriors, combined with the defense and enhancement of the Achilles Heavy Armor, allowed them to face the power of the Hill Giants head-on.

”Die for me,”

The frenzied Hill Giant’s heavy staff crashed down, having lost all reason at the moment the Mountain Giant fell. Their somewhat clumsy speed made escaping in the face of the Imperial Guard Warriors an impossibility.

But on the Achilles Heavy Armor, the Light of Heart Energy flowed like water, covering the bodies of the Imperial Guard Warriors, maximizing their speed and strength.

The Imperial Guard Warrior stepped down, pressing into the ground directly and rushing into the Hill Giant’s embrace. The spiked shoulder armor struck the Hill Giant’s chest and shoulder, directly neutralizing the attack. Even the heavy body of the Hill Giant was knocked back a few steps by the Imperial Guard Warrior.

However, the Imperial Guard Warrior’s blade was already upon him, moving step by step, the cold light flickering, the sharp edge slicing through the air faster than sound, accompanied by a terrifying echo. When the Hill Giant saw the blade’s light, it was already the moment to greet death.

The giant behind only saw the head of the giant in front rolling down, the blade light already appearing in front of them before the Imperial Guard Warriors themselves.

”In accordance with my master’s will, grant your pitiful souls release!”

The tall body of the Imperial Guard Warrior leapt up from behind the fallen giant’s corpse, the fierce blade directly slicing the bone staff and body of the giant in front of it in half.

With a bang, an Imperial Guard Warrior pulled the heavy blade out of the giant’s body, but the surrounding giants’ heavy hammers had already struck the Imperial Guard Warrior.

The giant’s immense strength caused the heavy armor to visibly dent, hammering the tall Imperial Guard Warrior several meters away, falling into the crowd.

To the side, a Wood Giant swung its chain armor, intending to take the opportunity to kill the Imperial Guard Warrior. But at that moment, a psychic storm roiled, a beam of white light from an Imperial Guard Warrior’s faceplate disturbed the Wood Giant’s spirit, and when it regained its senses, it was already lying on the ground, looking up at these blood-stained demons.

Moreover, the Achilles Heavy Armor on the Imperial Guard Warrior who had been struck by the giant was visibly self-repairing at a speed visible to the naked eye.

”Cough, cough, truly my thoughtful child,”

The Imperial Guard Warrior slowly supported themselves to stand up from the ground, patting the armor that had already returned to its original form.

”It seems that now is not my destined time to return to the Holy Hall,” the Magic Power Eye on the Imperial Guard Warrior’s face armor lit up again,

”Then let the glory of the Imperial judge you despicable heretics!”

He took a breath, once more gripping the vibrating crescent heavy blade in his hand, rushing forward.

These Imperial Guard Warriors have undergone countless battle technique training and combat honing, also receiving continuous Magic Potions and ancient bloodline baptism.

Various Dragon Blood and Demon Blood Potions that others cannot possess are merely auxiliary measures for every enhancement of the Imperial Guard Warriors. Under the planning of the research department, every shortcoming in these guards has been almost completely remedied, making them barrel-like Warriors.

Although the giants’ strength is formidable, in front of the well-trained Imperial Guard Warriors, there are evident flaws.

The Imperial Guard Warriors, forming combat formations and advancing cooperatively, have already seized the initiative on the battlefield. Dozens of giant species at the front, after a moment of confrontation, cannot withstand the impact and destruction of the Imperial Guard Warriors at all.

The giants at the back have already begun to feel retreating thoughts. Each Stone Giant’s actions are slower than the other giant species, which is their advantage at this moment, for they are at the back and thus have the first priority to escape.

But in mid-air, a Warrior wearing Dragon-faced Golden Armor spread his pure white wings, holding the ugly head of the One-eyed Giant Assis in his left hand, floating with a sword in his right, silently overlooking this battlefield.

Seeing the Stone Giants begin to quietly retreat, the gentle expression on Gabriel’s face turned indifferent. He tossed the head of the One-eyed Giant Assis from the air, smashing it in front of the retreating Stone Giant species.

”Even if you step over the head, I cannot offer you the mercy you deserve, even though I have inherited my father’s compassion and tolerance,”

This young Punishment Angel smiled gently again, speaking softly: ”But if you turn around and fight for yourself, as long as you can kill or defeat an Imperial Guard, bestowing a shameful defeat upon these Imperial Guard Warriors, I will let you go, allowing you to leave.”

”This is my mercy as an Emperor’s Punishment Angel, the Commander of the Imperial Guard, Gabriel Gogomola, offered to you!”

”Don’t mind him, he’s alone and can’t stop us. We’ll just charge straight through,” a tall Stone Giant shouted in a muffled voice.

The average height of these Stone Giants is about ten meters. Among the giant species, they are not the most outstanding and are the first to surrender to the power of that Multi-armed Giant, Mogyes.

But these giants aren’t as rough and simple as they appear. Although the Stone Giant was the one shouting, the Stone Giants remained still, while the Hill Giants beside them, stirred up, all agitated and wanted to charge forward.

But the head of the One-eyed Giant Assis placed in front made these giants very apprehensive, preventing them from rashly challenging the enemy’s strength, directly attacking the Golden Armored Angel floating in mid-air.
