Beneath the Red Dragon

Chapter 353: Chapter 137: Small Yet Great (Part 2)

Even across such a vast distance, the Blue Dragon Akzhi could still feel the intense and oppressive waves of magic from that place.

These magic waves grew increasingly violent, driving the surging tides into towering waves tens of meters high, reaching their peak through the life and substantial flesh sacrifices of those Shasha Fishman Priestesses and Casters.

Rumble,

A gigantic arm, like a fish’s fin, rose from the maelstrom sea eye, followed by a ferocious head as terrifying as the most vicious shark.

The cascading tides surged, transforming into watery tornadoes, continually coalescing into the body of this enormous, terrifying creature. A powerful pressure and aura rose from the sea surface, until the entire massive body of the creature fully emerged from the sea eye.

”Retreat, have the warriors in the castle retreat immediately,”

the Blue Dragon Akzhi roared loudly, gazing at the nearly hundred-meter-high Sea Giant, the embodiment of the God of Sharks, Sekla.

The Blue Dragon’s roar was deafening, and the soldiers sounded the horns of retreat.

The blaring of the horns, imbued with magical effects, reached the ears of every warrior.

White Dragons from the underwater ruins climbed ashore, shaking off the black liquid adhered to them. The Young Red Dragon Kedelos hung upside down, climbing over the castle, its slender neck extending, the fierce head probing into the dark castle, shouting loudly, ”The horns of retreat have sounded, it’s time to retreat, brave warriors.”

One by one, archers released their arrows and then calmly withdrew from the castle. The immense shaking of the sea and the surging waves tens of meters high made them realize that this stronghold could no longer provide them with defense.

Meanwhile, the Sea Giant, the embodiment of the God of Sharks, Sekla, drove the waves, dispersing any enemy daring to obstruct before it.

Even the Beastmen’s warships, which dared to block this giant, were mercilessly lifted into the air by the giant and then smashed into pieces under the heavy waves.

The roaring of the tides, more terrifying than the thunderous gallop of a thousand horses on the prairie, accompanied the God of Sharks Sekla as it stepped into the harbor, causing the entire sea level to rise over ten meters high.

Countless Shasha Fishmen rose and fell with the tides, launching an attack alongside the giant’s stride. Yet, those who had entered the harbor earlier were slammed against the sea floor cliffs and rocks by the crashing waves, and some unlucky Fishmen were even thrown out of the water and crushed underfoot by the giant form of the God of Sharks.

This is the God of Sharks, Sekla. You just summon, while he only destroys.

Bang,

The water-formed avatar of Sekla raised an arm composed of flowing water and slammed it down heavily, shattering several wrecked ships floating on the sea surface, sending fragments and splintered wood flying everywhere.

After the shark god Sekla’s embodiment stepped into the harbor, the Beastmen’s fleet had long ceased their bombardment of the harbor, clearing a path to avoid any misunderstanding.

But in that white castle, the roar of flames was still echoing. At a third-floor window, two Green-skinned Gunners persistently loaded and fired.

Even as the Elf Archers around them continued to retreat, they shouted with fanatical fervor, ”There’s still time; we can get one more shot in. Quick, I’m going to hit that big guy one more time.”

”Oh, insignificant life, yet possessing such great courage, daring to attack the great divine spirit!”

The God of Sharks, Sekla, who was being bombarded, now had an expression that had come to life, stepping heavily to the low castle front, lowering its head to peer through the third-floor window, curious to see these small beings.

”Damn you, ugly big guy,” The green-skinned gunner, trembling all over from the giant’s imposing presence, shakily lit the cannon, and the shot fired out, directly piercing the eye of the Sea Giant, turning back into a droplet of water.

Roar,

”You damn little things, you have enraged me,”

The Sea Giant wasn’t harmed but was enraged, lifting its head, its enormous arms embracing the castle, starting to shake it.

The sturdy castle now began to quake and tremble under the giant’s assault, tiny cracks gradually widening, spreading like a web.

Crack, crack, the entire castle began to tilt, the enormous pressure and external forces causing the massive castle to collapse, with huge stones falling into the sea, splashing heavy water droplets.

The two terrified Green-skinned Gunners hugged each other, trembling and shouting, ”We’re going to die, we’re going to die!”

But suddenly, one of the Green-skinned Gunners snapped out of it, shouting loudly, ”We’re going to die anyway, might as well hit him with one last shot.”

His companion also came to his senses, an insane grin on his ugly face, laughing loudly, ”Then let’s fire one more shot and let this ugly big guy taste our power.”

The constantly shaking castle made movements for the two greenskins difficult, but they still shakily loaded the cannonball, lit the fuse, unleashing the final blast.

Boom, the roar of the cannonfire and the collapse of the castle echoed in the final aftermath.

As they fell, the two Green-skinned Gunners, in a daze, saw in the distance atop the mountains, the Dragon Sanctuary.

Countless Heroic Spirits surrounded it, discussing among themselves, with Kobolds, Jackal-Wolf Men, Centaurs, and Elves, but not a single Green-skinned Goblin.

But at this moment, they all turned their gaze over, smiling as if in welcome.
