I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1280: 18.118 First Grey Star - Because in my eyes you and him are the same

Now that there were no outsiders within their group, the two parents and kids went to the small world after reprimanding the two cubs belonging to the Ye Family. Unexpectedly, Mo Xuejing—who had never utilized the little world before—was the one who made this suggestion.

He felt uneasy knowing what kind of existence Hei Anjing was to Ye Jieye because he had been informed about the existence of the original soul.

A piece of the soul. a segment that is linked to Hei Anjing, the primary soul. It cannot alter who he truly is, even if he was born under the name Mo Xuejing and has lived a life like to that of a regular person. However, as soon as the original gave him his powers, everything came under his control, and it felt as though he had reclaimed what had been lost.

Despite maintaining a composed front, he was experiencing a significant shift in himself for an unknown reason, which caused him to become anxious.

Inside the small world, in the mansion at the center of the world.

Unexpectedly, Mo Xuejing is in the kitchen today instead of Ye Jieye as usual. This time, he was the one who prepared lunch. Mo Xuejing prepared a little feast without giving it any thought. It is exactly the same as the time he teleported. He does not have to consider how to go about doing it. All it would take for his body to move was a single thought.

Mo Xuejing prepared a unique and delectable meal that the family appreciated. Throughout the entire meal, he was grinning. The two cubs had been playing all morning and had only eaten snacks when they were finally full for the first time and went to sleep. After carrying them to the childrenʼs room, Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing allowed them to sleep there.

Mo Xuejing eventually stepped outside and headed for the garden. A wooden swing that could accommodate five individuals or more hung beneath the massive wisteria tree.

Mo Xuejing sat on the swing and enjoyed the sight of the many flowers growing in front of him. He is surrounded by an excessively lovely view, but he is not feeling joyful for some reason. Ye Jieye sat next to Mo Xuejing after following him in silence. He had seen his wifeʼs unusual behavior for a long time. Mo Xuejing is powerless over those delicate actions, which resemble those of Hei Anjing.

Because his body moved before his mind, Mo Xuejingʼs action was instinctive and beyond his control.

Mo Xuejing rests his shoulder against Ye Jieye. At least he had control over this activity. Ye Jieye gave his sweetheart a waist embrace before allowing her to rest on him more comfortably. They continued in this state of stillness. Ye Jieye observed Mo Xuejingʼs changes but never asked why. Such acts are commonplace to him, yet they are out of Mo Xuejingʼs control.

”AʼYe, Iʼm scared,” Mo Xuejing said.

These were the first words said after that silence. These are the kinds of things that Hei Anjing would never say. Ultimately, he has no fear of anything in this world. However, Mo Xuejing is not like the other soul fragments; he is a fragment of a soul that has lived its own existence. The only distinction is that he has no recollections of the original.

This is the reason he finds these shifts so unsettling.

Ye Jieye asked, ”What are you so afraid of? Iʼm here. Nothing will be able to hurt you.”

”Iʼm changing. I do not know why. I was born without emotions until I met you and the children. Suddenly everything changed. I couldnʼt explain, but... I know something in me has changed,” Mo Xuejing said.

Ye Jieye said, ”Youʼve become powerful. Are you afraid of your abilities?”

”No! Itʼs not that. Iʼm afraid I am changing into a different kind of person. Maybe I will continue to change, and in the end, Mo Xuejing will no longer exist.”

Silence descended in the area. Ye Jieye instantly understood what Mo Xuejing was trying to say.

The God of Void looked at his lover and asked, ”Iʼve also changed a lot. You should know the changes the most. After all, you know who Ye Jieye is and how you treated him before I took over. How come you arenʼt afraid of me instead?”

”Is your situation the same as mine?” Mo Xuejing asked. He was asking if he had met someone who said that they were the same person despite looking completely different from one another.

Ye Jieye said, ”No. In my case, itʼs a complete takeover. The original soul in this body is not a part of me. So I can only sleep until I leave this world. I have completed his wish for the compensation of taking over his body. So arenʼt you afraid of me?”

”No, because you know that I am his soul fragment that you are willing to give me the world. So is it because I am his soul fragment? Is that it?” Mo Xuejing was depressed as he considered it. Thus, there was a reason why his spouse loved him. That makes him a stand-in, does not it? Even thinking about it made him very sad.

Ye Jieye became alarmed at the man next to himʼs abrupt stillness. Although he had never been adept with words, he was very open about how he felt about his beloved.

”You are not a substitute and will never be. I love you because you are a part of him and because you are you. Mo Xuejing, never deny your origin, thatʼs what makes you real. You are you and you are him. Because in my eyes you and him are the same, so my love for you is real. Like how you love me when my situation is the same as yours.

In my eyes, you are only one person, reborn in this world for me to find and to love again. Never doubt yourself. Donʼt be sad or cry. I donʼt like seeing you upset or crying. Just smile and live with me and our children. Forget about anything else.

Just enjoy the moment, but in the end, you and I will still be together for a very long time.” The God of Void said. There were no excuses in his words, only truth and honesty. His words were full of affection.

Hearing this, Mo Xuejing was relieved. As though the weight were lifted from his heart. He had believed all along that Ye Jieyeʼs love for him was only due to Hei Anjing. He was unaware that Ye Jieye was given preferential treatment over the others, even though he was unsure if he was Hei Anjingʼs soul fragment.

Ye Jieye is attracted to him, but he is unwilling to declare his love for him in public since Hei Anjing holds a special place in the God of Voidʼs heart. That is why, upon discovering that the person he is feeling a connection to is actually a piece of his wifeʼs soul, Ye Jieyeʼs uncertainty vanished.

If not for the resemblance that Mo Xuejing and Hei Anjing shared, Ye Jieye would not have treated him as unique in the first place. There is only room for one person in the heart of this God of Void. Because of this, the people he might find appealing would probably end up being the fragments of Hei Anjingʼs soul, and no one elseʼs.

Grinning, Mo Xuejing gave a hearty hug to the man next to him. His soul was flooded with happiness, comforting him as though he had found his one and only solace.

”Yes, we will be together even after this world.” Mo Xuejing accepted the fact that he needed to merge with the original, which is Hei Anjing, so he could live forever with this man. After all, only immortals can live forever.

”Hm. Anything you want, I can give it to you. If you want even my life, I shall give it away. Everything of mine is yours,” Ye Jieye said.

The Ye family made the decision to spend a few days in the little town. Leaving Lu Shang and Leica in charge of the remainder of their group. Mo Yuhan was the first of the three chosen to open their eyes. He felt that he needed to strengthen his physical body before using the remaining energy in the frost ice ball that his cousin had given him, so he did not fully absorb all of its power.

Mo Yuhan felt as though he had overexerted himself throughout the workout, waking up with a numb and stiff body. He appears to be lounging in the sun like a salted fish at the moment, with no intention of flipping himself over. However, the purity of the elemental qi within Mo Yuhan would amaze anyone if they were to check his energy.

somewhat weaker than that of Ye Jingxia or Mo Xuejing, but far purer than that of the Mo Clanʼs ancestor, Mo Xinyue. Mo Yuhan is currently the worldʼs most powerful user of Ice Elemental Ability, aside from the Ye Family members.

A few Mo Clan hunters celebrate their youthful leader. Mo Yuhan is regarded as having direct ancestry, even if he was not the heir. He is, after all, Mo Xuejingʼs blood cousin. The family may now treat him with respect, as he has more strength than any other member of the clan.

Leica thought that his master had gone too far in expending energy on Mo Yuhan. Mo Yuhanʼs physical constraints had been completely erased by Mo Xuejing. In other words, Mo Yuhan will have the chance to transcend to the upper realm provided he develops his body to the point of perfection and becomes a deity in the flesh. That is how amazing of an opportunity Mo Yuhanʼs cousin gave him.

The gods regard Su Jin and Lu Ming as his loving sons, but his potential is even greater. When Mo Yuhan achieved the highest level of strength in the world, all limitations would be lifted.

Mo Yuhan said, ”This is weird. I canʼt feel my body. Brother Shang, Brother Leica, what should I do?”

”Circulate your aura in your whole body to heal the strains on your muscles. That should do the work,” Leica said

Hmp!

Lu Shang snorted, ”Thatʼs why I told you to train your body. Without a strong vessel, no matter how strong you get, you wouldnʼt be able to use it completely. Starting today, you will begin a different regime from me until then you are forbidden to use your full abilities. You can use it if you are not afraid of turning it into a humanoid ice popsicle.”

”I will not run from training. I promised to fight with AʼMing and Xiao Jin!” Mo Yuhan said.

Leica approached him with a smile, but it didnʼt look like a friendly smile. ”Thatʼs a good attitude. So letʼs begin now, okay?”

”B-Brother Leica, your smile looks scary.”

Mo Yuhan glanced at his hand and legs and heard only a few snapping noises. He noticed his ankles and wrists were encircled with heavy metal. It is the kind that requires a key to unlock and is locked with one. When he attempted to raise his hand and felt the weight on it, his face became pale.

”Brother Leica, what is this?” Mo Yuhan asked with a scared face.

Leica flashed a glowing smile as he held the key to those weights and responded, ”Training tools. You cannot remove them until AʼShang says so.”

Lu Shang glanced at Mo Yuhan with a stern gaze and said, ”Start running in a circle within the barrier. You need to run in a circle 100 times. If you canʼt do that, there will be no lunch for you. All of you guys begin the training.”

”Instructor, I thought we could rest for now.”

”Since you donʼt seem to need to rest and keep looking around and talking, itʼs a waste of time to rest. So just begin your physical training. What? Are you against it?” Lu Shang said as his eyes narrowed at them meaningfully. His eyes were saying that if they dared to say yes, they could only suffer a beating from him, their instructor.

”We are not against it, sir!” The hunters collectively responded and started running after Mo Yuhan. At least they donʼt have the weight the Young Master had on him.
