I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1265: 18.103 First Grey Star - Protagonists of this world.

It is entirely different from how a soul fragment should respond that Mo Xuejing handled it. Compared to the rest, he is more brazen and conceited. Even if at first Mo Xuejing did not give a damn about the others, he was unaware of the World Eaterʼs existence and, even if he did, his identity was different from the original soul. However, at this moment, he is an entirely different person.

Mo Xuejing mumbles, ”I should find him as soon as possible.” He tried to spread his divine consciousness under the sea, but for some reason, it was blocked. It seems that the consciousness of the Heavenly Laws was strongest under the sea instead of on the ground.

Seeing that his consciousness couldnʼt be spared, Mo Xuejing immediately turned around and glared at the Moray Eel not far from him.

”What is the meaning of this?” Mo Xuejing asked with an icy voice.

{Prithee, behold, not at me. This humble one has no ability to control the divinity of this world. I am only a messenger of the heavens.} The Moray Eel said urgently, afraid that he would be killed by this terrifying God before itself.

Translation: [Please donʼt look at me. This humble one has no ability to control the divinity of this world. I am only a messenger of the heavens.]

{The heavens say yond the venʼrable lʼrdʼs soul is full of cracks and incomplete. The corruption beyond what the world consumes and possesses isnʼt too harmful to the current state of the world. That gent pleads for you to stay with us for a while. That gent hadst already fʼreseen yond thy other half shall be successful.}

Translation: [The heavens say that the Venerable Lordʼs soul is full of cracks and incomplete. The corruption that the World Eater possessed is too harmful for the current state of the Venerable. He pleads for you to stay here for a while. He had already foreseen that your other half would be successful.]

With such comments, Mo Xuejing became more composed. With a swift snap of his finger, all the water in this region vanished, leaving the corals unharmed. With a wave of his palm, a table and couch materialized next to him. On the table are some nibbles and a tea set. He appeared irritated as he sat motionless on the couch.

He glared at the huge eel and said, ”If my husband comes back here injured, you shall be grilled.”

{....} The Moray Eel God was speechless.

Mo Xuejing slightly drinks his tea before saying, ”Since I canʼt leave, you look for my children instead. If you donʼt send them here, the whole ocean floor will be in chaos. There is nothing in this world that they are afraid of except me and my husband. There are also two wardens from our side. There is no need to pick them up. Just sending a message will do.”

{As thee wisheth!}

Translation: [As you wish!]

The Moray Eel was relieved that this menacing God had decided to grant their request. As long as his other half was open to listening, they were aware that this Venerable Lord was unique from others. A god who, in his right mind, would be offended, capable of destroying any universe at his whim. Luckily, his family is behaving as though they are shackling him.

He would not simply be killing universes; they would continue to exist in this one.

He communicated in a silent form that only aquatic creatures could comprehend. In addition to sending a message to the two wardens, he gave some of his subordinates the task of scattering across the ocean floor in search of the two children of the Venerable Lord. He learned about the other lords associated with the two Venerable Lords when he received the communication from the sky.

They were still stronger than him, even if they were not as heavenly-defying as the couple. Only the level of a deity like the one in Ji Yoonjunʼs vessel can be faced by him.

His minions who had been lurking in the shadows moved after the message was delivered. A seahorse, an anglerfish, a Mithril isopod, light sea angels, and a crystal sea pig are among the creatures present. As soon as they were given their responsibilities, they moved and fanned out over the ocean floor.

Mo Xuejing looked at this strange-looking sea creature indifferently and carried on eating his munchies.

A massive siphonophore materialized out of nowhere, taking two people along with it. With its long, rope-like appearance drifting through the deep ocean, it resembles a funny string more than an actual animal. Currently grasping onto two recognizable persons. It is Lu Ming and Su Jin, the two main characters on this planet.

Lu Ming shouted, ”Let go of us, you monster!”

”AʼMing, stop struggling. We cannot break through even if we fight with our lives. This seems to be as strong as the Nightmare Beast. Letʼs think of a way first.” Su Jin said.

The moment he saw Mo Xuejing, the enormous siphonophore let grip of the two humans and leaped with surprise. As if it were putting off a meeting with Mo Xuejing, it ceased to float and collapsed to the ground.

Mo Xuejing yawns and says, ”Ignore me. Continue your work.”

It was at that moment that the enormous siphonophore approached its master and informed him that these two people were the ones the heavens desired for him to meet. Then he finished his work and went immediately. The individual at the table was identified by Su Jin and Lu Ming.

”Sister-in-law!” The two called and immediately ran towards him, but some kind of power pulled them back.

A voice resounds in the area; to the two brats, itʼs a mysterious voice, but to Mo Xuejing, itʼs the Moray Eel.

{Venʼrable Lʼrd, I would like to restʼre the watʼr in this area.}

Translation: [Venerable Lord, I would like to restore the water in this area.]

Mo Xuejing responded, ”Permitted.”

Once Mo Xuejing gave his approval, the water in the region surged once more. Mo Xuejing, his table, and his couch are encircled by a large bubble that is steadily floating in the sea. However, the scale that Lu Ming and Su Jin received from Ye Jingxia protected their entire body from becoming wet; in contrast, the water pressure that they experienced was caused by the scale.

Lu Ming was under the most pressure because he had to defend Su Jin as well.

Mo Xuejingʼs words resound under that pressure. ”Use your elemental powers to resist the water. Just because fire is weaker than water, it doesnʼt mean that it can be extinguished right away. The heat of the fire can also be measured by the will of its wielder. Fire also means intense emotions. Wind symbolizes freedom.”

Lu Ming was initially shocked and then perplexed, but after processing what Mo Xuejing had stated, he realized what he had said almost without thinking. Abruptly, a thin, red aura erupted over the water membrane that shielded the two of them. I could feel the waterʼs pressure dwindling as it managed to evaporate the water within an inch of Lu Ming.

However, Lu Ming lethargicly lost control of his happiness before it could fully blossom. The couple is currently feeling as though they were washed in a washing machine. The Moray Eel did not restore the tranquility of the water until he sensed that the two could no longer hang on.

{The heavens belovʼd sons art this week. How wouldst thou beest able to saveth thy wʼrld this way?}

The words of the Moray Eel were directly transmitted and translated into the human language.

So what Lu Ming and Su Jin can hear is, ”The Heavenʼs beloved sons are this weak. How would you be able to save your world this way?”

Lu Ming and Su Jin were both startled by these words. Though Su Jin already knew about this, he didnʼt expect to fully become one of the protagonists.

Su Jin pointed at himself, ”You mean me? I become the protagonist? Impossible! Arenʼt I supposed to be the villain?”

{I doth not knoweth wherefore thee knoweth such things. Thou art forsooth the villain in the world before this. But yond wʼrld hadst been destroyed; the one who wasnʼt destroyed was the fʼrmʼr belovʼd son of the heavens. That gent not only killed his part, but he also destroyed the fate of this world.

That gent was supposed to be punished, but since that gent did gain sentient about the knowledge beyond this world, that gent ascendʼd. As for what has happened next, the deity doesnʼt know.}

Translation: [I do not know why you know such things. You were indeed the villain in the world before this. But that world had been destroyed, and the one who destroyed it was the former beloved son of the heavens. He not only killed his partner but also destroyed the fate of this world. He was supposed to be punished, but since he gained a sense of knowledge beyond this world, he ascended.

As for what happened next, Deity doesnʼt know.]

Su Jin wasnʼt told about the details of what happened after he died. The god, using Ji Yoonjunʼs voice, only said that the former world was destroyed by his brother. But he didnʼt expect him to kill the Lu Ming of that world.

”He killed AʼMing? But why?!” Su Jin asked.

Mo Xuejing, who could guess most details just by the words the Moray Eel God had said, stated, ”If one was forced to follow someoneʼs binding, force to love one he doesnʼt love, force to kill his own family and force one to go against his will, once that kind of man was given power, the first thing they do is destroy everything and gain their freedom, and then...

revenge.” He gave Su Jin a meaningful look.

”This... I cannot tell you. The secrets of the heavens cannot be said by me,” The Moray Eel said.

Unlike the Moray Eel, the restrictions of the heavens on him were lacking. He is too powerful to be restrained. Thatʼs why the heavens use words to convince him. After all, even if he couldnʼt use his divine consciousness to find his husband flipping up the whole ocean floor, it was simple for him. His husband, children, and subordinates can protect themselves even if he does so.

The only reason he didnʼt do so was because his other half hadnʼt finished what he needed to do.

Mo Xuejing glanced at the Eel God and said, ”Tell him you have my permission to do so.”

The Moray Eel only hesitated for a moment but did as he was told. Compared to the Heavenly Laws of his world, the Venerable one before him is a lot stronger.

{Thou art actually was supposed to not exist. Yond issue combated ʼgainst the heavens just to taketh backeth thy backup data, ʼr soul, and did allow thee beest rebʼrn in this world, which was reset afterʼr that gent wast ʼrasʼd. An ʼrasʼd entity like yourself isnʼt supposed to have a soul, but to protect you, that gent chooses to give you a chance of rebirth and ends his cultivation path.

That gentleman gave you his role and lodging. Without a cultivation path, that gent can only beest a mʼrtal. That gent canʼt return to his place as that gent is gone ʼgainst the heavens of this world. That gent can only become a man in anotherʼs world. Without a past, ʼr his memories. Yondʼs wherefore thee cometh the otherʼs protagonist of this world.}

Translation: [You are actually supposed to not exist. That child fought against the heavens just to take back your backup data, or soul, and allowed you to be reborn in this world, which was reset after he was erased. An erased entity like yourself isnʼt supposed to have a soul, but to protect you, he chooses to give you a chance of rebirth and end his cultivation path.

He gave you his role and place. Without a cultivation path, he can only be a mortal. He can never return here, as he has gone against the heavens of this world. He can only become a mortal in another world. Without a past or his memories. [Thatʼs why you become the other protagonist of this world.]

Mo Xuejing added, ”By the way, he canʼt return here unless he becomes a god in that new world he was reborn to. He would be lucky if he was reborn as a part of the worldʼs plot. If he is a cannon fodder, his suffering will continue until he once again breaks through the restraints of the world he was in.”

Su Jin was shocked that he didnʼt know what he was supposed to do next. He stopped functioning and looked at the world before him with an empty gaze.

Lu Ming didnʼt expect him to react like this. He grabbed him and said, ”Wake up, Xiao Jin. Iʼm still here. Even if you lost a brother, I can become your family!”

”Family? Become family!” Su Jin mumbles as if he had found hope.

Lu Ming said, ”Yes! Iʼm your lover. In the future, when you marry me, I will become your only family. We will also have children. Moreover, itʼs not like there wonʼt be someone away to save your brother. There should be someone away like how he saved you.”

”Save, brother. There is a way.”

Su Jin cast a distant, hopeful glance toward Mo Xuejing. He felt, for whatever reason, that he had become one of the beings he could no longer predict based on his recollections of past lives since the Mo Xuejing in this world had changed. In addition to appearing to know more about the language beyond, he treated him like a god capable of providing answers.

Mo Xuejing gave him a playful smile and said, ”Of course, there is a way. But why should I tell you?”
