I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1262: 18.100 First Grey Star - Roi and his Stomachache

Underwater tornadoes that struck the outer region of the Anairam Trench broke up the peaceful evening underwater.

These apocalyptic, similarly-looking disasters are far more dangerous on land than they are underwater because, like land tornadoes, anything this tornado passed through would be sucked into its twirling body, which would eventually lead to one being destroyed within the tornado or thrown above.

Since the sea tornado was not only killing people inside its body but also drowning them, it was almost impossible for any group, not even the Fishmen or Mermaid Tribe, to escape.

Therefore, they made every effort to save as many people as they could, since this territory was under their masterʼs control and these human hunters had paid them for protection and direction, and they could not stand by and watch these men perish.

The Coral Houses occupied by the group led by Satan and his wife are unharmed; upon approaching their coral house, one can observe an invisible barrier shielding it from external attacks.

Lu Shang emerged from their coral abruptly, removing the scale his young lord had given them; Ye Jingxia explained to them the significance of the scales, saying that even though his Lordʼs face appeared to darken at the sight of them, they would be able to breathe underwater as long as they carried them on their bodies.

Some patrol fishermen guards in the area saw Lu Shang come out of his coral houses and immediately scolded him.

”Hey! We told you not to come out! Itʼs dangerous!”

”Run back in! Go back! Dammit!”

”What the hell is he doing?! Why is he walking towards the tornadoes!?”

”Had he lost his mind? Who is his group leader!? Inform his leader and have him taken back.”

”C-Captain... Weʼve checked. That human... I mean man is... Someone from Lord Satanʼs group.”

”What did you say!?” His comrades said while the captain of their group thought of another possibility.

”Are we still stopping him?”

”Of course! We...”

”No! Letʼs watch for a bit. I feel like he wants to do something about the tornadoes.”

Lu Shang was carrying a small boy in his arms, and the Fishmen guards did not even notice that he had a back to them. Lu Shangʼs motivation for being with Ye Jingxia is straightforward: because underwater tornadoes are made of both wind and water, Lu Shang can only control the wind; he can not control the water that gets affected by it.

Lu Shang could only separate the two elements that were mixed together with Ye Jingxiaʼs assistance.

Lu Shang said to Ye Jingxia, ”Young Lord, are you ready?”

”Um! Anytime, Uncle Warden!” Ye Jingxia responded.

The two stood bravely at the few underwater tornadoes that grew larger and stronger as they approached the outer region. Those with the ability to see should be able to see elements of wind and water gathering around these two individuals. It swirls around them as if it were alive and moves in accordance with their will. They were completely in control, like little fairies circling their masters.

The moment the two elements touched the tornadoesʼ surface, they vanished instantly, leaving nothing but peace in their wake; the humans who were sucked into the tornadoes and were fortunate enough to survive floated down the area, and the stunned guards of the Fishmen awoke to save them all; as for the two who had cleared the tornadoes, their reaction seemed indifferent to what they had just done.

Ye Jingxia said, ”Uncle, hurry! Hurry! Xiao Jing isnʼt done eating dinner yet! My food will turn cold!”

”Itʼs okay, Young Lord. You can ask Milord to reheat it for you!” Lu Shang said. He sent back his young lord to the coral house, where his milord and his family stayed.

Ye Jingxia said, ”Oh! Thatʼs also possible!” Then he saw his father waiting at the door and happily said, ”Papa, help Xiao Jing reheat his food!”

Ye Jieye took the cheerful cub from his subordinates and pinched his chubby cheeks. ”Itʼs reheated.” After taking back his boy, he said to Lu Shang. ”Good work. Rest for tonight and leave the rest to me.”

”Yes, Milord.” Lu Shang saluted before taking his leave to cross to the other Coral House, where he lives with his lover and the rest.

The others, who had witnessed the entire scene, were dumbfounded; they had never seen a human being able to make tornadoes disappear underwater in such a way. Nevertheless, despite their shock, Heavenly Guardian Feiʼs people tend to the injured, making sure that no more tragedies occur because this incident happened in their territory.

While Ye Jieye and his group were watching their coral houses, many others were watching them until they shut off the lights, clearly getting ready for bed. Meanwhile, Ye Jieye threw Roi, the black dragon that is currently in his shrunken form, and assigned it a task to clean up those two noisy ones that were not far from the outer region, before he joined his wife in their bedroom.

Thus, in the middle of the night, a small black snake swam past the outer regionʼs horizon and reached the central region of the Anairam Trench, where it destroyed a great deal of coral and even ripped out some towering seaweeds at the entrance.

There are pockets of corrosive poison and even remnants of wind blades strewn throughout the area. Not far from Roi, the sounds of two large ones battling reverberate through the quiet, loud noises of something being smashed or something melting, the smaller creatures that once inhabited this place having run out. After all, two overlords are battling like there is no tomorrow in their place.

Following the tracks of the fight, Roi discovered the two massive creatures engaged in combat. The poison-ring Snake King had entangled itself around the Manta Ray, attempting to choke it. Additionally, the Manta Ray had been bitten several times, turning its skin purple and clearly poisoned.

Due to his diminutive size, the two Demigod-grade ingredients were unaware of his approach and watched as they killed each other.

Poison was never effective on the Black Dragon, who turned back to its original size after devouring the dead Manta Ray and biting off the Snake Kingʼs head.

The Black Dragon was observing the Manta Ray Kingʼs death at the hands of the poison-ring Snake King, watching as the former took its last breath after the poison overtook its body and died on the spot, and the badly wounded Snake King was completely spent and could not move when Roi approached it.

The two creatures were like snacks to this wild black dragon. When he went to the void, he could eat until he was full, because his master had many creatures, and they grew more and more over time. To him, that was an endless buffet. Sadly, his other half had not yet awakened in this world, and it did not appear to enjoy eating those creatures from the void.

However, the creatures in the small world were sufficient to sustain them all for a very long time.

Since Roi, the black dragon, is able to breathe underwater, he simply took the headless sea snakes, whose heads had been bitten off, and went back to the camp. When he returned, it was already dawn, and he left the sea snakeʼs body in front of the coral house where his master stayed.

He shrank to his previous size and went to sleep with his little masters, not daring to go to Fondʼs master at night for fear of being tied into a knot if he happened to see anything forbidden. After all, Roi was a sensible dragon.

The black dragon was unaware of how many people and animals in the outer region were alarmed by his return at dawn; after all, who would not be alarmed to see a very large creature carrying something approaching the region?

Most patrol guards hid as soon as they saw him approach, and it was not until his shadow vanished near Satanʼs Coral House that the Fishmen guard realized that this enormous monster had to be connected to him. As a result, nobody dared to approach that area, and the fisherman guards also forbade the other hunters from going there.

The hunters awoke and saw the devastation left behind by last nightʼs tornadoes; those injured were ordered back to the surface for healing, and those who had watched Roi swim around earlier that night saw the headless sea snake in front of the Coral House of Satan. By morning, the bright sun had once again illuminated the entire outer region of the Anairam Trench.

After a while, a large number of hunters had gathered to take a closer look, and the Fishmen sentries had to maintain order among the throng to keep people from crossing this area and bothering Satan and his gang. This morningʼs disturbance was related to that sea snake, which appears to be a demigod-grade component that is scarce even here.

”A demigod-grade sea snake. Thatʼs a poison-ring snake king. It possessed a deadly poison that could instantly kill one.”

”Whereʼs the head? Why does it look like it was bitten off?”

”The tornadoes last night were dangerous. Is this snake the one who caused them?”

”But can a poison snake cause a wind element disaster like that? It is a poison that can be understood!”

”Hey, guys! Have you seen the humongous monster last night!? I donʼt know if I was dreaming, but I saw it carrying something. It wasnʼt supposed to be this headless sea snake, right?”

”I saw it too. Itʼs larger than this poison-ring Snake King. Maybe thatʼs the one who killed it.”

”Scary. I thought the outer region wasnʼt dangerous. How come that aside from tornadoes, there are also big monsters that can only be found in the core region?”

Lu Ming, who emerged from the water to practice fighting, was taken aback by the headless snake in front of the coral house and the irrational crowd in the distance. Mo Yuhan, who was trailing behind him, was equally taken aback, realizing that this headless snake was a Demigod-grade ingredient. Doctor Hei, who had been ordered to train them, was astounded.

The three of them approached the dead snake fearlessly since it was already dead.

Ji Yoonjun and Su Jin are in the kitchen cooking breakfast, while Doctor Guang is still asleep. Lu Shang and Leica were having coffee in the living room. They were aware that Roi had left the house the night before, so they were not surprised to see the headless snake.

Mo Yuhan looked around the snake and noticed that it was huge and also full of qi. Snakes were Yin creatures who were compatible with his ice elements. As for Doctor Hei, he was inspecting the snakeʼs cause of death.

Lu Ming asked, ”Is there something wrong, Doctor Hei?”

”Hm~ its wounds were caused by a wind element. It must be fighting something of the same level for it to end like this. As for its head, it was bitten off with one move. It must have fought another creature only to be killed and get its head bitten. Compared to its size, the one killed is a lot larger than it is,” Doctor Hei explained. He felt that the ocean was a lot more dangerous than they expected.

Mo Yuhan asked, ”Thereʼs an even bigger monster than this one in this place.”

”If you compare it to Roiʼs, itʼs a smaller thought,” Lu Ming said.

Doctor Hei already saw the Black Dragon of Satan and rode it on their way there. So he knew its original size. Itʼs ten times larger than this sea snake king.

He jokingly said, ”Maybe it was Roi who ate its head.”

They saw the opposite Coral House open its door and reveal the two cubs of Satan and his wife, Ye Jingxia and Ye Anxia. They also saw a large dog trailing behind them, growing from a small puppy to its current size; they knew it was named Oreo. However, what caught their attention was not these three cute guys, but rather the black snake Ye Jingxia was holding.

It is a little larger than they remembered; Roi used to be the size of a finger to wrap itself around its masterʼs wrist, but now it is more like an adult python, and the bulge on its stomach caught their attention.

Ye Jingxia scolded it. ”Uncle Roi, Papa said you ate something bad and asked you to digest it as soon as possible. So exercise with us!”

After witnessing this scenario, Lu Ming, Mo Yuhan, and Doctor Hei are certain of one thing: Doctor Heiʼs hypothesis—that the black dragon had consumed the sea snakeʼs head—is true. The dragon appeared listless, clearly irritated by the object in his stomach.
