Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

Chapter 291: Chapter 264: Heaven and Earth

Under normal circumstances, humans do not have the ability to fly.

All flying animals on Earth share a common feature: they all have wings.

In addition, animals like gliding ants, gibbons, flying frogs, flying squirrels, and paradise tree snakes only glide momentarily, not fly.

There is a fundamental difference between gliding and flying.

Clearly, Lu Li does not have wings.

At the same time, he possesses a more advanced flying capability than winged animals.

For example, right now, he can hover in mid-air, motionless.

This is something no animal on Earth can achieve.

Even eagles and falcons can only hover briefly and cannot remain motionless for long periods.

”The reason I can hover motionless in mid-air is entirely because the structure of my body has undergone a tremendous change.”

Lu Li recalled his situation, ”Currently, my body structure looks similar to humans, but in reality, the basic structure has changed, becoming akin to a semi-energy body that still has a physical form.”

In simple terms, the main elemental components of the basic structures like amino acids and proteins in his body have completely fused with energy, allowing his body to change its ”force field” anytime, anywhere, thus freeing himself from the constraints of gravity.

”Let’s see how fast my physical flight speed is.”

Lu Li turned off the domain to achieve omniscience in the area.

Therefore, he took out his phone.

He first found the timer and then pressed it at the moment he initiated his flight.

”Whoosh.” In an instant.

Lu Li’s body shot out like a cannonball, rapidly flying toward the city center.

A moment later, he pressed the pause button on the timer, the time stopped right at ten seconds.

He calculated the distance and said in awe, ”Relying solely on my physical body to fly, I reached a speed of about seventy meters per second?”

What does this mean?

It means that even without activating the biological force field or the domain, the flight speed still reached 252 kilometers per hour.

This speed is comparable to when the biological force field was first activated.

It must be said, the strength after the fourth deep evolution of the physical body has increased significantly.

”The improvement of the physical body is far more than this.”

Thinking this, Lu Li began to verify his inner speculation.

His body gradually shrunk, transforming into the height of a four- or five-year-old child, and his appearance instantly became chubby and cute.

If anyone saw him in this form, they would be extremely surprised, even suspecting they saw Sun Wukong’s 72 transformations from the mythical novel ”Journey to the West.”

That’s right, after the fourth deep evolution, my body has broken free from many limitations, allowing for things unimaginable to ordinary people.

For instance, transforming into the appearance of others. Previously, Lu Li could only transform into a person whose body size was not too different from his own. The main reason was that the bones, internal organs, and such could not be ”compressed” too much.

It’s different now, his body has become similar to a ”semi-energy body” while still existing physically, so naturally, he can compress his bones, internal organs, and even each cell.

Therefore, transforming into a human of vastly different size from himself can now be done easily.

”Not only can I shrink, but I can also enlarge myself.”

With a thought, Lu Li’s internal energy began to operate madly.

The next moment, his body transformed from the appearance of a three- or five-year-old child, beginning to swell crazily.

Within a breath, his body transformed to a height of twelve meters.

The speed of internal energy consumption suddenly increased.

Lu Li did not immediately end his enlargement but instead sensed the situation, ”Two meters is already considered the limit for normal humans, Yao Ming’s height is not considered normal. I am now roughly ten times the extreme height of humans, the density of my body has also reached ten times that of a normal two-meter male whose standard weight is about ninety-five kilograms, and my current weight isn’t just a simple increase by ten but a comprehensive rise, reaching approximately a thousand tons!”

The reason for this is entirely because the body’s density has reached ten times that of a normal human and the physique has enlarged substantially, so the weight has similarly soared.

The density of the human body is 1.02 g/cm³; now my gigantic body density is 10.2 g/cm³.

What is the density of steel?

7.85 g/cm³!

In other words, not counting the support of energy, after becoming gigantic, my body density already surpasses that of steel.

”In other words, merely relying on my gigantic physical body, I have super terrifying defensive and offensive capabilities.”

Lu Li mused, ”And that’s not even counting the enhancement of internal energy; if counted, with this body density, even a nuclear bomb with a yield of one hundred thousand tons exploding a hundred meters away probably couldn’t kill me.”

It only means it can’t kill me, but it would still inflict damage on the body.

Actually, there’s nothing to fear from such damage. Now that my body is fused with energy, even if most of it is destroyed, as long as the core head isn’t damaged, it can still recover in a short time.

As for instant restoration even if the head is destroyed, achieving that would likely require the body to reach the ”energy body” standard.

”The most crucial thing is that my giant transformation isn’t just limited to twenty meters,” Lu Li understood internally, although he didn’t continue to attempt, ”Calculating from the current ease of maintaining a twenty-meter giant form, I can reach up to a hundred meters, with body density fifty times that of a normal person at peak condition. With such body density, as long as I’m not at the center of a nuclear explosion, it’s basically impossible to die.”

Of course, transforming to a hundred meters would consume energy at an astonishing rate.

Currently, I can maintain a twenty-meter form for about an hour. If I transform to a hundred meters, the energy would probably deplete within just two or three minutes.

Lu Li slowly reverted his body to a normal appearance, ”This barely counts as Heaven and Earth, right?”

”Even without activating giant transformation, Biological Force Field, or the domain, I should have some ability to withstand the power of a nuclear explosion.”

As Lu Li thought, a faint white light appeared around his body.

This layer of white light, like a full moon, hung from the top of his head, completely enveloping him from head to toe.

This is a manifestation of internal energy released externally, providing him with immense defensive capabilities and... terrifying destructive power!

Lu Li widened his eyes, and two beams of light, akin to Superman’s ”laser vision,” suddenly shot out from his eyes, blasting down toward the large tree below.

In the blink of an eye, that tree was incinerated by his ”laser vision”!

”Upon merging Spiritual Power with energy beams to generate a new energy, and after another miraculous evolution, every pore, every inch of my skin can emit this new energy, causing considerable damage to enemies, but...”

Lu Li retracted his ”laser vision,” his gaze slightly flickering, ”The energy that bursts out from other places is far less powerful than what’s emitted from my eyes.”

The human eye is a ”concave lens.”

Concave lenses scatter light.

Convex lenses, on the other hand, converge light.

Lu Li’s eyes are different. After the fourth deep evolution, his eyes underwent significant changes and can focus as ”convex lenses” at any time, allowing energy beams to converge when passing through, unleashing even more formidable power.

This is just one function after the evolution of his eyes.

Lu Li altered the structure of his eyeballs again, allowing his gaze to penetrate the building below, seeing a middle-aged couple sleeping in the eastern bedroom on the second floor, while in the western bedroom, an eleven or twelve-year-old girl was soundly asleep.

”My eyes now possess the power of X-ray vision even without using superpowers, and...”

Lu Li altered the structure of his eyeballs once more, revealing a vast terrain of ”light spots,” ”Microscopic vision!”

These vast light spots were molecules and atoms in the air.

This is the smallest particle visible to the naked eye. To observe even smaller materials, one would need to activate the Biological Force Field or initiate the ”domain.”

He retracted his microscopic vision, and his eyes returned to the appearance of ordinary humans, just with greater range.

Previously, even when activating superpower Thousand-Mile Eye, he could only see ten kilometers away.

Now, even without activating any superpower, Lu Li could see things twenty kilometers away.

For instance, the ghost-fire youths he saw earlier had moved from the countryside to the suburbs and were now heading towards the urban area.

Lu Li’s ears twitched, faintly picking up the sound of motorcycle engines sputtering ”putt-putt-putt” twenty kilometers away.

”Even without activating Downwind Ear, I can rely on my ears to hear sounds twenty kilometers away. It’s truly incredible.”

Lu Li couldn’t help but marvel, but it was too noisy that way, so he deliberately used energy to block some of the hearing to prevent all kinds of chaotic sounds from drilling into his ears.

If he activated superpowers, whether in hearing or vision, there would be a massive amplification!

Not to claim seeing or hearing a thousand miles away, but a hundred kilometers would certainly be possible.

The same goes for the sense of smell; if he wished, without activating superpowers, he could detect scents from ten to twenty kilometers away. Upon activating superpowers, he could similarly reach a hundred kilometers.

The amplification doesn’t matter, but why would I need to see or hear that far anyway? Once I activate the ”domain,” within a forty-kilometer radius, I can achieve ”regional omniscience.”

”There are still many abilities in my eyes and ears. For instance, I can see various electromagnetic waves, infrared, and such with the naked eye. But changing the eye structure is a bit troublesome, so I’m not trying it for now.”

Lu Li decided to experiment with his newest ability he was most interested in.

He found an experimental item, a small artificial pond not far below.

This small pond covers about two hundred square meters.

Lu Li took a deep breath and then fiercely blew toward the pond.

The next moment, a surge of incredibly cold, freezing breath spurted from his mouth.

This freezing breath, like white steam, instantly covered the surface of the pond.

Immediately, the pond froze into ice!

Seeing this scene, Lu Li nodded slightly, ”Under the influence of energy, I can not only fire scorching laser beams from my eyes but also emit incredibly cold freezing breath from my mouth. It seems I’ve become somewhat akin to Superman in some aspects.”

Apart from these abilities, his physical strength has also seen a tremendous increase.

”Previously, I could punch with over ten tons of force, then my body strength grew again, allowing me to hit with over forty tons of force. Now, with the completion of the fourth deep evolution, producing a punch exceeding a hundred tons of force can be done effortlessly.”

He’s become too powerful!

So powerful that even Lu Li couldn’t help but marvel at himself.

In this moment, he finally understood why he needed to absorb so much energy before the fourth deep evolution, it was to initiate the domain and elevate his own power to an inconceivably strong level!

Now, Lu Li had only one question: although he sensed that his body could survive in space, can he truly do it?
