Chapter 1205: Chapter 8-20: Life-and-Death Battle 2

What does it mean to have ten Mechanical Gods?

No one knew before. Not even in our imaginations could we conceive it.

Four years ago, in the entire known universe, there were only thirteen Level 10 military mechanical warriors. And today, even though this war sweeping through humanity has enlisted many civilian Mech Knights as military mecha warriors, and many promising close-combat experts have emerged due to the emphasis on mecha close combat by various countries, the number of Level 10 mecha warriors does not exceed three digits!

Who would have thought that here on Canglang Star, in the mountainous region by the Karachi River, ten War God Level mechanical warriors would appear.

The Chuckna officers in the temporary command center looked at each other. In the silent room, they listened to the furious pounding of each other’s hearts. In everyone’s mind, the same thought kept circling around.

”Who are these guys?! Which side...are they on?!”

Three minutes later, the Jiepeng Armored Battalion was completely collapsed.

To the left, to the right, backwards... Without organization, the Jiepeng Mechas, who had lost their courage, scattered everywhere like a school of frightened fish.

What was left was slaughter.

Under Li Weiguo’s command, three rows composed of six Heavy Mechas and twenty Medium-sized Mechas advanced steadily. The row led by Markovich on the left also began to tighten the encircling net. Along with the crossfire from the three rows led by Anthony, they mercilessly slaughtered the Jiepeng Mechas, who had no ability to resist.

Fatty and his elite henchmen spread out like fireworks in the night sky, sprinting to catch up with the fleeing Jiepeng Mechas, dispatching them one by one.

Not a single one was left alive.

Ten minutes later, the entire ambush zone was left with nothing but corpses and wreckage.

”Casualty statistics.” Having destroyed the last fleeing Jiepeng Mecha, Fatty looked around. The entire forest had fallen silent. Only the cold glow reflected off metal wreckage and the scattered burning fireballs remained.

”Four mechas lightly damaged, one heavily damaged, and combat capability lost,” the little kid quickly provided the answer: ”No personnel casualties!”

That answer was already within everyone’s expectations. However, they were still momentarily stunned, and only after a pause did they erupt into cheers.

This battle was incredibly damn satisfying!

”Leave the heavily damaged mecha behind,” Fatty, enduring deep-seated fatigue, rallied his spirits, glanced at the Mechanical Computer, and ordered: ”Let’s go! Rapid march, arrive at the second ambush point eighty kilometers south within half an hour.”

All the warriors, already aware of the entire battle plan, raised no objections.

Though they were physically exhausted, the exhilaration gained from this victory was enough to offset everything. Moreover, in the previous battle, all they had to do was pull the Energy Cannon trigger!

If they could achieve continuous victories like this, even if they died of exhaustion, they wouldn’t utter a single complaint! Born in this tumultuous age, being able to live is the greatest fortune of all.

A Chuckna Warrior jumped out of his heavily damaged Mecha and climbed into a Heavy Mecha.

The troops quickly assembled, forming an olive-shaped marching formation, and withdrew from the mountainside. Soon, the entire mountainous area was left with a dozen burning fireballs and countless scattered wreckage. Nightfall once again ruled this place.

In the temporary command center on the 415 highland, the electronic soldier responsible for drone control stared blankly at his superior.

”Sir.......should we follow them?”

No one answered him.

A group of Chuckna officers stared dazedly at the frozen scene on the virtual screen.

In the image, soldiers wearing Chuckna Military Uniform were running towards a Heavy Mecha with its hatch open. Inside the brightly lit Heavy Mecha, several soldiers dressed in Chuckna Uniform were grinning as they welcomed their comrades.

After a long time, a Chuckna Major chuckled aloud. Immediately, the whole temporary command center burst into laughter, accompanied by some strange calls and whistles.

This joyful laughter and the shouts cut through the night sky, resounding throughout the entire mountainous area!

The bright electronic lights illuminated the 2,000-square-meter operations hall of the Jiepeng Command Center.

Under the lights, nearly a hundred Combat Staff in dark gray uniforms were working busily and orderly. People came and went, the screen lights flickered, the phone rang, system electronic prompts, commands, reports, calls, footsteps.....the entire operations hall resembled a bustling marketplace.

Everything was normal before SkyNet issued the alarm.

The first to notice something amiss were a few staff performing simulation tasks at the simulation platform.

As they calculated according to the battle plan, they were quietly checking steps and data together when suddenly they saw the liaison officer Lieutenant Colonel Pirlo at the central console stand up with a swoosh.

The Lieutenant Colonel’s actions were so abrupt, his knees straightened with such force that the chair behind him was knocked over, making a piercing noise.

The staff paused their simulations.

Lieutenant Colonel Pirlo, always cautious and careful, was sweating profusely, oblivious to his chair’s condition. Nor did he notice the few senior officers on the second-floor platform of the operations hall, who frowned at the sound and looked towards him. He stared intensely at the screen, his lips trembling, both hands moving back and forth in front of him, seemingly unsure of where to place them. Only after a long while did he seem to remember something, and quickly started typing at the keyboard.
