Chapter 1194: Chapter 17: Raid on the Camp (Part 3)

Those bandit soldiers weren’t bragging, and Fatty wasn’t bragging either.

”Among you, more than two hundred are prisoners of war, you were just rescued by my Pipi.......”

Fatty patted the little kid next to him on the head. The kid smiled innocently, showing a mouthful of white teeth. The Chuckna Warriors looked at this angelic little boy and couldn’t help but feel their scalps crawl. They all thought of that Jiepeng Soldier whose neck had been bitten open, that eerie silhouette, and that bright red blood.

”....The rest of you have lived and died with us together on the line.” Fatty’s voice was unnaturally clear in the howling cold wind: ”No matter where you’re from, no matter what unit you used to belong to, right now, we are one army! An army trapped deep behind enemy lines, surrounded on all sides, still not knowing what fear is, only thinking about turning this place upside down!”

”My purpose for coming here is very simple! HQ asked me to make a trip to Canglang Star!” Fatty swept his gaze around: ”To be honest, I originally didn’t want to pay them any damn attention. In a situation like this, sending me to carry out a mission—if that’s not sending me to die, what is? But when I heard Marshal Li Cunxin was here, I had no choice! So, I came!”

”Now, what we’re going to do is hit a Jiepeng Armored Battalion five kilometers out!” Fatty pointed toward the northwest of the mountain gully: ”Get over that crest and we’ll see their camp!”

”Maybe some of you think this is an egg smashing into a rock! But.......” He paced back and forth in front of the formation: ”I’m telling you, I’m not that stupid!”

He suddenly swung his hand: ”Cosmo, tell them your hand speed.”

”Sixty-two moves per second!” Cosmo stepped forward.

”Hagrove.”

”Seventy-one moves per second!” Hagrove stepped forward, chest out.

”Wagstaff.”

”Seventy moves per second.”

”Meng Xun.”

”Seventy-three moves per second!”

”Baz.”

”Infantry.”

”........”

As the nine Mechanical Warriors behind Fatty stepped forward one by one, as those War God Level Mech Knights reported those terrifying figures, all the Chuckna Warriors present felt a rush of hot blood suddenly boil up, burning in their chests!

”Even if they searched all of Jiepeng, they couldn’t put together warriors like mine!” Fatty thumped his chest hard and roared: ”Right now we only have six Mecha. Two hours from now, we’ll have two hundred and sixty Mecha!”

”Every single person here gets one. Even if half of you are infantry, you can still drive a Mecha and stroll along behind us! As long as you’ve driven an agricultural mech in the fields, or an Engineering Mecha, you can handle a Combat Mecha!”

Fatty said this, then stopped walking and slowly looked around: ”Tell me, are you willing to follow me and wipe out that Armored Camp? To go rescue your Marshal, rescue your comrades?!”

”Yes, sir!!” Over two hundred Chuckna Warriors shouted in unison.

”Good! We’re going to eat up every enemy in front of us, one bite at a time.” Fatty waved his hand and said casually: ”To take down one battalion, there’s no need for you to fight to the death. This time we’re just using them as the sacrificial offering, to get ourselves some Mecha. You follow behind us, and your only job is to grab everything that needs grabbing and destroy everything that needs destroying! They know how this works!”

As he spoke, Fatty pointed at the group of bandit rookies standing to the side. The rookies put on a reserved look and nodded vigorously.

”Move out!”

”First Squadron, right turn, mount Mecha! Second Squadron, forward at the double!”

At Lieutenant Colonel Anthony’s loud shout, the warriors, already riled up with killing intent, formed up and advanced without hesitation. This time, they weren’t sitting in their positions waiting to get pounded; they were taking the initiative!

A moment later, as the Mecha engines rumbled to life and the sound of footsteps gradually faded, the mountains and forests fell quiet again. Only the two trucks that couldn’t make it over the steep ridge remained, sitting silently in the cold, faint light.

In less than an hour, the column had already crossed the gully.

Standing on the ridgeline, peering through night-vision binoculars, they could clearly see the Armored Camp at the foot of the mountain.

The camp sat on a slope of about two square kilometers, backed against the mountain and facing south. Three rows of modular barracks formed a U-shape, and in the middle were parked three hundred [Fushan] Mecha and eighty Jiepeng Ninth Generation [Spirit Cat] Mecha. At the center of these Combat Mecha were nine [Black Wind] electronic mecha, six [Evil Dragon] heavy fire Support Mecha, twenty beast-type [War Elephant] Medium-sized Mecha, and dozens of Transport Mecha, Repair Mecha, and Engineering Mecha.

It was already two in the morning, the barracks lay in darkness, dead quiet.

”General.” Anthony lowered his electronic night-vision binoculars and asked, ”Judging from the number of Mecha parked, the enemy should have at least thirty Mecha out on patrol. Among them is a [Black Wind] electronic mecha. If we don’t act quickly, even with the Command Mecha’s electronic systems, it’ll be very hard to completely mask their radar detection.”

Fatty raised his electronic binoculars: ”Pipi!”

”Two mobile patrol Mecha in the left valley, six fixed at the valley mouth,” the little kid stretched out his short, chubby white fingers and said without hesitation, ”Four in front of the camp, ten within two hundred meters around the perimeter, arranged in a circle at one-hundred-meter intervals. Also, on the right hillside there are four guard Mecha threatening our rear; they have to be taken out!”

”How long can the Command Mecha’s electronic suppression system keep them blinded?” Fatty asked.
