Beneath the Red Dragon

Chapter 340: Chapter 129: When the Dragon Group Falls Silent

The young Red Dragon Kedelos and the teenage female Green Dragon Ali lay on the cliffs of Dragon Nest Canyon, watching with great interest a few White Dragons bound by chains.

These White Dragons, who dared to defy the will of the Dragon Group, were now exiled to the Dragon Nest Canyon, serving as guards of the Giant Dragon Treasure Vault.

The Magic Alchemy Fanatic Ticky, with fervor, was extracting Dragon Blood from the young male White Dragon Sloraka, and the giant magic water tank was already filled with the Dragon Blood of several White Dragons.

However, the Evil Dragon True Blood needed to be stored separately. Ticky carefully extracted a particularly vivid and pure drop of Dragon Blood from the exhausted White Dragon before him, as though seeing a series of fundamental formulas and runes—it was a gateway to higher levels of existence.

”See, this is what happens when you don’t listen to the Dragon Group,” said the young Red Dragon Kedelos, shaking his head and tail.

Though still bound by a contract, Kedelos, who had finally gained the freedom of his dragon form, saw the White Dragons’ fate as identical to his past experience, but felt no pity. Instead, he took their situation as a form of amusement.

The young Red Dragon Kedelos, the teenage Green Dragon Ali, and the Blue Dragon Carlette had not yet met the Monarch of the King’s Castle; they didn’t have the qualifications to enter its gates.

But they all received forgiveness and promises from the Red Dragon.

Therefore, the three Giant Dragons were under the jurisdiction of a Giant Dragon training program. Before they learned how to be Dragons with the same mindset as the Dragon Group, these three differently-scaled Dragons needed to absorb a vast amount of knowledge.

This included how to properly consider the people within their territory, how to interact with the inhabitants, learning the laws of the Dragon Group territory, and more. This knowledge aimed to correct the ideologies of these Dragons and cultivate a submissive consciousness toward the Dragon Group.

This plan was proposed by one of the Giant Dragon Lords, the Bronze Dragon Alina. Although Alina was a supremacist of the Giant Dragon Race, she still possessed a side that belonged to the Good Dragons.

She did not want the Giant Dragons joining the Dragon Group territory to alter the current situation. As one of the elders of the Dragon Group, she had both the qualification and obligation to ensure that the territory of the Dragon Group progressed towards a better direction.

To achieve this, she even applied to Karon, wanting to write to some of her Metal Dragon friends, inviting them to come to the Dragon Group territory to observe and take office, so as to prevent more and more Evil Dragons from corrupting the Dragon Group’s atmosphere.

Not only did they need to learn, but over the past few months, the three Giant Dragons also had to follow Blue Dragon Akzhi’s arrangements to start learning how to patrol the established routes within the Dragon Group territory, as the Dragon Group does not keep useless Dragons.

Now, the three Giant Dragons had begun to integrate into the rhythm and influence of the Dragon Group, being subtly assimilated—that was something ordinary Giant Dragon families found difficult to achieve.

The framework of the Dragon Group, established by Karon since his hatchling days, finally played its proper role. The Gogomola Dragon Group united in a form that defied the nature and logic of the Five-Color Dragons, showcasing an unusually brilliant diffusion effect.

”So, do you still have the confidence to challenge the owner of the Dragon Group, Kedelos,” the teenage female Green Dragon Ali lazily lay on the other side of the young Red Dragon.

The Green Dragon had also had her Dragon Blood drawn by Ticky for research. Thanks to the Green Dragon’s proactive cooperation, she was able to gain the same freedom of movement as the young Red Dragon.

”Hmph,” the young Red Dragon Kedelos glanced dismissively at the Green Dragon, ”What do you know, joining the Dragon Group is for the sake of gaining the qualification to challenge. To be subordinate to that female Dragon Kleyna, impossible, I will be the Red-scaled Dragon King, commanding the Dragon Group in the future.”

Dong,

The bell rang at the peak of the mountains.

The Blue Dragon Carlette, who was on the platform above the two Giant Dragons, extended her head from the platform and mocked, ”What’s this, Kedelos, isn’t your challenge target the Red Dragon Monarch? Why has it become Kleyna? It’s class time, lose yourself in your fantasies later in the evening.”

The two female Dragons flapped their wings and took off, leaving only the resounding defiance of the young Red Dragon behind.

”Hmph, what do you two she-Dragons know,” Kedelos stiffened his neck and shouted, ”I’ll first defeat Kleyna, and then defeat the Dragon Group’s... Karon, that’s called being prudent, got it!”

...

In the King’s Castle’s back garden, all kinds of flowers bloomed in vibrant splendor, competing for attention. Even the statue at the center of the garden’s fountain was entwined with vines bearing fragrant blossoms.

Under the influence of the World Tree and the meticulous planting and cultivation of the Little Elf Riven, the garden’s vegetation thrived with extraordinary vigor.

The fountain’s waters reflected a rainbow of colors, beautiful like the scales of the Red Dragon walking in the garden.

Pikku Little Elf Riven still wore a flower crown, and the fresh flower Dragon Horns on her head now glistened, having grown together with the flower crown, as if they were one.

The Little Elf’s plump little feet stepped on the Red Dragon’s snout, carelessly exposing the springtime beneath her petal skirt, sitting in front of the Red Dragon’s forehead bones, while the floating Elf Dust surrounding her tickled the Red Dragon’s nose a bit.

”Karon, if you sleep in the nest, how about I sleep in your back garden? I can also take care of the flowers in your garden,”

Pikku Little Elf Riven was now also entering the slumber of adulthood. In Karon’s most private space, the back garden, she was the only one who could come and go without worry.
