Beneath the Red Dragon

Chapter 335: Chapter 126: Supreme Celestial Titan (4)

”This incident has caused panic; many powerful creatures are fleeing. Those mighty ones have seized the best spots, so I had to run a bit further to come here.”

The female Green Dragon flaunted the information she had acquired, and the sense of superiority at this moment gave her a bit of vain confidence.

”Died inexplicably,” Carlette’s blue brow furrowed with a pattern forming between them. Her family once lived on the outskirts of that mountain range, so some knowledge had been passed down through her lineage.

The origin of the Land of Divine Promise for humans can be traced back to the distant era when the Beastman Empire ruled the earth. With the guidance and aid of some Divine Spirits, the rising humans defeated the Beastman Empire, driving the remaining Beastmen to a few continents, forcing them to dwell on distant island seas.

Once allies of humans, creatures of various races, including some monsters, were promised by the gods a fertile land as their home.

This is the origin of the Land of Divine Promise, but it is both a promise and a constraint from the gods.

Commanded by the gods to guard this vast territory, the Supreme Celestial Titan had, over time, become a presence that had descended from the Celestial Realm.

Nonetheless, this Supreme Celestial Titan is unquestionably a top-tier powerhouse at least in the Legendary Tier, despite extending its life through perpetual sleep; it isn’t susceptible to harm from ordinary creatures.

Moreover, to silently kill this Supreme Celestial Titan.

With the constraint and the deterrent of this Supreme Celestial Titan gone, in an era when the gods are not apparent, the races living in the mountains and powerful creatures are unlikely to adhere to treaties anymore. Possibly, the Thorn-tailed Mountain Cat that once hunted Carlette’s Blue Dragon Clan had strayed from the central area.

Carlette knew well the myriad of dangerous creatures within that mountain range, which might one day threaten the Dragon Group Territory.

She conveyed her thoughts to Blue Dragon Akzhi and Red Dragon Kedelos.

Kedelos casually wagged his tail, ”The Dragon Group Territory is far; by your account, there’s no need to worry.”

”We need to inform the Dragon Group of this news,” Blue Dragon Akzhi decided and addressed a few Giant Dragons, ”Let’s go back. Despite the unsatisfactory harvest, learning this news is quite enough.”

Several Giant Dragons took flight, followed by Young Green Dragon Ali, who let out his call, compelling the subdued Two-legged Flying Dragons to follow the Giant Dragons.

This is a habit slowly cultivated by every member of the Gogomola Dragon Group, even though the Blue Dragons and Red Dragons dismiss these ugly Two-legged Flying Dragons, regardless of their utility, they bring them back to the Dragon Group first.

...

In the distant Southern Countries, within Count Rabik’s Territory, inside a magnificent, towering castle.

In the underground lair connected to the castle, Obilash Rabik, in Gold Dragon form, lay sprawling. His body, larger than ordinary Young Dragons, showcased the extraordinary talent of this Youthful Gold Dragon.

The floor covered in Magic Crystal Stones didn’t outshine the scales of the Gold Dragon, whose dragon whiskers beneath his jaws gently swayed, as the magic from the Magic Crystal Stones was absorbed by the Gold Dragon.

Suddenly, the Gold Dragon opened his eyes, with endless spiritual brilliance and sheer pride surfacing in his vertical pupils, as spiritual radiance floated from between his dragon claws, with intense spirituality emanating from the glow.

This was the Authority of Pride, the spiritual mantle, and his lucky blessing as Obilash Rabik.

”I smell the scent of the Glutton from that distant northern place,” Obilash’s voice, akin to other Giant Dragons, echoed in the spacious lair.

”Ignore him for now. Only after you pass through this slumber and enter the juvenile phase will your father let you leave the shelter and undergo world training,”

A melodious voice came, as a huge head emerged from the darkness—a mature female Silver Dragon.

”Alright, Mother, when I transition to juvenile stage, with my Ancestral Dragon Blood, I should truly control this formidable Authority. The Source Desire of Ancestral Dragon Blood will surpass the supreme Pride!”

”Then, I will head to the distant northern lands, not only to seek the Glutton’s seed but also to conquer the Gogomola Dragon Group there. Ha, the civilization that Red Dragon desires to establish is utterly laughable! Only Gold Dragons are qualified!”

The Young Gold Dragon once again closed his eyes, the radiant spiritual blaze within his being converging back, as the entire lair dimmed once more.
