Beneath the Red Dragon

Chapter 306: Chapter 112: Intertwined Fates (2)

She lowered her head deeply to express her submission to the Red Dragon in front of her, then raised her head with a respectful expression as if she were facing her parent and asked, ”If the Dragon Group cannot make the correct choice...”

Karon raised his beautifully fierce and majestic head, looked into the distance, and said lightly, ”Then the Giant Dragons who cannot make the correct choice will not stand by my side, and they will not be considered my kindred spirits.”

”But as a member of the family, being part of the Dragon Group, my acknowledged brothers will gradually disappear into the shadows behind me, becoming ordinary Giant Dragons, until they die of old age!”

...

”Take her, take her,”

”Fly, descend,”

”Always dedicated to you, young maiden!”

The echoes of the Priest’s song and the Dragon Summoning song lingered above the riverbank, until they dissipated.

And countless villagers by the riverbank were equally silent, gazing at the empty surroundings and the quiet land as if this ritual was just a play.

Just as many villagers began to mutter among themselves with doubt, the bright sky, illuminated clearly by the rising sun, suddenly darkened, as if overshadowed by clouds.

A fierce wind arose, whipping the flags on the riverbank fiercely, flames flickering, clothing fluttering, dust swirling everywhere.

”Roar,”

A roar from a Giant Dragon, deep yet penetrating, spread across the fields.

The shadow in the sky was the Giant Dragon’s wings spread wide, the white gemstones were the Dragon’s scales, and the howling wind was the Dragon’s royal demeanor, descending from the sky.

With a crash, White Dragon Camid’s hind claws overturned the small boat carrying the sacred maiden, then his forepaws clutched the tilted wooden boat, soared into the air, and landed on the riverbank.

Hundreds of villagers watched this scene intently, though they had begun to grow accustomed to life in the territory, maintaining recognition and trust in the Giant Dragon Lord under various proclamations.

Yet in the face of such a massive white beast, it undoubtedly instilled a primal fear and panic in these ordinary people.

White Dragon Camid’s eyes were filled with desire as he brought his enormous head close to the trembling maiden lying in the wooden boat, exhaling, savoring the aroma of the ritual aura enveloping her and the fragrance of her flesh and blood.

These scents made White Dragon Camid ravenous, and a certain scent from the maiden further stirred the White Dragon’s lust, making him want to ravage and vent his desires on her.

Meanwhile, the treasure in the boat also stirred White Dragon Camid’s inherent dragon greed, a desire rooted in the Evil Dragon Bloodline, burning fiercely beneath White Dragon’s cold exterior.

Drip, drip,

White Dragon Camid’s saliva couldn’t help but drip onto the maiden’s closed eyes, instinctively making this beautiful maiden shudder, get a chill.

Seeing this situation, the villagers also became tense, as it seemed completely different from what the two Priest Dragons had promised, appearing that the White Dragon intended to eat the village’s most beautiful maiden.

This undoubtedly made the villagers begin to panic, causing past legends of the Evil Dragon to surface; they began to cry, plead, and pray for the Dragon’s mercy.

”Great White Dragon, noble Giant Dragon Lord, please spare this poor child, our village is willing to offer cattle and sheep each year.”

”Oh, my poor child!”

”Damn it, you two priests, this isn’t what you said it would be!”

The crowd surged, filled with resentment!

”Eat her, abuse her, vent your desires, you are a noble True Dragon, you should enjoy this rightful sacrifice...” The Evil Dragon’s will within the White Dragon roared, stirring Camid’s desires and bewildered mind.

White Dragon Camid couldn’t resist extending his tongue, licking the smooth cheek of the maiden, hmm, it tasted wonderful.

But White Dragon Camid suddenly stopped, a perplexed expression appeared on his muddled face, and he muttered to himself against the Evil Dragon’s will in his body, ”No, you want to control me, but Karon wouldn’t like that, and neither do I.”

”Eat her, abuse her, vent your desires...” The Evil Dragon’s will isn’t truly intelligent, merely intensifying the agitation and influence.

”Shut up, you annoying dragon,” White Dragon Camid shook his head, this muddle-headed White Dragon, although the simplest of the Giant Dragons, was, in some ways, also the one most capable of preserving its nature and childish heart, with a purer emerging self-awareness.

”If you keep making noise, I’ll let Karon deal with you one day, just get out of my head,” White Dragon Camid’s will began resisting the clamor of the Evil Dragon Bloodline.

Even though not even Karon could strip the influence of the Evil Dragon Blood from these Giant Dragons, White Dragon Camid always held endless trust in the Red Dragon, supporting unconditionally.

The faint strands of Power of Faith, harvested from the Elves of Greenfield Forest, began to take root in White Dragon Camid’s soul, protecting his self-awareness and gradually blocking the influence of the Evil Dragon’s will.

A small bump quietly formed between White Dragon Camid’s elongated neck, like another head of the White Dragon.

”That’s better, as expected, Karon was right, let desire see who’s the master of the body; now it’s truly quiet,”

Slurp,

White Dragon Camid retracted his saliva, the Dragon remained greedy, but at least it could no longer forcibly drive the White Dragon.

”Hmm, Karon also said, since you’re here,” White Dragon Camid shook his head, walking with an arrogant gait to the sacrificial lamb, exhaling Dragon Breath to freeze it, then swallowing it whole.
