Beneath the Red Dragon

Chapter 332: Chapter 126: Supreme Celestial Titan

Long ago, a mighty Titan Giant fell here, its blood and flesh transformed into fertile soil over time, nurturing dense jungles.

The Titan Giant’s ribcage turned into towering mountain cliffs, becoming the lairs of many magical beasts.

The Titan Giant’s bones and tendons transformed into a stretch of low hills, the resting place for countless beasts.

Thus, this place was named the Forest of the Fallen Titan.

Although the Titan Giant from long ago could never have such a colossal size, its fallen bones and the dispersed magic power affected this vast area, altering the forest’s ecosystem.

This also demonstrates the power of those top-tier mighty creatures in the world; in life, they could burn mountains and boil seas, and in death, they could cause a massive impact.

Blue Dragon Carlette, with Blue Dragon Akzhi and Young Red Dragon Kedelos, have been lingering in this area for almost two months.

During this time, aside from the overt presence of Young Red Dragon Kedelos scaring off two teenage wild dragons hidden in caves, they only ’picked up’ a few dragon eggs.

For most giant dragons, unless the disparity is particularly enormous, it is genuinely difficult to catch someone intent on fleeing, especially when Young Red Dragon Kedelos sees the opponent is only a male dragon, which makes him less inclined to exert effort.

”Kedelos, acting like this will only hold you back. Perform well, and the Dragon Group might forgive your offenses, offering you a chance to join them.”

Adolescent Blue Dragon Akzhi slightly shook his head, the massive blue horn at the front of the blue dragon’s skull always causing concern about their balance.

Young Red Dragon Kedelos staggered last, his powerful form directly knocking down and trampling some obstructing trees and vines.

”Hah, the Dragons who think themselves noble, even see this opportunity as a kind of charity to me. I, Kedelos, don’t want to become like you, being Karon’s lapdog. I am a proud Red Dragon,”

”If only your Dragon Group hadn’t ganged up on me earlier, you think I’d be defeated by Karon? Hmph!”

Young Red Dragon sprayed a couple of sparks from his nostrils, igniting the brush under Blue Dragon Akzhi’s feet, a wisp of smoke rising from the bushes.

After Kedelos’s request for a status similar to the Dragon Group leaders was denied, the Red Dragon’s self-esteem morphed into some sort of rebellion.

In the heart of this Young Red Dragon, his power is enough to become a leader of the Dragon Group, yet he is only refused even the request to become a Lord.

”Assessment, assessment my foot, do you truly think your Dragon Group is some kind of treasure,” Red Dragon Kedelos thought resentfully.

Pa,

Blue Dragon extinguished the flame beneath with a stomp, displaying a somewhat smug smile, he followed Blue Dragon Carlette’s footsteps, then turned his head to Young Red Dragon Kedelos saying: ”Aren’t you now Karon’s dog yourself, merely brought out by me to hunt for Karon.”

”You think I dare not make a move on you? The difference between adolescent dragons and young dragons is not something you and Carlette can compensate for,”

Within Young Red Dragon Kedelos’s vertical pupils, flames of fury ignited suddenly, an intense sulfurous scent steaming from the scales on his back, his wings folded back, hind limbs slightly crouched, forelimbs clawing at the ground, poised to attack.

Intense firelight flared within the belly of the Young Red Dragon, a searing line ready to be unleashed from his mouth at any moment, transforming into destructive Dragon Flame.

But the two Blue Dragons ahead walked without any guard, showing no fear, trudging forward ignoring Young Red Dragon’s threat.

”Damn it, they actually ignored me,” thought the hot-tempered Red Dragon, his belly’s fire streak rapidly surging to his chest, reaching his throat, about to spew the wrathful Dragon Fire.

Buzz, buzz,

Just as Dragon Fire was about to be expelled, the collar on Young Red Dragon’s neck crafted from divine iron nurtured for countless years beneath a volcano, lit up.

Karon Gogomola, those characters seemed alive, resonating with the deep dragon language sound accompanying their activation.

The magic runes on the collar twisted like snake spirits, abruptly tightened, firmly clenching the Young Red Dragon’s throat.

”Cough, cough, cough,”

Young Red Dragon Kedelos’s Dragon Fire extinguished, difficultly ejecting a few puffs of black smoke from his mouth, his sturdy forelimbs desperately striking at the collar gradually pressing into his bones, his pair of dragon eyes bulging as if bloodshot and suffocating.

”Heh, a hound can never bare its teeth at its master; if there’s a next time, you’ll be lying in Ticky’s laboratory, Kedelos.”

Blue Dragon Akzhi and Blue Dragon Carlette stopped, watching the Young Red Dragon struggle painfully.

Waiting until the Young Red Dragon cooled down sufficiently, the Blue Dragon chanted the spell, loosening the collar’s restraint.

”Have you emptied the magma from your brain, Kedelos, can you now calmly listen to me?”

Blue Dragon Akzhi stepped forward, tauntingly observing the heavily breathing Young Red Dragon.

Dragons can also breathe through the skin under their scales, even without breathing, dragons can survive for a long time; their massive bodies possess many marvelous abilities, combined they make the closest to perfect creatures.

However, Kedelos truly experienced this feeling for the first time; he thought the chains and collar binding him were merely sturdy enough, hard to destroy.
