Chapter 1337: Information

After regaining their calm, both Luke and Leysha exchanged looks.

Luke stood up and said, ”If you donʼt have any other questions regarding the charity, follow me. I have something to show you.”

Noel and Anna turned solemn. They followed quietly, wondering what Luke wanted to show.

The moment they reached a bigger room that looked like their meeting room, Noel and Anna couldnʼt help but get taken aback.

”This is…” Anna looked around, never expecting all the things that were sticking on the wall.

Noelʼs expression turned grim. ”I see. Thatʼs what youʼve done this whole time.”

”Yes. Weʼve been tracking the Supreme Devil Organization this whole time.” Luke nodded.

If he looked at the paper on the right wall, Noel could see the list of names suspected to be demonic humans in the Tower Association. If he turned to the left, he would find the list of nobles that might be related to the Supreme Devil Organization, including some proof and other suspicions.

There was a lot more information they had. In fact, Noel could see a map with several marks on it, symbolizing the organizationʼs bases.

”This information…” Noel crossed his arms. ”As expected, thereʼs no way for you to acquire all this information without the inside help.”

”I guess you have realized it.” Luke smiled wryly.

”My uncle, Laufey Ardagan.”

”!!!” Anna couldnʼt help but widen her eyes. Noel had mentioned it previously, but because he wasnʼt sure yet, it remained a suspicion.

Still, the fact that Luke revealed everything here meant he got confirmation about his uncle.

As he expected, even though Laufey was trying to kill him, he never did his best. There was no way someone who could hide his intention from the Supreme Devil Organization wouldnʼt be smart enough to outwit him when he was just an inexperienced kid in the Demon Banner Army.

To avoid getting suspicion, Laufey attacked him and did it in a way that Noel should be able to overcome, albeit barely. He wouldnʼt bring too much to avoid crushing Noel.

After buying time for so long, Noel could finally grow to this level. It could be said that the reason he hadnʼt died this whole time was because of his uncleʼs sacrifice.

Noel asked, ”What do you plan to do with this information? Itʼs not like you can utilize it yet, right?”

Luke nodded. ”Yes. If we utilize them, the Supreme Devil Organization will realize someone is giving us information. It wonʼt take long for them to figure out the culprit. Thatʼs why we havenʼt been able to do much in the last couple of years.

”And right now, I would like to give you all this information.” Luke extended his hand.

”Hmmm?” Noel furrowed his eyebrows.

At first glance, it didnʼt seem to be useful information. After all, they couldnʼt really take advantage of it. At the same time, Noel realized what his father was aiming for by giving him this information.

”I see.” Noel squinted his eyes. ”The information is not useful right now. However, they will be useful the moment weʼre about to attack the Supreme Devil Organization for real.

”By targeting all those bases simultaneously, we can eradicate the Supreme Devil Organization.”

Luke and Leysha smiled. Noel definitely understood it.

Noel took a deep breath before nodding his head. ”I understand. I will keep the information for the time being. However, doesnʼt this need the help of the Demon Banner Army? If we can get them involved, we will have enough manpower to deal with the organization.”

”We have taken care of it.” Luke nodded.

Milfa was their last piece. After making contact with Oscar, the latter sent out Milfa to learn more about them. By this time, Milfa should have convinced Oscar about the information. If they truly could eradicate the Supreme Devil Organization in one go, there was no way he wouldnʼt cooperate with them.

”I understand.” Noel nodded. ”I will keep them for now. Unfortunately, this is not the right time yet. Iʼm afraid that the Supreme Devil Organization is going to be a more troublesome opponent than you might expect. According to Ardagan, thereʼs a chance we will have to fight multiple demon kings.”

”!!!” Luke and Leysha widened their eyes in shock, knowing what kind of terrifying existence a demon king was, let alone multiple of them.

”For now, we should still have some time. Instead of provoking them and forcing them to come out, we should stay quiet and look pretty while building up our strength.” Noel turned to Leysha. ”Mother. Your strength is already close to the spirit transcendence, right? Are you planning to advance to the next rank?”

Leysha nodded. ”Yes. Although itʼs a bit embarrassing to say this, your mother is supposed to surpass your grandfather.”

”How about talking to Anna for a bit? You might gain some insight.” Noel explained.

”Instead of me, you should be the one to do it.” Anna shook her head. ”Besides, this is the best time for you to catch up with your parents. I will take my leave here and wait for you somewhere else.”

Anna was trying to be considerate because Noel hadnʼt been reunited with his complete family for so long.

His parents felt moved, knowing Anna was the right person for Noel.

Luke suddenly walked to the shelf on the right and grabbed a book. ”In that case, please bring this as well.”

”What is this?” Noel frowned, looking at the book.

”Have I mentioned that there are three books and Ardagan left behind by our ancestors?”

”Yes.”

”Whatʼs left behind in the previous Ardagan familyʼs location is the note written by our ancestor. Meanwhile, the one that Laufey brings with him is the note of the Maiden Knight. And this is the one we bring. The note of the Sword Saint.

”I believe you should take this. The book will show its true value in the correct personʼs hand.”

Noel received the book, examining it carefully.

Anna simply smiled and gradually walked away so that these three would have some time to catch up.
