Not Being a Trainer This Time

Chapter 349: Chapter 227: In Full Bloom!

Cyclizar nodded dumbly: ”Gaa-oo.”

Its eyes widened as it finally realized the current situation.

Naoki and everyone, are they celebrating its birthday?!

”These are custom clothes I specially ordered for you from Mrs. Dante.” Naoki took out the shopping bag and placed the clothes before Cyclizar: ”With these, you won’t feel cold in winter, and you can play in the snow with everyone else.”

Cyclizar listened blankly, the sudden surprise almost overwhelming it.

At this moment, it felt as if its entire body was bathed in an ocean of happiness.

”Gaa, gaa-oo!” Cyclizar let out a silly growl, looking at everyone with emotion.

Koraidon: ”...” Can’t bear to watch!

”Blow the candles!” Naoki led Cyclizar to the cake.

Under everyone’s gaze, Cyclizar puffed up its cheeks and blew out the candle.

”Clap clap clap!”

The Indeedee sister started clapping again.

Under its lead, the Pokemon around burst into cheers.

After blowing the candles, it was time to cut the cake.

Cyclizar didn’t know how to cut, so Naoki helped.

He cut the cake into small pieces and handed them to Cyclizar, letting it share the joy with everyone.

Cyclizar obediently complied.

Koraidon watched this scene, its eyes sparkling.

It knew that although Cyclizar looked foolish now, it would forever remember everything that happened today and be grateful for it.

At this time, Cyclizar came to it with a piece of cake.

Koraidon looked down at it, then reached out a paw to take the cake, eating this long-awaited birthday gift.

”Gaa-oo~”

Seeing Koraidon eat the cake, Cyclizar felt very happy.

It didn’t care at all that Koraidon had left it alone in the flower field and sneaked away just now.

After finishing distributing the cake, Cyclizar took its portion and began eating it with everyone.

Enjoying the sweet taste of cream in its mouth, Cyclizar couldn’t help but think to itself.

How happy!

On August 21, Naoki received a response from the Paldea League.

Geeta’s voice came through the phone: ”The application you submitted that day to enter the Paldea Giant Pit has been approved by the League. You need to first head to Medali Town, where staff from the Paldea League will take you to the Area Zero Gate leading inside the Pit.”

”However, they can only take you to the Area Zero Gate, and everything afterward is up to you.”

Thinking of everything in the Pit, Geeta couldn’t help but remind: ”The inside of the Paldea Giant Pit is extremely dangerous. Even Champion-level Trainers must be cautious there. I wouldn’t want to see the Paldea League lose a talent.”

Naoki: ”...”

Even though he wasn’t sure when he became a talent for the Paldea League, he still took Geeta’s warning to heart: ”I’ll be careful, Champion.”

Geeta: ”That’s best. When do you plan to set off?”

Upon hearing this, Naoki turned back, glancing at the few Dragonair playing in the living room.

At the ranch, there’s currently nothing urgent. With the Indeedee Sibling here, even if he went out for a while, the ranch would be well managed by them.

The only concern was the group of wild Pokemon temporarily staying in the Berry Garden.

They hadn’t yet moved past the shadow of that disaster.

Thinking of this, Naoki said: ”In three days!”

In three days, Wattrel’s wings should be completely healed.

”In three days?” Geeta nodded: ”Alright, I’ll inform the staff of the time.”

Naoki asked: ”How should I find him?”

”That’s simple.” Discussing the person, Geeta’s tone held a hint of helplessness: ”He is Larry, the Gym Leader of Medali Gym. At that time, you just need to go to Medali Gym to find him.”

”If he’s not there, you can find him at a place called the Treasure Eatery in town. He will take you to the Area Zero Gate.”
