”Is this just a part of the troop training?”

Gu Xi slowly expressed his thoughts.

”Based on the existing information, yes.”

Eve nodded affirmatively.

She understood that Gu Xi already believed what she had said.

At this moment, Gu Xi asked again, ”With your current judgement, how much investment would be needed to train such a troop, and what would be the eventual output?”

”It’s still not very clear, after all, we only have a single ’Blood Crown Book’ on hand, and we still don’t know where this ’Blood Crown Book’ came from.

The only thing we can be certain of now is that behind this ’Blood Crown Book’, there are definitely several more similar ritual magic books.

We can’t even be sure if there will be a ritual magic that combines all equipment in the end.”

Hearing this situation, the excitement on Gu Xi’s face also calmed down.

Eve’s words made sense.

What stands before them is just a beginning, and they aren’t sure how many resources will need to be invested later.

The most important thing is, everything currently is just Gu Xi and Eve’s conjecture.

With such a large investment, what if they fail? What should they do then?

Gu Xi hesitated for a moment.

However, being a decisive person, Gu Xi only hesitated for a moment before turning to the troops following him and said, ”You guys go out from the garrison gate first and handle the issues in the last village.

I’ll be there shortly.”

Afterward, Gu Xi flipped over and jumped onto the Holy Silver Evil Coffin, turning towards Yalidovitar.

Along the way, Gu Xi also informed Luna and Shaya, asking them to go to Yalidovitar as well.

For this matter, Gu Xi needed to consider other people’s opinions before making a decision.

Upon receiving Gu Xi’s message, Eldest Princess Anna and the others were somewhat confused.

They did not understand what had happened, why Gu Xi was urgently calling them together.

In Yalidovitar, Gu Xi spoke about the Jiaolong Blood Castle, Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown, and the ’Blood Crown Book’.

Eldest Princess Anna immediately said, ”Sir, you can use Yalidovitar for the experiment, after all, I usually stay in Yalidovitar, and if it doesn’t work out, we can experiment with my council members first.”

Luna directly said, ”Sir, you can use Yalidu City for the experiment, this magic ceremony matches well with Death City.”

Gu Xi, however, shook his head.

”I brought you over not to experiment with the magic ceremony from the ’Blood Crown Book’.

We already have two pieces of orange armor and one fixed orange armor, and we also have two items of orange quality, there is no need to disrupt our steps for the orange armor.

I called you over to ask if I put a portion of the resources into Eve’s plan, would there be any problems with the eventual gains.

You know our resources are currently fully developing Yalidu City.

The investment into Jiaolong Blood Castle was because there would be rewards coming soon.

But this current research, though it has a probability of success, the odds aren’t high, and as Eve said, it’s fraught with complications.

If something goes wrong in the end and we gain nothing, then all our resources and time would be wasted.

What’s your view on this investment?”

To Gu Xi’s question, Luna straightforwardly said, ”Although Yalidu City now doesn’t have enough resource points, the negative energy is sufficient, and we have enough of a market, so we aren’t lacking in resources.”

”Within Yalidu City, we have strong enough troops, and if resources aren’t sufficient, we can plunder. As for test subjects, they’re not a concern.

Previously at Jiaolong Blood Castle, only vampires could be used, but in Yalidu City, we have a large batch of undead corps above level 15.

If needed, Wangxiang Militia can be used.”

At this moment, the Eldest Princess Anna also quickly said.

”Indeed, please allocate a portion of the ’Blood Crown Book’s’ resources to me, I will find a way to uncover the origin of this ’Blood Crown Book’.”

Shaya also showed her presence at this moment.

Listening to them, Gu Xi glanced at Eve.

Eve also stood up at this moment and said, ”Based on the current resources and speculation, there are at least five other books similar to this ’Blood Crown Book’, likely focusing on spear, sword, shield, armor, and crossbow, but it might not be like this.

This is all the info we have been able to gather.

Moreover, based on some records from the Duke of Wailing at the time.

My personal guess is that when more than three pieces of equipment similar to the Blood Dragon Crown are present, the specially trained soldiers would have the equivalent of being equipped with an orange armor.

Of course, this is just speculation; there are still many things we haven’t figured out yet.

We also need to divert some resources into experiments in this area.”

”You mean to say we need to find at least three pieces of equipment to see returns?”

”No, we can experiment now, but to achieve the returns we imagine, we may need to get three pieces of equipment first.”

Eve shook her head.

Gu Xi however, directly said, ”No, let’s start with one piece of equipment. We can’t wait any longer, I will invest resources, and I’ll also search for the other books, but for now, we must begin the experiment.

You, Eve, will handle the experimentation.

Let’s not fuss with the orange armor anymore. We can still use the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown’s deputy.

Start with that, as you said before, and see how it goes when using all deputies and no orange armor.”

”Alright.”

Eve agreed decisively.

As for Luna and the others, they had no new ideas at this point.

To them, it was fine for Gu Xi to make the decision on such matters.

”Well then, that’s that. Luna, remember to allocate resources to Eve. Shaya, go get the data from Eve, and the matter of collecting the remaining books falls to you.”

After giving out the orders, Gu Xi stood up.

”I still have other things to attend to. If there’s any news, contact me directly.”

Gu Xi still remembered the issue of the village construction.

It’s not that Gu Xi didn’t understand the severity of things, but because this matter is just a beginning, and it’s hard to say how long until they could produce orange armor in batches.

Gu Xi didn’t have the time to stay there indefinitely, and Eve alone was enough, no need for Gu Xi to keep focusing on this matter.

On the other hand, village building is a rare pleasure for Gu Xi now.

After all, he would have to stay in this game world for at least a month.

If he didn’t find some fun in farming or something, he really wouldn’t know how to handle the time ahead.

After assigning the tasks, Gu Xi turned and left to prepare for the new village.

As for the matters there, leaving it to Luna and the others would suffice.
