Undead Mage from a Cell

Chapter 963: Chapter 961: Orange Armor and Blood Castle

As the torrent of information rained down, Gu Xi had already approached Dietrich.

While all sorts of information flowed in, what Gu Xi was most concerned about was the Orange Armor that had transformed into the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown.

[Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown (Orange, Hat, Dietrich)]

[After equipping: All soldiers in the city gain +1 to their Soldier Level.]

[Equipment Requirements: Intelligence 10, Perception 10, Charm 10]

[Special 1: Blood Flood Dragon Ten Crowns, equipping the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown allows the wearer to raise their Level by 5, and distribute ten Deputy items. Those equipped with a Deputy item have their Level increased by 3, and all equipped with Deputy items can establish a Crown Guard (up to a hundred members, each member gains 1 Level).]

[Special 2: Blood Flood Dragon’s Protection, the wearer of the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown is unaffected by the negative effects of Purple Equipment as long as they remain within the influence range of the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown (Jiaolong Blood Castle range), and those equipped with Deputy items are exempt from one negative effect of Purple Equipment.]

[Special 3: Blood Flood Dragon Breath, the wearer of the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown can concentrate the power within its range for a Full-Power Strike (all soldiers within Jiaolong Blood Castle range). Those equipped with Deputy items can use this strike with the combined strength of ten people.]

[Special 4: Blood Flood Dragon’s Protection, the wearer of the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown, unless they deliberately unlink from the crown, can be revived at the ceremony location even after dying in battle (unlimited times). Those with Deputy items can be revived once after dying in battle (requires the use of blood)]

[Description 1: Wearing this Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown, you become the master of this city, but you cannot leave; if you step out of this city, your Level will rapidly decline until you relinquish the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown or return to the city.

Therefore, those wishing to leave the city, please relinquish your crown and pass it on to someone in need.]

[Description 2: The current quality and effects of the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown were not solely due to the ceremony’s power but also because of the valuable inputs. Please do not assume this ceremony is all-powerful.]

Looking at the information about the Blood Flood Dragon Head Crown on Dietrich’s head, Gu Xi didn’t know what to say.

Gu Xi was keenly aware that this piece of equipment was of Orange Quality, yet everything about it revolved entirely around the scope of the Jiaolong Blood Castle.

The greatest benefit for Dietrich from this was that his Level temporarily increased by 5.

But Gu Xi understood clearly that this Level increase was solely because he had provided a Level 34 Flood Dragon Corpse.

Without this Flood Dragon Corpse, such a strong effect might not exist, let alone the elevation of all soldiers in the city by one Level.

As for the Blood Flood Dragon’s Protection, it merely allowed Dietrich to equip more Purple Armor, without instantly enhancing his power.

The latter two points, one is a skill for desperate situations, the other is a skill for quickly reviving after death.

While the effects are decent, for Dietrich who cannot leave the Jiaolong Blood Castle, these are not particularly advantageous Attributes.

”Dietrich, stand guard here for now. Once I have a new Leader Level, I’ll have them immediately replace you. Until then, the Jiaolong Blood Castle is under your management.”

Dietrich had been aware of Gu Xi’s plan from the beginning. Hearing Gu Xi’s words, he decisively responded.

”Rest assured, my lord, I will handle everything here properly.”

Once Dietrich affirmed, Gu Xi finally had time to review the situation regarding Jiaolong Blood Castle.

With the information about Jiaolong Blood Castle displayed.

Gu Xi could see the current situation of Jiaolong Blood Castle.

Among the most crucial elements are the eleven existing Large Buildings, ranging from Blood-colored Mud Monster to Blood Dragon, housing various grades of Vampire Squad.

Vampires, Vampire Knights, Vampire Maids, Blood Mages, Vampire Cavalry, and Vampire Priests are considered traditional Vampire Squad.

Blood-colored Mud Monster, Twisted Blood Slaves, Mad Blood Beasts, Dark Red Blood Armor, and Blood Dragons are mutated Blood Race Squads.

Additionally, there are other non-troop entities like giant bats and Blood-colored Cannibal Flowers.

Suffice it to say, the current Jiaolong Blood Castle is sufficient to provide Gu Xi with a new racial troop type.

If Gu Xi needs it, he can mobilize a force of about thirty thousand people from here at any time.

However, there still isn’t a corresponding Legion formed here, not even Battalion Level troops have been established.

The management of the thirty to forty thousand Vampires is still somewhat chaotic.

Dietrich will still need to further manage the Jiaolong Blood Castle.

Wait until the site is fully stabilized before proceeding.

After reviewing the Jiaolong Blood Castle’s situation, Gu Xi said to Dietrich, ”Dietrich, your next task is to develop Jiaolong Blood Castle.

This location belongs to a guild called Steel Ghost Claw.

Although there was an issue this time, I am not sure if Bailian City will return this world.

But regardless, Jiaolong Blood Castle is now in my hands.

I have invested a substantial amount of resources into it; I cannot let these resources be wasted.

In the coming period, you are to guard the Jiaolong Blood Castle for me; anyone attempting to attack Jiaolong Blood Castle is an enemy.

Kill them and convert them into Undead.”

Listening to Gu Xi’s words, Dietrich smiled, ”Rest assured, my lord, once Jiaolong Blood Castle is under my control, no one will be able to take it.”

Dietrich spoke these words confidently because just now, his Level had temporarily increased to Level 25, selecting the second Attribute Enhancement.

Before any Level 30 enemies appear, in this area, he is practically invincible.
