Armed Train in the Apocalypse

He’s been to school for two more days than these two people. Although he didn’t learn anything serious, he knows that a nuclear bomb is impossible, it’s just an exaggeration.

But one thing is certain, later this group of people also have high-power weapons.

”Can we make this group of people fight against the ones in front?”

Wei Dong’s eyes revealed a hint of sinister contemplation.

Longyan’s triangular eyes suddenly radiated with brilliance, and he slapped his palm fiercely, ”Brilliant! Let them fight, we’ll sit back and enjoy like watching tigers fight from a mountain, and once they both suffer, we’ll go in for the kill!”

Dragon Head hesitantly asked, ”What if they don’t fight?”

Longyan sneered, ”Should we just watch? If they don’t fight, we’ll add fuel to the fire!”

Wei Dong nodded, ”At least two flames, both sides must burn simultaneously, leaving them no choice but to fight. But I want to stay on the floating land, you two pick now, who will deal with Mao Bear and who will deal with the group behind?”

Longyan’s eyes turned, ’Mao Bear still has plenty of heavy firepower, a tough bone to chew, though the group behind is also troublesome, they’ve used up their ammunition in the zombie tide, there’s been no gunfire heard since then, they should be easier to deal with than Mao Bear. But if I say it directly, that idiot with the horse face will definitely fight for it, I have to scheme a bit.’

So, with a bit of mockery, he said, ”Mao Bear in the front has already been hit once, if I choose them, Dragon Head might think I’m taking advantage.”

Wei Dong looked at Dragon Head, the latter pretended to be deep in thought, but in fact, can he not understand that little level of his?

Before the apocalypse, he was a drug-pushing fitness instructor, didn’t even evolve a complete brain after being promoted to Tier One, as soon as he encountered something complicated, his left and right brain would battle each other. With such a simple problem, he sat there turning crimson, even his face twitched, mouth corner spasmed, while his men silently backed a few steps away upon seeing his stance.

Seeing this idiot about to enter Berserk status again, bluntly said, ”Then let Dragon Head continue to approach the group with Mao Bear, Longyan you contact the newcomers, best to make real fire.”

Dragon Head tapped his swollen head, irritably said, ”Okay, it’s settled then!”

”Then act tonight, hit them hard while the night is dark.”

Longyan sneered inwardly, ’If it weren’t for the lack of personnel in the association, could a fool like you sit in the third-in-command position?’

Walking out of the tent, Longyan gathered his subordinates and announced the hunting decision, immediately causing a wave of cheers, it had been half a month since the last loot, the women in the camp had been played out, supplies were almost consumed, if not for the inconvenience of getting on and off the floating island, some would’ve already gone out to seek excitement.

Now hearing Longyan personally lead them out for hunting, they were instantly high with excitement.

Slid down a rope from the edge of the floating island, leaving behind the most critical confidant for guard before the crowd stealthily moved toward a small village.

The village was not far, just a few hundred meters around, in a ruined state, usually where they kept vehicles and stored any inconvenient loot. The floating land was, in essence, a temporary refuge, its area too small, no production space, eventually dependent on surface supplies to live.

In the apocalypse year, countless large and small settlements vanished, those remaining summed up this survival approach.

This turbulent life also made it difficult to resume production, so the entire East City Association maintained a scale of less than a thousand people, having three Tier One Evolvers was already thanks to the safe zones.

After checking and ensuring the vehicles had no issues, Longyan got into an inconspicuous modified tracked vehicle, slipped into the team tail, heading toward the armed train battle direction.

His triangular eyes were full of urgency, with some things unsaid.

The confidant aside from seeing the battlefield, most crucially saw an elaborately crafted, unknown length train!

What kind of person in the apocalypse needs to build such a safe mobile vehicle?

Only those who are afraid and weak would do such a thing, thinking they could sit back worry-free in a car or fortress, such people in the apocalypse he’s attacked countless times, nothing but turtles curled in metal shells.

If the armed train was like the past Mao Bear batch, dominating the wild in cars, he’d certainly hesitate, but the opponents were hiding in trains, instantly giving him boundless confidence.

No matter how hard to open a can, it’ll be pried open eventually, Longyan even started fantasizing about self-sufficiency through the train, kicking Wei Dong off from power next.

Seventeen steel creations cut through the frozen wasteland, like a string of rusty nails wedged into the earth’s decaying flesh. Leading was a tanker, tank was vertically split, and twisted steel plates welded to, forming a moving steel cage. Between railings dozens of rotten hands reached out, these were ”road bait.” When the convoy encountered attacks, doors would open, throwing them down effectively alleviating pursuit by zombie hordes and Evolution Beasts.

The second vehicle was a modified bus, with each window welded with rhombus steel plate, behind shooting holes were eyes of pathological excitement.

A farm sprayer mounted atop the bus, filled with various peculiar industrial concoctions, effective against bloodhounds with keen noses among Evolution Beasts, but not much use against zombies.

Modified to this extent, don’t expect much stability, especially facing Gravity Zone’s uneven wilderness. The massive vehicle occasionally trembled, stuck in pits, struggling to climb out, while the driver cursed urging those onboard to get down and push.
