The First Store System

Chapter 1011: A New Customer!

After the battle between the duo of husband and wife was over, they stored their beasts in the card, and the next moment, they teleported to the store using the Ultimate Store Card.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Three white lights appeared out of nowhere in the storeʼs hall, and when they disappeared, Fidel appeared with his family.

Fidelʼs condition didnʼt look good, as several body parts were swollen. Ridleyʼs hands were swollen too. The condition of the bet was that they couldnʼt treat any injury other than life-threatening, so it was up to natural healing. It would take days for the swelling to subside because both sides exerted powerful energies.

”Hello, Aakesh. You look as good as yesterday,” Fidel greeted Aakesh.

***

Fidel, Fred, and Riddley only had three products available to them, Panagea, training areas, and beasts. They had already bought beasts, so they would have to wait for the second pillar to appear and activate if they wanted another one. They had already entered the Gods & Demons level training area, so they now needed to pass another week before they could enter it. Only Panagea was left, but even then, the waiting line was long, and they would have to wait several hours.

But since leaving the store would take their turn away, the family had no choice but to wait for hours.

Time flew by, and hours passed.

The six-hour stay of the first group was over in Panagea, so the system forced them out one by one, depending on their entry sequence.

It was now the turn of the second group to enter Panagea when William and Elle, who were in the first group, saw a familiar face.

”Elasha!” Both of them called out simultaneously.

Elasha, who was in a hurry, turned around after hearing a familiar voice. She turned around and couldnʼt help but be surprised when she saw who it was.

”William, Elle!”

Since they were from the Elf group, there were occasional conversations between them.

But since Elasha was getting late for her entry into Panagea, she simply greeted the duo and entered the room.

William and Elle had nothing else to do in the store, so they activated their store card, and the next moment, a white light covered them.

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Aakesh was relaxing on his chair when he heard the sound of footsteps coming from outside the store. He opened his eyes and turned in that direction to find an unfamiliar face proceeding toward the store.

***

It was a female of a different demon race, the High Legs Demon. As the name suggested, the creatures had long legs. One-sixth of their body was made up of the upper body, and the remaining five-sixths were just legs.

The female in question was around four meters tall, with her leg proportions being more than three meters tall. Her name was Ruby.

Ruby, a peak Divine Being cultivator, belonged to one of the trading organizations dispersed throughout the planet Curiele. Only three days had passed since she arrived at her posting in Thorr City. Since today was a holiday, she was traveling around the city.

Rubyʼs luck seemed to be great, as just on her first trip inside the city, she selected Seventeenth Street as her target and discovered the store.

When she found the store, there was a hint of excitement in her eyes. The array blocking the outsiderʼs senses was high-tech, and even the headquarters of her organization, which was run by Higher Gods, didnʼt have such a system.

Controlling her curiosity, Ruby proceeded ahead and stepped inside the store.

Her eyes expanded wide as she saw the novelty of the store. It looked like a typical building from the outside, but from the inside, it was otherworldly.

Ruby wasnʼt from an ordinary background. Her family was behind the organization, and since her father was the current leader of the organization, she had an easy posting in Thorr City for training.

Due to coming from such a brilliant background, her knowledge regarding things was acceptable, so she recognized the Eternal Stone when she saw the floor.

”Such a large quantity!” Her mouth flew wide open in shock as she saw the entire floor being embedded with the Eternal Stone.

”Hello, store owner!” After readjusting to reality and briefly calming down from the shock she had experienced from the moment she stepped inside the store, Ruby greeted Aakesh.

Aakesh gave his usual response to greetings as he nodded.

”I am Ruby, a member of the Dice Association,” Ruby introduced herself and also named the organization standing behind her.

”I am Aakesh,” Aakesh introduced himself in his usual style.

***

”Store owner, how did you get Eternal Stone in such a large quantity?” Ruby asked.

”If you have a stable source, the Dice Association would be willing to trade with you,” Ruby added further.

Aakeshʼs indifferent expression remained the same as ever, as he didnʼt even feel the need to respond to such a question.

Rubyʼs face was serious when she asked the question, but as time passed, her face turned red and awkward from the stare and no response.

The Dice Association was a trading association controlled by her family, so she had also learned the fundamentals of the trade from her family. After finding the stones in such a large quantity and of such outstanding quality, she knew if she could make a deal with Aakesh, it would propel the association toward glory like never before.

But after getting no response from Aakesh, she understood that the other party had no intention of conducting the trade with her.

Ruby felt anger surge in her heart as she found it insulting for Aakesh not to even respond, but she soon calmed down, as losing to rage was the worst thing a trader could commit. From the way the store looked, it seemed to come from a considerable background. Ruby knew she couldnʼt afford to offend someone like Aakesh. It was neither good for her nor the organization or her family.

”Store owner, what does the store sell?” Ruby calmed down as a smile appeared on her face, and she asked. The smile seemed genuine, as good acting was necessary for a trader.

”The store currently sells five products...” Aakesh had been waiting for the question to arrive, so he introduced all five products in a single breath.
