Not Being a Trainer This Time

Chapter 1242: Chapter 569: Pregnant, Becoming a Gym Leader, Gathering Six Electric-Type Pokemon? (Part 3)

Thinking of this, Naoki agreed: “Alright, I’ll fill in.”

“It’s settled then!” Geeta said with a cheerful smile, “I’ll help you register the Gym Leader information right now. You can take a break for three days at Levincia Gym. During these three days, you can familiarize yourself with Lono’s work as a Gym Leader, and then directly welcome challengers at the gym afterwards.”

“Sure.” Naoki nodded in agreement.

Once the call ended, Geeta’s smile was unable to be concealed.

“I really am a person with foresight.” Geeta said.

Rika: “…”

Back at the ranch, Naoki immediately started checking the Tera Type of the Pokemon on the ranch using the Tera Orb.

From Gogoat to Garganacl, and then from Garganacl to Wooloo.

However, after checking for a long time, Naoki regretfully found that none of the Pokemon on the ranch had the Electric Tera Type…

Lono followed behind and seeing this situation, spoke up: “If it really doesn’t work out, I can also hand Bellibolt over to your command!”

“No rush, I’ll go check at the World Tree first.” Naoki replied, “If it really doesn’t work out, we’ll talk then.”

Saying that, he crossed into the Reversed World, heading to the World Tree to conduct Tera Type checks on the Pokemon there.

Milotic had the Ice Tera, Tatsugiri had the Dragon Tera, Arboliva had the Grass Tera, Charizard had the Flying Tera…

Seeing the hustle and bustle, Jirachi also ran over to join the fun.

Naoki helped it check, and with a brilliant flash of light, a yellow light bulb with lightning runes appeared atop Jirachi’s head.

“Huh?” Jirachi looked at the top of its head in confusion.

Naoki felt relieved, the fourth “Electric” Type Pokemon was found.

“Jirachi, would you be willing to help me with something?” Naoki asked.

“Of course! Jirachi is willing!” Jirachi answered playfully, because Naoki had helped it before, and now it was its turn to help Naoki!

Naoki felt relieved.

Pawmot, Jolteon, Zapdos, Pikachu, Jirachi, there were now five.

Just one more, and he would complete a team of six Electric Type Pokemon.

However, fate often had its way of teasing people, and by the afternoon, Naoki hadn’t seen any more Electric Type Pokemon.

Though Pawmot’s parents were also Electric Type Pokemon, they worked at the World Tree and being aged, were enjoying their retirement and not suited for intense Pokemon battles.

Naoki bid farewell to everyone at the World Tree and returned to the ranch.

“Found any?” Lono asked.

Naoki shook his head: “Just one short.”

“Then let’s hand Bellibolt over to you.” Lono said, she’d already spoken with Bellibolt today, and it was happy to accept this.

Naoki was about to give his thanks, but at that moment, he suddenly received news from Ho-oh.

[Ho-oh: Naoki, are you looking for Electric Type Pokemon?]

Naoki was slightly taken aback.

[Ho-oh: It’s Jirachi who told me, it said it was happy to help you.]

[Eisou: Yes, we’re just one short now.]

[Ho-oh: In that case, I think I can help you with this.]

Ho-oh was referring to Lei Gong, considering the time, Lei Gong and the others were probably almost to the ranch, weren’t they?

Perfect timing, letting Lei Gong help the Rainbow Hero with a task, letting them grow closer.

However, Naoki didn’t understand Ho-oh’s meaning.

[Eisou: What?]

[Ho-oh: You’ll see it very soon.]

Upon reading this message, Naoki was stunned.

See it? What was Ho-oh saying? Looking at this, could it be that a Pokemon was headed to the ranch?

Wait! Naoki suddenly thought of an Electric Type Pokemon related to Ho-oh.

Could it be referring to Lei Gong, one of the Legendary beasts?

What’s happening? Are Lei Gong and the others on their way to the ranch?

Naoki was a bit perplexed, but after some contemplation, he quickly calmed down, deciding to observe the situation before making a decision.

For now… he was turning his attention to naming his baby!

Late at night, Naoki sat at his desk, browsing through information.

Seeing this, Lono was quite speechless: “Coming up with names now, isn’t it a bit too early?”

“Early?” Naoki asked puzzled, “If we come up with names now, we won’t have to worry about it later!”

Lono thought about it carefully and realized it made sense, so she joined in on the naming process.

Eventually, the couple

Eventually, along with Lono, selected over ten names.

Eisou, Yuki, Yuuki, Little Tree, Yukii…

Looking at these names, both Naoki and Lono found it hard to decide.

“How about Yukii if it’s a girl, and Yuuki if it’s a boy?” Lono suggested, but after a few seconds, she shook her head again: “It seems like Little Tree is also nice! They all seem appealing!”

Naoki: “…”

He shook his head helplessly, pondered carefully, and his side-eye suddenly noticed Koraidon beside him.

Naoki brought the paper to Koraidon.

“Ah-gah-see?” Koraidon’s head lifted.

Naoki smiled and said to it, “Koraidon, we’re thinking of a name for the baby in our tummy, but we’re undecided on which one. Do you have any favorites?”

Speaking, Naoki read the names aloud from the paper.

“Yuki, Yuuki, Little Tree…”

Listening to these names, Koraidon blinked, looked down at the paper before it, imagined the little master’s image, and then raised its big paw without hesitation, placing it on one name.

“Little Tree?” Lono saw the name, and was pleasantly surprised, “Little Tree… Little Tree, hehe, it sounds rather cute, doesn’t it?”

Koraidon nodded in agreement: “Ah-gah-see!”

“If that’s the case, then let’s decide.” Seeing the duo’s state, Naoki said with a smile, “If it’s a girl, she’ll be Little Tree, and if it’s a boy, he’ll be Yuuki!”
