Not Being a Trainer This Time

Everyone in the expedition team has their own story and life. From now on, they will meet new Pokemon, make new friends, and encounter new stories.

Whether it’s the Pokemon saved by Mewtwo or those invited back by the Heroic Expedition Team, everyone lives in that place equally.

In this way, he doesn’t have to worry anymore!

Seeing this, Naoki put away the Arceus Phone, got up, and opened the bathroom door, only to see Koraidon squatting beside him.

”Ah-ga-sii~!”

Seeing Naoki come out, Koraidon immediately stood up, wagging its big tail.

Naoki grinned at it and reached out to pat Koraidon’s head, saying, ”Let’s go! We also need to start a new life!”

Thus, the event with Arceus concluded, and the matter he discussed with Lono months ago should formally be put on the agenda.

In the Pokemon World, falling in love doesn’t involve too many formalities.

Since he likes Lono and Lono likes him, they can simply register to get married and move in together.

Although Naoki feels it’s a bit fast, it seems everyone in this world does it this way, so Naoki chooses to follow local customs.

But before that, he has to properly prepare and bring some gifts when visiting Lono’s parents.

Naoki got up and walked outside.

Koraidon followed behind, carefully recalling, though the memories are too old, it remembers everything clearly regarding Naoki.

It realized that it might be this year when Naoki and Lono will hold their wedding.

If it didn’t remember wrong, soon their little master is going to be born.

By then, Naoki Ranch will be complete, and they will live happily together in the ranch.

Thinking of that scene, Koraidon couldn’t help but smile with happiness.

”Ah-ga-sii~”

Koraidon followed Naoki to the living room. Naoki went upstairs to the computer to research what gifts to give to parents before marriage in the Pokemon World.

While Koraidon stayed in the living room, imagining the life after that.

This time, it will participate from an entirely different perspective!

Pawmot came back for water and saw the silly expression on Koraidon’s face, curiously asking: ”Pa-mo?” (What are you thinking about?)

Koraidon instinctively replied: ”Ah-ga-sii!” (Thinking about the little master Naoki will have!)

”Pa-mo?!” Pawmot was shocked.

Little master? Naoki is going to have a baby? When? How come it didn’t know?

Koraidon then realized it had let slip too much and immediately said dismissively: ”Ah-ga-sii.” (I’m just guessing.)

However, Pawmot entered its own imagination.

If Naoki is going to have a baby, will Naoki’s baby be able to come to the ranch like Anna from ”The Slugma-Powered Home” and make friends with them?

”Pa-mo!”

Pawmot was very excited and left Koraidon behind, directly finding the Slugma in the fireplace, telling it about Naoki’s baby coming soon to the ranch to make friends with them.

The Slugma in the fireplace raised its head, looking a bit confused: ”Maa-koo?”

Pawmot imagined the future life: ”Pa-mo~”

Will Naoki’s baby be like the cute Little Anna, looking for them around the house, wanting to make friends and play together?

Should they hide and play hide and seek with the little baby?

”Maa-koo...” Slugma sighed and puffed out a plume of white smoke.

It used to watch ”The Slugma-Powered Home” with Pawmot.

But if it remembered correctly, wasn’t Anna in ”The Slugma-Powered Home” not the owner’s baby?

It seems there was a granddaughter-grandparent relationship or something?

... Can’t figure it out.

Slugma was confused.

”When gifting, consider the recipient’s preferences... If they are trainers, give commemorative Poke Balls, or whatever trainers like...” Naoki muttered, reading the gift-giving strategy displayed on the computer screen.

It made sense, but he hadn’t met Lono’s parents before, so he didn’t know their preferences and character.

Thus, after pondering a bit, Naoki used the Rotom Phone to call Lono to discuss it.

The call connected quickly, and when Lono heard Naoki’s intention, she chuckled foolishly.

”Are you really coming?” she asked.

In Lono’s view, meeting each other’s parents is a significant event, indicating the two are about to get married.

”Of course.” Naoki nodded: ”But the problem is I don’t know what they like. If I give inappropriate gifts, that won’t be good.”

Talking about serious matters, Lono also started to ponder.

”My dad was a trainer when he was younger, and he loves things related to trainers. Recently, I saw him watching the Galar Region Champion Leon’s match! He seems to really like Leon.”

”My mom loves Rage Candy Bar from the Johto Region, she ate it once while traveling and hasn’t forgotten it since.”

Moments later, Lono giggled: ”Hehe, honestly, anything you give, they’ll like.”

Naoki: ”...They’re not you.”

Rage Candy Bar?

Going to Mahogany Town to buy a pack wouldn’t be a problem, after all, with Koraidon’s speed, it could quickly make a round trip.
