I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1387 19.46 Second Red Star - Leng Junʼs Rebirth

Leng Jun tirelessly fought against the ice wolf pack that suddenly surrounded him. His elemental tried its best to protect its master and even surrounded the two of them with a wall of fire just to increase their survival. Unfortunately, their opponents are elementals with no real physical bodies. Even if they were killed multiple times with a medium, they would resurrect themselves.

The Ice Wolf Elementals used snow or ice as a medium for the creation of their physical bodies. In this ice forest covered in ice and snow, they can be revived endlessly.

Surrounded by a firewall and ice elementals who still wanted the half-dead Leng Jun at the center, Leng Jun had given up. He had already lost an arm and a leg to these vicious ice elements. As for his little Fire Snake King Elemental Cub, which he named Chuchu, it is still doing its best to save its master.

There is an easy explanation for this. Chuchu is a small, dying elemental cub who was abandoned in the Spirit World without his parents. He was about to be consumed by the other fire elemental when Leng Jun called him to his planet, sparing him from certain death. Leng Jun was merely pleased to be able to call Chuchu into existence. He was unaware of this, but Leng Jun ended up saving the small viper.

He did not want to give up this master since he provided him with love, attention, and a sense of family.

The world in which Leng Jun is born is just a terrible one. The ice elementals, tainted by the elements of the world, had become insane and detested the inhabitants of the planet. The environment in which these elements were born had an impact. This is the reason these components plague mankind in this star.

There is a difference, though, the elements of this world would never hear their own race. They only kill humans. As for the elementals who were summoned here by their masters, they were allowed to stay unhindered on this planet, or they could return to the spirit world. Most Elementals, after the death of their masters, returned to the spirit world.

Those who are attached to their human master choose to die with them.

But Chuchu, this little fire viper, didnʼt want his master to die. He didnʼt want to lose his only family.

Leng Jun smiled and said to his elemental. ”Chuchu, return to the Spirit World. You donʼt need to see my ending. This is fate. I canʼt break away from it. Chuchu, I hope that you find a new master.

Someone much more powerful than I am, so you can grow without problems. Chuchu, goodbye.”

Leng Jun was going to drag his elemental back to the spirit world when Chuchu suddenly took a step that he never would have predicted. Chuchu entered his body and became one with his spirit. Leng Jun felt a strong fire aura emanating from him without knowing what was going on. Suddenly, a red flame surrounded his body, yet he was not actually scorched.

Glancing around, he saw that a meter surrounded him and the ice beneath him had melted. On Leng Junʼs forehead, an unnoticed pattern resembling a viper emerged. Suddenly, he experienced an intense ache radiating from throughout his body. The Ice Wolf King Elemental, who rules the ice forest he had invaded, was the last thing he saw as he passed out.

What Leng Jun didnʼt know was that after he fainted, the ice element around him did not look as vicious as before. After all, the aura coming from him and his scent had completely changed the moment Chuchu merged with his soul. He had become a half-elemental reborn through the spirit fire.

Leng Junʼs consciousness woke up in the place where he first met Chuchu. He actually summoned Chuchu in the small warehouse room where he used to live. It was a small room with only a single bed and wardrobe, plus an attached bathroom. In the underground sanctuary, there were no windows, only a small ventilation system that allowed air to slip through.

This place is small, but it was like a small world only for him. When he summoned Chuchu, the little viper was thin and covered in wounds. There is a choice for a human summoner to make about whether to sign a partner contract with an elemental. Whether to sign or not to sign. Humans in Federation Star can only sign with an elemental once in their lives.

So they were given a choice as to how many times they wanted and found the element they truly wanted.

A normal hunter would never choose to sign with a wounded and small elemental like Chuchu. Leng Jun didnʼt want to in the first place, but when he saw a strong will to live glinting within the eyes of the small viper, he thought otherwise.

Leng Jun smiled and said, ”Good! I like the one with a strong will. Little one, I will call you Chuchu. From now on, I will be your master. Chuchu, my name is Leng Jun. Letʼs work hard together in the future.”

As Leng Jun signed the contract with Chuchu, Chuchuʼs wounds healed, and his kingʼs bloodline awakened thanks to the benefits of the spirit contract. This is the day Leng Jun becomes one of the most powerful elemental summoners. Even if his little cipher is just a cub, at least it awakened a kingʼs bloodline capable of suppression. The suppression of bloodlines.

Any elemental without the kingʼs bloodline was under its mercy, especially the fire elementals.

Leng Jun watched the scene with happiness. He thought that this was the last moment of his life, seeing through his past events at the very last moment before his death.

”This scene is not bad. At least I had to enjoy my last moment of happiness,” Leng Jun mumbles.

But the scene suddenly changed, it now shows a scene of two big fire vipers fighting against hundreds of enemies and a small viper running away while being pursued.

ʼRun, child!ʼ

ʼMom and Dad will block them for you!ʼ

ʼDonʼt look back!ʼ

Leng Jun immediately recognizes who this little viper is. Itʼs his Chuchu. He can only watch as the other elemental toyed at his Chuchu and his heart was filled with anger. Just as they were about to end the life of his Chuchu. A summoning circle appeared under Chuchuʼs body and brought him away from that place.

”Chuchu?”

The scene of him summoning an elemental for the first time appeared in front of him. He finally understood why Chuchu was so attached to him. He was never proud of being an elemental like all other elementals are towards their master. It was because he saved Chuchuʼs life that day that he summoned him into his world.

The small yet gentle voice of a young man lingers in Leng Junʼs ears. He didnʼt know its owner, but just hearing it made him feel close to it.

{AʼJun, I am finally able to speak to you.}

When Leng Jun turned around, he saw a huge crimson viper looking at him as if smiling. The voice that called his name was coming from this snake. The kingʼs imprint on the viperʼs forehead is similar to his Chuchu.

Leng Jun recognized the huge red viper. ”Chuchu? Youʼre Chuchu, arenʼt you?! Wow~ youʼre so big. Is this how you look as an adult? Not bad, so cool!”

Chuchu sways happily in front of his master.

{I look cool, really!? AʼJun, this is my real form. When you summoned me, those bastards forced me to regress into my child form. They wanted to steal the Kingʼs Bloodline in my veins. After all, not all elements can be born with the Kingʼs bloodline.}

”I saw them. Those bastards are so low. How could they use numbers and treat you like that!?” Leng Jun said. ”Hmp! If I was there, I would have helped you beat them up!”

{Hahaha~ it wonʼt be too late for revenge. AʼJun, do you know whatʼs happening in your body right now?}

Leng Jun looked confused and said, ”Arenʼt I dead?”

{Of course not. I signed a life contract with you at the last minute and disposed of my body, using it as a catalyst to transform your body. You are now in the process of becoming a half-elemental. One that possessed the ability of a King like me. My lifespan is shared with you, so you can live at least... A few hundred years.

If we found something to cleanse your body, you would be able to disregard your mortal vessel. Your soul can be considered as a Demigod right now. I am a Demigod at birth, thanks to my kingʼs bloodline.}

Leng Jun was bewildered by the words Chuchu was telling him. He didnʼt expect his little viper to be a Demigod. No wonder those kings who ruled above ground were all so powerful. They are all Demigods.

”Wait! If Elemental Kings are Demigods, then... That Snowman Elemental is he...”

{Yes. He is a God. An Elemental God. Thatʼs why no Elemental King goes against its orders. He inherited most of your planetʼs memories. How much humans have destroyed the nature of your own world is how much hatred the Ice Snowman Emperor Elemental has.}

Leng Jun mumbles, ”So in the end, what is happening right now is the karma humans have to bear. Maybe if we had protected the halflings instead of turning blind eyes, these things wouldnʼt have happened at all.”

”No. Something isnʼt right. Chuchu, why have you appeared before me? You suddenly disappeared into my body just now. What is really happening? What do you mean you made me a half-elemental?!

Does that mean you...!!?”

{Donʼt worry. I just lost my physical body. My soul will sleep within you. When you become a God... Maybe youʼll be able to ascend and find a way to recreate my body.}

Before the eyes of Leng Jun, he can see that the huge figure of the red viper is slowly turning transparent as if it were about to fade. He started panicking and wanted to take him, but his hand passed through.

”No. NO! Chuchu!?”

{Donʼt be afraid. I will continue to protect. AʼJun, thank you for saving me that day. I have always been happy since you accepted me as your elemental. May we see each other... in...

the... future.}

When the massive viper finally vanished, Leng Jun opened his eyes and began crying. He did not even realize that his body had undergone a whole regeneration or that there was fire all around him. When he was at his strongest, in his twenties, his body had regressed, as he would notice if he looked at himself.

He now has orange eyes and reddish-black hair, giving him the appearance of a gorgeous young man. Even his lost limbs had grown back.

Leng Jun looked around and saw figures before his eyes. Itʼs been the ice wolves elementals before, but this time they sat down, laid down and just glanced at him. This time there is no hate in their eyes, but instead a hint of intimacy of the same kind. Suddenly, a huge ice wolf with light blue fur appeared before him and spoke.

{The Child of the Fire Viper King. Congratulations on your rebirth, young elemental king!}

The ice elementals donʼt talk through their mouths but through divine consciousness. At first, Leng Jun was surprised and looked around panicking while calling for his Elementalʼs name.

”Chuchu? Chuchu! Chuchu, where are you!? Please stop kidding around. Please come out! Chuchu~”

The Ice Elemental Wolf King said, {That king from before resides within your soul. He gave you his life energy and transformed you to become one of us. Child, you are no longer those hateful humans. Live for the sake of the one inside you. The only way to revive him is to ascend and go to the Upper Realm.

In the land of Gods, there should be a way to recreate his body so he could separate from you and be reborn. Donʼt waste his sacrifice.}

Leng Jun said, ”I wanted to be alone for a while.”

The Ice Elemental Wolf King nods its head. It howls to send his kin away. Before it walked away, the Ice Elemental Wolf King said,

{Little one, you stay in my forest for however long you want. You can also have that bear to eat. Also, a piece of advice: the Elemental King at the Snow Mountain might be able to give you the answers you wanted to know, but that one is cunning. Be careful of being fooled.}

After the Ice Elemental Wolf King and its kin departed, a perplexed Leng Jun began to wail. His newfound weakness made it impossible for him to comprehend that he would still lose his only family. A powerful fluctuation of fire components swirled around that part of the ice forest and he sobbed like a crazy person.

All the elements in the forest, even the concealed humans who were once his minions, saw and felt a whirlwind of fire form.

”Is that the boss?”

”What happened to him?”

”The Ice Elemental Wolf King let him go. I thought all Elementals in this world hated humans!”

”Does the boss still look like a human to you?”

”He has hair made of fire and eyes as if it were a molten lava gemstone. He has a human form but is no longer human.”

”We need to inform the elders about this!”

”Letʼs go back!”
