I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1386 19.45 Second Red Star - Human Raceʼs New Protagonist

When Emperor Augustus spoke, the visitors felt their souls tremble. This shows that the strength of the man in front of them is above theirs. It can be said that even if they fought together, defeating the man before them is like a dream. Thatʼs how otherworldly they see the current Zerg Emperor.

The guests were silent for a long time before speaking. Ye Xiajie saw that they were impacted by his aura, which momentarily reduced the forceful influence of his presence. The guests did not stop until they were no longer aware of the Zerg Emperorʼs presence. However, despite the Zerg Emperor being right in front of them, they were unable to sense his presence. This confused the lot of them.

The Zerg Emperor said, ”You came here to meet this Emperor. What do you need?”

The guests were questioned twice before they eventually remembered why they had come to this location. The Interstellar Information Center employees moved forward and took a seat at the Zerg Kingʼs level. He even sat down more upright than the casual person in front of him.

”Itʼs a pleasure to be in the presence of the Zerg Emperor. I am Sigil. Information gathered from the Interstellar Information Center is at your service. This little one is only here to clarify the existence of the Zerg Emperor and the Zerg Empress.”

Sigil, the information gatherer, glances at the Zerg Emperor and the huge cocoon behind the man. He didnʼt dare to look for too long, as itʼs well known that Zergs are quite protective of their mates. He didnʼt want to be considered ill-mannered for staring for too long.

”Upon seeing the esteemed Emperor right now, it can be verified that the Zerg Emperor existed once again and in this era. Congratulations, Your Majesty!” Sigil said. ”As a congratulatory gift, I am willing to give away information that His Majesty must be interested in for free.”

Ye Xiajie thought for a moment and looked at the man in front of him. He then asked, ”Whatʼs the current situation on the Beast Planet?”

This one question was enough to startle everyone in the area, especially the visitors.

Sigil turned serious after hearing this question. ”As expected, Your Majesty the Emperor already knew about it. The Beast King, who allied their race with the humans, was enraged to learn that the result of the war against the Zerg Race ended with the defeat of the humans. Among the soldiers that came that day were the people of the beast race.

Since everyone from the Federation died that day, the Beast King was enraged. He is planning to destroy the Hive. Theyʼve started calling back all their warriors for this.”

”Heh~ I see. It should be interesting to let them come over,” the Zerg Emperor said with a smirk on the corner of his lips. ”They should be enough for my wife to play with.”

The other leaders of the other planets felt terrified by the words theyʼd heard. The confidence in the tone of the Zerg Emperor is undeniable. Moreover, the fact that he looks down on the Beast Rave shows the extent of his strength.

Their thoughts are in disarray.

ʼMaybe itʼs real that he killed the Heretic Zerg King and the Human God, Mo Shizhe, as the news said.ʼ

ʼTo think he can kill two individuals standing as Gods, just how powerful this man is!?

ʼItʼs better not to get involved with the Beast Race. It seems theyʼll be gone soon anyway.ʼ

ʼI better warn my race. Fighting against the Insect Race has never been easy from the beginning. Now that they have not only a Young Zerg King, there are even two peak commander classes; adding the Zerg Emperor and the unborn Zerg Empress, the Zerg Race in this era is strong as it is.ʼ

Emperor Augustus ignored the expressions of the visitors and asked nonchalantly, ”My Empress will be born soon. Are you going to stay to celebrate with us? If yes, Iʼll have some arranged accommodations for you.”

”We would like to stay, Your Majesty the Emperor!”

The outsiders look at one another. To say that they arenʼt interested in the birth of the Zerg Empress would be a lie. Thatʼs historical in the Zerg Race. As a member of the race that gathers all the information in their system, Sigil chooses to stay. The others who came with him also agreed to stay in the Hive to watch the birth of the Zerg Empress.

Emperor Augustus nods his head and glances at his subordinates at the side.

”Cid, have someone arrange their accommodation. You may leave,” Emperor Augustus said.

Cid Warlock saluted and escorted the guests over to a place they can live on temporarily. As for Marquess Conrad and Colonel Cyril, they remained in the venue waiting for their tasks. As expected, after Cid Warlock and the others left, they kneeled before the Zerg Emperor.

”Milord (Lord Ye)”

Emperor Augustus issues their individual tasks. ”It would still take three days before Jingʼer completes his evolution. I want you to make preparations for war. In three months, we will invade the Beast Planet.”

”Cyril, tell Cid to complete what needs to be completed within these three months. He will be the one leading. Also, help him complete his evolution.”

”Yue and Yang, you will gather all information about the Beast Planet and the significant figures in the Beast Race. I also wanted the current information about the Federation Star. I donʼt think Tun Shizhe would choose to stop just because I cleaned up his clone. This time he will definitely come out himself. Use the three months time I gave you to get everything you can in that time. You can go now.”

The two wardens and two systems collectively responded, ”As you command, Milord (Lord Ye)!” They left, leaving only Ye Xiajie to look after the cocoon.

Ye Xiajieʼs countenance became icy when the others had left, and a hint of controlled lunacy appeared in those scarlet irises, leaving a purplish tint. At this point, he appears to be a whole different person, but as soon as the cocoon behind him moves slightly, as though to console him, the madness vanishes and is replaced with intense love and longing.

The God of Void leaned his forehead towards the cocoon and whispered softly, ”Iʼm not in a hurry. Take your time to evolve, baby.”

In the Federation Star...

It was not a white planet, the once-blue one. All bodies of water, including the seas and oceans, solidified into ice. Nothing could develop since the land was blanketed in a thick layer of white snow. It was stated that a massive wave of frost dropped from the sky, freezing everything in the Federation. In an instant, the Frozen Apocalypse had begun, and half of the human species was gone.

The ice elements produced by the Eternal Ice auraʼs fluctuations were more potent than regular ice elements. Eternal Ice can give birth to any type of ice element because it is an absolute element of ice. A few terrifying ice elementals were created on the Federation Star after combining with other elements.

The elements formed on the Federation Star must eventually come to despise humanity because humans have largely destroyed their habitat. They turn into frozen apocalyptic creatures, endangering the survival of the human species. Even the cutest but largest snowman born during this Apocalyptic Winter turned against humanity.

Humans are forced to excavate beneath the surface of the earth in order to build a underground sanctuary.

A few people in white coats trying to blend in with the snow were hanging several ice bears seeking food on the surface. Since the only alternative source of meat in the ice forest was wild animals, they were forced to hunt. However, the Ice Elemental Kings control all of the surface areas. Every time they attempted to scavenge any food, they had to cross the line of death.

A small contingent of elite humans went on surface hunting after entering into contracts with other elemental components. They stayed hidden in the forest of ice until they came across a lone polar bear. This small group is led by a middle-aged man with a powerful build and a scarred face. He is the Federation Starʼs recently born protagonist. Let us call him Leng Jun.

”Remember! We can only target a lone beast. Taking on a group will catch the attention of the King of this area,” Leng Jun said.

Leng Jun looks around in an area full of vigilance. The area they are in is the Territory under the Ice Elemental Wolf King, Fenrir. If they werenʼt careful enough and got caught here, they would all die.

”This land used to be a zoo. But after the apocalypse had begun, it became an ice forest.”

”Tsk! Damn wolves that become elementals! The land is supposed to be the territory of us humans!”

”Stop! being loud. The hearing of those elements is frightening. The central zone where the Snowman Emperor lives is also near. Be careful.”

”Leader, I found one. Itʼs a single mutated polar bear. Level 3.”

”If itʼs only level 3, we should be able to kill it. Everyone should move in formation. Have it trapped in place and take its attention. I will kill it with one stab.” Leng Jun commanded.

”Roger!”

After his teammates spread in the area, he made sure to have them summon their elementals. After the ice elementals were born on the Federation Star, all other elements were also born. But unlike the tyrant of Ice Elements who took over this star, the other elements still live in their Spirit World. They can be summoned when the human who signed a contract calls upon them.

Leng Jun, the recently selected Federation Star protagonist, is one of the fortunate individuals who was able to call forth a Fire Snake King Elemental cub. It is a fire elemental of the growth type, descended from a spirit king bloodline. His elemental fire serpent has exceptional suppression power at birth. It is effective on all living things.

His elemental suppression skill will effect everyone it targets, unless they have authority greater than that of a king. This is a really handy talent for hunting.

With a gesture of his hand, Leng Junʼs teammates made their move. One of them controlled plants to restrain the mutated polar bear. The others gain attention while Leng Jun observes at a distance, waiting for an opportunity to instakill the polar bear. But just as he was about to make his move, everyone heard the howl of a wolf.

AAWOOO~

All the humans in the area looked over to the sources and saw a low-tier ice elemental wolf at the side of a huge stone that could overlook the area they were in.

Leng Jun cursed. ”Fuck! Itʼs a scout! Retreat! Run now!!”

The scout was suppressed by him using his elemental skill, stopping it from howling a second time. He gave the order to his teammates to flee. They disperse in all directions since doing so will increase their chances of surviving. He halted the scout and departed from the scene late.

Leng Jun was going to leave when he became aware of a massive shadow that was approaching from behind him. We recognized that this had to be the mutated polar bear they had been pursuing because of its enormous bear-like form.

ʼShit!ʼ

He dodged and avoided the swinging fist of the enraged Polar Bear.

ROOAAR~

”Damn! Iʼm really unlucky today. Not only have we been found by the scout wolf, but this mutated polar bear is pretending to be weak. Its a fucking level 5 Mutated Polar Bear,” Leng Jun cursed while avoiding the attacks of the enrage bear. He wanted to run, but out running a bear is almost impossible. He had no choice but to kill the bear.

He summoned his Fire Snake King Elemental cub. A crimson-red viper wrapped around his shoulder.

Hiss~

The Polar Bear stopped moving due to the force of a spirit king. There is an innate animosity toward anyone descended from King. His body was covered in cuts from the polar bear attack, and some of his blood stained the snow white. He used everything he had right away to slay the mutant polar bear. He saw some figures emerging from the jungle just as he was starting to tire from the battle.

Elemental Ice Wolves are encircling him. He was compelled to curse the world.

Growls~ Grrr~

”Damn this life! What is wrong with wanting to live!?” Leng Jun shouted.
