I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1379 19.38 Second Red Star - Donʼt touch it!

The Zerg Queen waved his hand and fluttered his wings a few times, gradually covering the entire area they were in with a layer of frost. Those who had come into contact with the silver spore that was emanating from his wings, be they humans or zergs, would instantly get ill with ice poison and experience a rapid freezing of their bodies until they shattered into ice.

The Zerg Soldiers instantly withdrew from the area in front of the Zerg Queen as soon as they saw the Zerg Queenʼs expression and his enormous, white wings flapping in space. On the way back, they made sure not to forget to drag their Halfling friends.

”Retreat! Retreat to the rear!”

”Hurry! Donʼt look behind!”

”Use your wings to fly faster. Leave this area immediately!!”

”Donʼt get caught up to it!!”

Even though this AOE attack has not been fired yet, it is too terrible because many targets are frozen into ice, making it difficult for them to move. Even the Heretic Zerg King was impacted, yet unlike the others, who had dejected expressions on their faces, this lunatic appeared happy. His eyes are bright as he studies the Zerg Queen, as though he is observing something really fascinating.

The Heretic Zerg King sneered, ”Dear Queen, whatʼs wrong? Are you angry? Donʼt worry, I didnʼt even eat your Kingʼs soul at one bite, but slowly suffered until he weakened as more time passed and lost control of his body.”

”If not for that bastard who descended all of a sudden, I would have eaten his soul whole! Who told that brat to ask you to kill me? He is bad, right?”

His emotions boiled with deeper wrath the more Queen Titania listened. Every night when he goes to sleep, recollections of his past incarnations come to him. He also understood he was a part of another lifetime, even if he did not experience it personally.

He would never forgive this being in front of him, the source of all his pain and suffering, even though there are a lot of perplexing things going on. Unless this man dies, he wonʼt be able to calm down.

For the sake of the original Augustus Kaiser, Queen Titania went back to the times when he had believed he would one day have a true family and even take on the role of Zerg Queen, keeping the members of the Apollo Butterfly Tribe at bay. The Blue Morpho Butterfly Tribe saved him from being an orphan at birth. Though he never saw Augustus outside of being family, they grew up as brothers.

Instead, he wanted to protect him and the hive where they live, which in the end led him to become the strongest general. But after Augustus becomes king, pressured by the old men in the palace, they force Titania to be entitled as the Zerg Queen. In this way, the female Zergs wouldnʼt rebel, and Titania Ambrosia himself would be under the Zerg Kingʼs authority.

The original Augustus didnʼt agree. As orphans, he views Titania as his younger brother, and the two of them as family. Of all the Male Zerg Tribes, the Blue Morpho Butterfly Tribe had the most delicate bodies. This is because, because of their shared ancestry, they inherited a greater portion of the Zerg Emperorʼs power.

Many Blue Morpho Butterfly Tribe members have passed away from illness or died in an accident in the last few years, unintentionally leaving Augustus Kaiser as the last of his species. He became the Zerg King for this reason.

Unfortunately, before he could use his authority to protect his last family member, Titania, he was plotted by a traitor with the court. This traitor is from the Heretic Tribe and infiltrated the Hive to prepare a suitable body for their Heretic Zerg King to become the owner of the Hive. Augustus Kaiser was the one chosen.

The Heretic Zerg King can shift his vessel at will, but no one understands why. They were unaware that this creature is a part of the worldʼs most heinous and frightening existence. A piece of corrupted World Eater Fragment. Augustus Kaiser, an unfortunate man, became one of its vessels. The Heretic Zerg King terrorized the Hive with King Augustusʼs body.

After all, the more powerful the bad feelings in his food are, the more appetizing they will be for this terrible being.

Titania, the queen, endured several forms of torture. He endured starvation, beatings, and whippings. On numerous occasions, he witnessed the mistreatment and deaths of his subordinates in front of him. But even though he had taken on the role of queen, he was powerless to resist. The Male Zergs in those lives held greater authority than he did. Lifetime after lifetime has built up this sorrow.

The Heavenly Laws of this universe would turn back time and start over every time this wicked creature was about to devour the Hive.

His attitude grew worse the more Queen Titania thought back to his previous life of suffering in hives with Hei Anjingʼs agony during those thousands of years as Snow. This time, Zhi Yue, Marquess Conrad, and Colonel Cyril feel the Zerg Queenʼs boiling rage hidden within those cold eyes.

With a furrowed brow, Marquess Conrad seized his partner, Zhi Yue. Using his divine powers, he managed to drag every zerg and halfling in the area, hastening their flight back to the hive. He sees the Zerg Queenʼs rage rising within him. He sensed grave peril.

”Help me, bring everyone back to the hive, and create a barrier to protect the Hive Star and Eden Star. I had a bad feeling. There is a strong feeling of Eternal Ice coming from the Zerg Queen,” Marquess Conrad said.

Colonel Cyril and Zhi Yue were shocked by his words and understood what the Chief Warden meant. Eternal Ice is the absolute ice in all existence. It cannot be melted or absorbed. Only its wielder can control it or melt it with Hellfire.

Zhi Yue said, ”Lord Hei usually took control over the Eternal Ice, preventing it from going out of hand, but I donʼt think the Zerg Queen can do the same thing?

”This is bad. If the Zerg Queen lost control of the Eternal Ice, this whole universe might get affected by freezing, and the stars would slowly die,” Colonel Cyril said.

Zhi Yue panicked, ”No! We must stop the Queen. His body is just that of a mortal. His body wouldnʼt be able to bear the freezing effects of Eternal Ice.”

”How to stop it? The Queen had long been blinded by rage,” Marquess Conrad said.

With everyone else dragging back to the Hive, the two wardens and one system worked together to create two formations to place the Hive and Eden Star in a temporary different dimension. This is the only way to prevent the Eternal Ice from freezing these two planets.

Queen Titania glares at the Heretic Zerg King, who is still smirking at him. His rage boils at the sight of this manʼs smile.

”So all those times when you tortured me before in those past lives, it was all you?”

”Of course~ I like bullying you the most. The more you are covered with negative emotions, the more your soul emits delicious fragrance. Itʼs tantalizing, but that brat Augustus holds me back all the time. Tsk! I had to make him suffer due to his interference. Plus, the Hiveʼs Heavenly Laws always prevent me from eating you and everything in the Hive.

Heʼs so annoying~”

”Tsk! Maybe it was the heavenly laws of the hive who summoned that damn Evil God. Without him descending, you and Augustus would have reunited inside my stomach. You brothers care for each other so much that it was so entertaining seeing you slowly hate him, thinking it was him who tortured you.”

The more the Heretic Zerg King speaks, the more the Zerg Queen understood what unfolded in those past lives of his. Even after he was tortured a lot by the Zerg King, there would be medicines and pills that could heal him waiting in the cold palace. Why could he still eat normal food even after being treated worse than an animal?

It was all because after this Evil thing had his fun, his brother, Augustus, would be able to take control of his body for a short period of time to help him. Maybe he would suffer more after being caught by the Heretic Zerg King afterwards.

Queen Titania asked, ”Was it fun?”

”Fun? What are you talking about, Little Queen?” The Heretic Zerg King asked.

Queen Titania responded, ”Is it fun seeing us being tortured around by you like toys?”

”Toys? No, of course not. You guys are food. Your hatred, suffering, and anger are like spices, making you more delicious when I eat,” the heretic Zerg King said.

It was at this answer that Queen Titania finally lost it. A powerful surge of Ice Elements spreads within the space, with the Zerg Queen as its center. As if winter had arrived, a hail storm was falling all over the open space. Frost started to appear on everything in the area.

The moon and some stars were instantly covered in ice, and every living being in it slowly died as the temperature that allowed one to live disappeared.

”Die for this Queen!”

The Zerg Queenʼs hair goes completely white and his eyes take on a silvery light as snowflakes float around him. Now, he has the appearance of a winter god who got lost in time and space.

In between, the protective structures established by one system and two wardens shielded the Hive and the Eden Star. These barriers will not hold for very long, but the star need not perish or become a frozen wasteland, provided the impact of Eternal Ice was defended.

Zhi Yue stares at the frozen, invisible formation that becomes visible after being covered by frost. Moreover, this ice is still spreading as if it were alive.

”This is dangerous. If we donʼt block it, forget about us. Even the whole hive will be frozen. Look at the moon; it does look like jaw-breaker candy now,” System Yue commented.

Choke!

Making Cid Warlock and the other stunned as they almost choked in their saliva when they held back laughing.

”Are we not going to help the Zerg Queen?” Cid Warlock asked.

Marquess Conrad said, ”No need. After that one attack, only the two of them had left; the others had either been turned into ice fragments or had escaped successfully.”

”But this time, no matter where they go, even if they return to the Federation Star, itʼs already affected by the Eternal Ice. Anything affected by the Eternal Ice will be frozen in the end. Like this barrier, canʼt you see the ice spreading? This is an ice that is alive, and its goal was to freeze everything in its path. A frozen star is not a habitable place to live,” Colonel Cyril said.

The heretical Zerg King was slathered in frost, yet his grin did not go. Until he attempted to consume the energy originating from Eternal Ice, his body, blood, and vessel were gradually impacted by the chilly air.

His blood was cooling to the brink of freezing, and he was trembling uncontrollably. It amazed even him that even if he could still consume the energy in the ice, the freezing effect would not go away; rather, the more he eats, the faster the frost spreads.

Feeling that his current vessel was nearing its end, the Heretic Zerg King was forced to stop devouring. Not only did his blood start to turn cold, but his body had also become significantly weaker.

”Eternal Ice. The Absolute Ice in all existence of Ice Elements. This is why I donʼt like eating those of Absolute Attributes. They can be eaten by their effects and wouldnʼt fade. This vessel had already gone useless.” The King of Heretic Zerg mumbles. ”Itʼs very hard to eat this kind of thing.

Letʼs stop using this body.”

Following the World Eater Fragmentʼs departure from the Heretic Zerg Kingʼs body, a diminutive black creature with a single red eye and two tiny wings materialized. This is an actual World Eater fragment from a corrupted body.

The Zerg Queenʼs rage unexpectedly subsided when he beheld this appearance of him, as if something startled him. The Zerg Queen recalls seeing this appearance in his dreams and in his memory. This is the small creation that emerged from the turbulent energy of Hunluan.

”Impossible”

Queen Titania looked surprised. This is indeed similar to the one in his memories. It was unknown when the memories of Hunluan started to appear in the memories of Hei Anjingʼs incarnation when even he himself didnʼt have much of them.

”This is very similar to the one in my dream,” Queen Titania mumbles as she reaches out, trying to catch the flying eyeball.

On the other hand, the World Eater Fragment was sniggering. He couldnʼt wait for this Zerg Queen to touch him. With direct contact, he would be able to drain this personʼs life.

ʼCloser. Just a bit closer. Hehe~ʼ The thoughts of the World Eater Fragment are.

However, the Zerg Queenʼs wrist was seized by a hand before he could reach the eyeball, preventing him from doing so. Even the newly arrived person slapped the eyeball away with his other hand.

”Donʼt touch it! It will suck up your qi, your life force, everything you have,” the one who had just arrived said.
