Chapter 559: Volume 6 Chapter 37 Unhindered Stride Online

However, even though this Mechanic who was an expert in energy dispersion was furious, he had to admit that compared to his own anger, he actually gained more.

Almost everyone who has debated with ”Bottomless Inquiry” will have this feeling. If you remove the nonsense and even the foul language this guy spouts, you will be surprised to find that in many fields, he has unfathomable knowledge.

Unfathomable, this was the comment from a famous technical forum moderator about ”Bottomless Inquiry.”

This technical forum was founded hundreds of years ago. That a web forum can maintain such longevity itself speaks volumes.

In the eyes of many Mecha Enthusiasts, this forum named ”Peak” is their ultimate authority. In this forum, countless experts from the folklore of the Mechanical World gather. Many IDs are revered by ordinary Mecha Enthusiasts.

No one knows what kind of people lie behind those famous IDs.

Among them are top Mechanics, Advanced Mecha Warriors, scientists, business tycoons, and even sports or entertainment stars. There are also many who are like ordinary workers, chefs, mercenaries, adventurers, or even pirates hiding in some deep part of the asteroid belt, ready to plunder.

Their professions and experiences vary, but one thing they have in common is their passionate love for Mecha and profound knowledge.

Likewise, their IDs are respected because they have deep understanding of Mechas from different perspectives and have established their own credibility in their respective fields.

And the moderator who made the comment is one of the most convincing legends among them.

No one knows that the ID ”Seriously Licking Grapes” actually belongs to a top Mechanic who is also famous in the real world.

However, not knowing his true identity does not affect people’s admiration for him. At least in the field of Mecha transmission systems, those who can compete with him are very few.

Yet, he was also brought down by ”Bottomless Inquiry.”

It happened when ”Seriously Licking Grapes” had just posted an article about the Insect-shaped Mecha E-type transmission theory. In the post, he detailed the design theory and practical scope of the E-type transmission structure he discovered and live-streamed the entire process of modifying an Insect-shaped Mecha.

The emergence of the new transmission system immediately caught the attention of everyone in the forum. Countless Mecha Enthusiasts gathered here to watch ”Seriously Licking Grapes” live-stream the modification of the Insect-shaped Mecha.

The modification was very successful. The ”Golden Armor” Insect-shaped Mecha, transformed with the full name of the ”Hyperbolic Activity Camshaft E-type Multi-link Transmission System,” showed a leap in movement speed and agility. The experimental data collected by the data collector showed that all indicators generally increased by ten percent.

For a sixty-year-old, fully matured model of an Insect-shaped Mecha, this could already be called a miracle.

For a moment, praises poured in like a tide. People warmly praised ”Seriously Licking Grapes” for another major breakthrough in the transmission system.

Although ”Seriously Licking Grapes” did not disclose the key data and design drawings of the technology, everyone at least saw the concept and knew a new technology was born.

Especially in this era when Military Mecha are absolutely confidential, and giant Mecha enterprises monopolize most of the resources, technology, and talent. Many Mecha Enthusiasts don’t even know which generation the modern Mecha has developed to! Not to mention knowing the technologies used in these new Mechas.

Mecha enterprises pursue maximum profit as their primary goal. Even if they have technological accumulation, Mecha enterprises won’t easily use it. If the Sixth and Seventh Generation Mechas can make money, who would be foolish enough to push their Eighth Generation Mechas to the forefront?

This situation has existed since the predecessors of Mecha enterprises, which were ancient car manufacturing companies. Why did they keep using outdated semi-torsion beam suspension even when multi-link independent suspension technology was available? These reasons explain it.

Competition is the driving force for progress.

The advent of this new transmission system is not only a victory for ordinary Mecha Enthusiasts but will also force Mecha manufacturing enterprises to upgrade their products.

Mecha Enthusiasts who had been following the live streaming of the modification were naturally generous with their applause and praise. However, amid the cheers, a disruptive voice emerged.

”This transmission system is nice. Under full engine load, it can last for half an hour. What a great thing.”

”Bottomless Inquiry’s” reply immediately caused an uproar.

Someone’s innovation just emerged, and you dare to speak so recklessly. Without knowing their technology or materials, how can you make such a judgment? For a while, the forum was ablaze with passionate responses.

”Damn, upstairs, do you think you’re some deity? Half an hour?” A Mecha Enthusiast was the first to challenge.

”To the person above, you’re just asking for a beating! Challenging Seriously Licking Grapes, you really don’t know the meaning of death. Go do your research first, Grapes has been reigning over Peak Forum for years, know his status in the field of Mecha transmissions!” This was a die-hard follower of Seriously Licking Grapes.
