Beneath the Red Dragon

Until the Red Dragon, carrying the Ancestral Golden Dragon, flew away, the undulating and chilling dragon speech echoed in everyone’s ears.

”Who gave you the courage to challenge my power, you, insect clad in golden scales!”

Along with the momentary howl of the giant dragon and the harrowing sound of bones cracking.

But in an instant, the distant ground trembled, a violent crash resounding through the world.

An immensely turbulent and violent surge of air, carrying rolling dust, rose from afar. Following this was the fearsome and furious roar of the Ancestral Golden Dragon Oblash, echoing through the entire city.

Only then did all the giant dragons and the people react. The dragons took off close to the magic barrier, and the mages followed, while countless citizens rushed to the city walls.

Silver Dragon Chris and two Bronze Dragons stood on the city wall, stunned, as were the giant dragons in the dragon group, and even many people who surged upwards were shocked.

In front of the Royal Capital, the plain once trampled firm as a stone slab by countless warriors was plowed into a massive trench, with scorched, dry soil churning and the earth torn apart.

At the end of the trench was an enormous pit. As the dust gradually cleared, there appeared the once-noble body of the Ancestral Golden Dragon, Oblash, trembling, its tail weakly sweeping the soil.

The head of the Ancestral Golden Dragon was pressed into the earth by Karon’s swollen left claw. Karon held the Golden Dragon’s neck down with one claw, while the other giant claw, clenched into a fist, carried the sound of a fierce whistling wind, and pounded the Ancestral Golden Dragon’s head, blow after heavy blow, surpassing the heavy hammer of a siege.

”Roar! Let me go, I want to fight you face to face!”

The Ancestral Golden Dragon Oblash let out a painful roar.

Its body trembled, wanting to counterattack with its sharp claws, but the Golden Dragon, whose spine had been fractured from the first fierce impact, could not exert its full strength.

And could only scratch Karon’s scale armor as if tickling.

Its neck and head shook intensely, trying to break free from the Red Dragon’s grip, but by this time, the Golden Dragon was already unable to shake Karon, who was using all his might.

Its vertical pupils, as if forged from gold, radiated dazzling light at this moment, and the unmatched light of spirit spread over the Golden Dragon’s body.

Controlled by the Golden Dragon, it attempted to heal its injuries, enhance its strength, and disrupt the Red Dragon’s spirit, causing fluctuations in the Red Dragon’s power, to win itself a chance to escape.

But the Ancestral Golden Dragon Oblash found that the spirit, which he definitely controlled, the spiritual authority of pride hidden deep within his bloodline, unexpectedly left his body of its own accord, slowly drifting towards Karon.

This authority, radiating brilliant light, seemed like a puppy meeting its master, wagging its spiritual light tail, as if wagging its own tail, flattering the Red Dragon in front of it.

And the Red Dragon merely calmly swallowed this authority radiating brilliant light into his storage stomach and then resumed his actions.

From a young age, Karon, who could perfectly control his Evil Dragon Blood, appeared particularly violent and ruthless today.

But within his pupils, like crimson rubies with a vertical gold streak, was a calm coldness.

Bang, bang, bang...

Karon repeated the simple action, clenching his claw, and then heavily hammered down.

The sixth time, the seventh time, the eighth time...

Crack,

The sound of head bone shattering coincided with Karon’s voice,

”You,” bang

”stinking fish,” bang

”rotten shrimp,” bang

”you haven’t even,” bang

”let me,” bang

”use my full strength.” bang

The Ancestral Golden Dragon’s skull, hard as steel, could not be intact even under the claws of the Ancestral Red Dragon. Karon used unmatched immense force for each hammer strike, even without wrapping himself in magic.

Soon, Karon’s right claw’s fine scales shattered, and hot dragon blood splattered, yet he did not care about this pain and continued to hammer the Golden Dragon’s skull, one strike after another.

Until the dragon horn of the Golden Dragon was hammered off, its body no longer struggled, its tail no longer moved, its roaring no longer sounded, its breath no longer flowed. Only then did Karon finally stop his claw.

Ha,

”So, who exactly gave you the courage to challenge me!”

Karon stood up, overlooking the extremely miserable Ancestral Golden Dragon Oblash. His enormous body stretched out a claw and stepped on this Ancestral Golden Dragon’s face, raising his head and letting out a roar.

”Roar!”
