Beneath the Red Dragon

The Land of Gold, originally ruled by the Dragon Group, seemed to the outside world just another Evil Dragon Realm built purely on violence, not worth caring about, and would naturally vanish with the passage of time.

Therefore, even though it had some reputation in the Northern Countries, it was not understood by the civilizations of other continents. Even the Dark Forces, supposedly part of the same evil camp on the surface, disdained communicating and interacting with these foolish and short-sighted Five-Color Dragons, let alone forming alliances.

However, after achieving victory in the war against the Beastmen, this territory ruled by the Giant Dragons started to catch the attention of many factions.

Ruled by the Vampire Species, the Forest Kingdom was the first to extend an olive branch towards the Dragon Group Territory.

However, because the true master of the territory, Karon Gogomola, was still in slumber, these Giant Dragon Lords could not easily decide matters between nations.

Moreover, in the true sense of the word, the Dragon Group’s territory had not yet formally established a nation.

”It is Karon’s wisdom that enlightened us; it is Karon’s will that guides us. This is the art of the Dragon Group’s rule and the work of the Red Dragon.”

The Black Dragon Lord Rosani turned to look at the volcano that had gradually gone silent under the subjective will of the Red Dragon Monarch’s awakening.

The soaring molten lava and magma had settled, and the dust clouding the mountain peak was dissipating. Beneath the conical crater formed by the stacked land lies the resting place of the Master of the Dragon Clans, Karon Gogomola.

These companions who once lived with Karon day and night could sense that the most powerful Giant Dragon within the Dragon Group was waking up completely, about to awaken.

They could even sense the specific time of Karon’s awakening, which was also the appointed time for the dragons to establish their nation.

”I truly hope to see soon a King of Gold, whose scales rival the sunlight, whose claws and fangs match the sharpest blades of a Divine Craftsman, whose majesty is comparable to the noblest emperor, to witness the elegance and charm of a leader acknowledged by dragons as noble and powerful as the Black Dragon Lord!”

Count Renis of the Vampire Clan generously praised the dragons, for these proud Vampires must satisfy the vanity of the even prouder dragons to earn their favor.

”You will see it soon,” said the Black Dragon Rosani, looking at the silhouettes of Giant Dragon Lords in the sky, wings overshadowing the earth like dark clouds, approaching from the mountains.

”Come, Count Renis, the scene you are anticipating is about to begin.” With a light thrust of his four limbs, the Black Dragon Rosani spread his wide wings and soared into the sky.

...

The Gogomola Square, named after the Supreme Lord, was a gigantic plaza built for the dragons, spacious and expansive, covering an area of about five hundred thousand square feet, enough to accommodate tens of thousands of people gathered here simultaneously.

At this moment, the plaza was crowded around the towering dragon statue and the Pillar of Honor, slightly shorter than the dragon statue, engraved with the names of the honored warriors.

The dense throng of people intertwined, making it impossible to count how many had gathered here. Not only had the majority of residents from the Royal Capital arrived, but many had also come from other cities and villages, just to celebrate this day.

Sheriff Suniya had already employed all the Dogman Guards in the city to maintain order at the ceremony, yet felt somewhat understaffed.

Fortunately, at the forefront of the crowd, the ranks of Legion Warriors, standing like a Steel Jungle with imposing pressure, halted the further advance of the bustling residents.

The Evil Wolf Battle Corps led by Jackal Wolfman Yougu, the Frenzy Battle Corps headed by Barbarian Jib, and the Flying Dragon Battle Corps under Batorri’s command.

The Death Knights commanded by Chiron, the ’Red Compassion’ Battle Corps led by the newly promoted Chiliarch Faen, and the representative phalanx dispatched by the First Legion were all arrayed here.

These warriors forged from steel, their sharpness concealed, stood silent and quiet, awaiting their king’s review.

And Obilash, along with two Bronze Dragons, Gross and Natarili, and the Silver Dragon Valkyrie Chris Tianna stood behind the crowded masses, observing the lively clamor and the thunderous murmur of voices.

”Such immense evil indeed needs to be restrained and regulated,” remarked the golden-haired Obilash, casting a disdainful glance at the approaching Giant Dragon Lords from afar with a proud look.

For the Golden Dragon Race, the favored of the Platinum Dragon God, these Alien Scale dragons were not considered of their kin at all; the might of the Golden Dragons was beyond the imagination of these Alien Scales.

The two Bronze Dragons, Gross and Natarili, also nodded. Even faced with so much evil, the self-proclaimed righteous Bronze Dragons were fearless; they were not only stubborn but had the Good Dragon Alliance as their backing.

Only the Adult Silver Dragon Chris Tianna frowned, scanning the crowd. Though renowned for her excellent combat skills, this Silver Dragon Valkyrie’s magic talent was equally strong, otherwise, no dragon of her age could surpass her till now.

Chris Tianna’s superb perception and magical abilities allowed her to detect many true forms deliberately concealed beneath spells and magic items.

Even some powerful dragons using Transformation Skills could not escape her keen perceptual insight. After all, in the Icaria World, no kind of dragon could compare with the Silver Dragons in terms of proficiency in Transformation Skills.
