Chapter 954: Chapter 339: A New Career Choice (Two-in-One Chapter)_4

“Uh… in terms of tailoring skills, it’s definitely Yuliss’ shop that is the highest level. Chief Tailor Yuliss’s tailoring skills have reached Master Level.”

“Tailor master? Great, Jennifer, take me there.” Rein was quite happy in his heart.

Unexpectedly, Jennifer’s Merchant Association has a tailor master under its wing, which is even smoother than he expected.

“Ah? Dear, are you going to have clothes made?”

“But these three tailor shops are mainly focused on women’s clothing, with very few men’s clothing. You know, women love beauty, and it’s easier to make money.” The beautiful woman couldn’t help but be stunned, and then quickly responded.

In her heart, it was naturally assumed that Rein planned to go customize clothes.

But in the beautiful woman’s heart, Rein, as a Viscount, would naturally have to commission a distinguished tailor master to create his clothes to match his status.

“It’s alright if they can make men’s clothing, I’m going to learn tailoring.” Rein was also surprised to hear this, but understood immediately that Jennifer had misunderstood, so he explained.

“Hmm?!” Jennifer’s beautiful eyes widened, and her cherry-red lips parted slightly, completely dumbfounded.

Oh my!

Is there anything more outrageous than this?

A Viscount actually wants to learn tailoring?

“Dar… darling, you are a Viscount! Isn’t learning tailoring a bit inappropriate?” Jennifer thought for a moment and tactfully advised.

“Uh, it indeed might not be great for my image…. How about this, invite the tailor master Yuliss directly to the residence, and by the way, have her bring a full set of tools and fabrics for beginner tailors.”

“We’ll learn in the study.”

“Well… alright, dear.” Jennifer retreated, realizing Rein was resolute in his decision to learn.

Though she couldn’t fathom why Rein wanted to learn tailoring, she remembered one thing – it’s okay not to understand, execute first and ask questions later.

—————–

Not long after, Jennifer brought Yuliss, the tailor master, a gentle-looking woman in her forties, into the room, carrying materials like yarn balls and linen rolls.

“Honored Viscount Rein, good day.” Yuliss respectfully performed a lady’s curtsy.

Initially, when she heard the merchant association head Jennifer say she was to teach the Viscount tailoring, she seriously doubted her hearing.

Even after hearing it twice, she still couldn’t process it, remaining in a dazed state!

But as it was the principal’s request, she didn’t have much right to refuse, and she had heard of the Viscount Rein, who was recently quite famous in Mingster. She also wanted to see him for herself.

“Good day, Yuliss.”

“I need to quickly master the introductory skills of tailoring, Yuliss, take a look and see which component might be easiest to start with?” Rein got straight to the point.

“Well… Viscount, my suggestion is to start with apparels with simpler lines. Items like capes, gloves, socks, or undergarments are more suitable. Shirts, which have collars and require button installation, are relatively more complicated.”

Yuliss weighed her words and respectfully replied.

“Undergarments? How about underwear?” Rein’s eyes lit up as she asked.

Though mentioning this type of thing in front of two ladies seemed inappropriate, Rein couldn’t help but think that if a battle required him to transform into a Dragon-man….

Having ripped underwear, being surrounded and watched by a group….

The scene was too beautiful to even imagine.

Better to be embarrassed in front of just two specific people rather than a whole group.

“Hmm?” Yuliss’s eyes suddenly widened.

She quickly glanced at the more beautiful Jennifer beside her, thinking that the handsome and tall Viscount in front of her had many women and probably wasn’t flirting with her.

However, discussing how to make underwear in front of a young, handsome, high-ranking male was a first for Yuliss, causing her to blush.

“Of… of course it’s possible, und… underwear is also quite suitable.”

“Then let’s start.”

The lovely woman Jennifer stood aside, with her beautiful eyes glancing back and forth between Rein and Yuliss, lost in thought.

…

With Yuliss’ guidance and Rein’s exceptional learning ability, soon the system notification rang out:

[You have crafted linen shorts, relevant comprehension increased!]

[You have comprehended a new skill – craft linen shorts]

[Your skill in crafting linen shorts has improved, Experience +1]

[Congratulations! You have triggered the profession panel – tailor apprentice]

…

“As expected, it triggered as predicted, the tailor apprentice.” Rein thought.

Rein glanced at the new profession panel, ‘Tailor Apprentice’, though it was a blank slate with no luster, he was quite happy.

Because this meant that the tailoring path would likely allow many future job transitions, similar to the path of the Blacksmith.

That meant, in the future, he would gain a lot of Skill Points and attribute points.

Rein was naturally pleased with this.

Meanwhile, the lovely women, Jennifer and Yuliss, exchanged a puzzled glance.

Neither of them could understand why Viscount Rein, who had just successfully crafted a pair of underwear, would be so happy.
