Chapter 951: Chapter 339: A New Career Choice (Two-in-One Chapter)

At this moment, Rein’s body suddenly swelled, making the demonized Silver Plate Armor he was wearing creak under the pressure.

Rein suddenly remembered that he was so eager to test, he hadn’t even taken off his armor suit.

Just as he was about to quickly remove it, he raised his hand and was startled.

Because Rein discovered that his right hand’s skin had completely turned dark gray, with Dragon Scales the size of fingernails emerging on the surface, and his originally flat nails had now become sharp and elongated like those of a beast.

In that moment of distraction.

”Crack! Snap!”

The parts of Rein’s demonized Silver Plate Armor all cracked open and fell off him, with some fragments still hanging on his continuously expanding body.

Suddenly, Rein felt an intense itch at his tailbone, as if something had emerged, no, more accurately, something had appeared.

He turned his head to look and saw that at the end of his tailbone, there was now a tail over a meter long, also covered with Dragon Scales.

Rein, surprised, instinctively swayed it a few times and found it quite flexible.

But the problem was, he never had a tail before, and suddenly having one was somewhat uncomfortable.

At this moment, Rein suddenly felt his head bump into something, and bending slightly and looking up, he realized he had already reached the stone ceiling of the training room.

”This....”

”The ceiling height of this training room is a full four and a half meters!”

Rein was quite shocked in his heart.

But at the same time, he immediately crouched slightly and bent over again to avoid directly breaking through the first floor.

Fortunately, at this time, Rein found that his transformation had ended, and estimated that his height was slightly less than five meters, but very close.

Obviously, this level of change is astonishing!

What does a nearly five-meter height signify?

One must know that the average Ogre is only three meters tall, not exceeding three and a half meters, whereas now Rein’s height had reached an astounding five meters!

”This transformation is quite something.”

This made Rein focus on the description of the first form:

[Mutated Dragon-man First Form (Dragon-man Warrior Form): Upon activation, the body size significantly increases, with Dragon Scale skin, possessing super defensive power and resistance, immune to low-level poisons and diseases, and immune to witchcraft damage below twenty degrees.]

”Dragon-man Warrior Form?”

Rein noticed the content in the parentheses after the words ’First Form’.

”Because it’s a warrior, and needs melee combat, that’s why the body undergoes such a change?”

”Never mind that for now, let’s test the effects first.”

However, at this moment, Rein also noticed that he was bent over, and his head was barely touching the ceiling, making it impossible to test action speed and such.

”With this physique, it seems I have to go outdoors.”

Nonetheless, Rein casually picked up the Knight’s Longsword beside him, which appeared like a toothpick in comparison, and came down hard on his body’s surface a few times.

He intended to first see the defensive power of the Dragon Scales compared to the previous Steel Body.

”Sizzle!”

”Bang bang!”

Rein tested the fine Dragon Scales on his surface by stabbing, slashing, and chopping in three ways.

But the entire test scenario was rather comedic.

From the side, it looked like a claw carefully pinching a toothpick-sized longsword, performing various slashes and stabs on another thick, Dragon Scale-covered arm.

”Indeed, it’s different.”

After testing, Rein’s eyes sparkled, and he immediately noticed the differences.

Previously, with the Steel Body effect, if a sharp object slashed down, sparks would fly as if chopping on steel.

But this time, the scales were quite different.

It was as if chopping on thick, hard leather armor, equally sturdy but with additional toughness, which is why it emitted such a dull sound.

Additionally, the Dragon Scales were very effective against stabbing.

Without activating any Talent Ability or Skill, Rein bent the Knight’s Longsword while stabbing, but when stabbed against the Dragon Scales, it only left a white mark.

”Isn’t it that a Peak Knight can only leave a white mark when stabbing?”

”Even if the opponent uses an Advanced Secret Skill, I guess I would at most be lightly injured? No wonder the description said it’s super defensive.”

Thoughtfully, Rein couldn’t help but feel quite pleased.

Just as he was about to put away the Knight’s Longsword, with a slightly larger movement to insert it into the sword rack, the whole rack bent.

”Huh? My Strength?”

Rein’s control over his own Strength had reached a high level long ago, making it impossible for him to be unaware of the weight.

He immediately realized that with the significant body size, his Strength had been considerably enhanced.

Thinking for a moment, Rein picked up a Kite Shield placed aside and then lightly gripped it with his huge hand.

”Squeak!”

In an instant, the Steel Shield was crushed into a ball.

Just now, Rein barely felt anything but accomplished this.

”Hiss~ The level of this Strength!”

After testing several times, Rein found that his Strength was at least four times his original.

Of course, under these circumstances, his Huge Strength Talent could be understood as being overshadowed and couldn’t be used.

Just as Rein planned to test the last part, ’immune to witchcraft damage below twenty degrees’, suddenly, he felt a wave of weakness from within.

Immediately after, his whole body rapidly began to shrink.
