Chapter 1441: Chapter 127: Absolute Kill

The Feiyang Fleet, like a blossoming grape flower, suddenly burst into thousands of strands in the black cosmic void! Four attack groups radiated into dozens of sub-fleets with different trajectories, advancing rapidly through the starry sky.

Some of them charged straightforwardly, while others took curved detours. The battleground, already locked in close combat and entangled, became increasingly chaotic at this moment.

Looking out from the portholes of the Jiepeng Warships, all around were Feiyang Battleships scurrying around like disturbed hornets. Coupled with the chaotic crossfire, the whole airspace was in turmoil.

”What’s going on?”

”The Feiyang Fleet has divided its forces.”

”Arrogant! They’re actually using the strangulation tactic.”

”Look quickly, that fleet is turning... Idiot, that’s in the direction of Colonel Mark’s fleet, charging directly like that will get them torn apart by Colonel Mark!”

”Are these guys mad? Don’t they know their opponent is General Auben?!”

”In any case, attack with full power, now it’s our turn to show them what we’ve got. These damn Feiyang people. They will pay for their foolishness!”

”Port rudder one thousand and thirty quarters, lock on main gun, delay for two seconds.... Fire!”

The entire starry sky became noisy with the tactical changes of the Feiyang Fleet.

The Jiepeng people, who had been head-on struck by the Feiyang in the first stage of the battle, were now roaring passionately, like they were on stimulants.

Strangulation tactics were long ingrained into their bones. When the opposing fleet changed formations in front of them in their most familiar and skilled manners, it was akin to a crocodile seeing a lion jump into the river. Every killing cell in their bodies was eager for the taste of blood.

”I really want to know the name of this Feiyang Commander.”

Auben stood proudly atop the silver-white circular command podium on the flagship Supreme Glory, his voice echoing in the spacious command hall.

”But... that will be after we defeat them,” Auben glanced at the giant SkyNet virtual screen and suddenly laughed, his hideous and ugly face radiating a gleam from his single eye: ”For now, let’s teach them a lesson. Let them understand what a grave mistake they’ve made!”

”Yes!” With Auben’s laughter, the Jiepeng Officers who stood solemnly blew forth a loud shout from their chests, racing to their positions, as the command hall resumed high-speed operations, a sick fervor silently spreading.

”General,” Yamamoto suddenly looked up, ”The enemy’s left wing, Sub-fleet code 02 suddenly accelerated. Sub-fleet 03 is turning, heading toward our Lightning Falcon Sub-fleet.”

(Since the Feiyang Fleet had no insignias or markings, and the Jiepeng intelligence library contained no information on these warships, the SkyNet System automatically assigned codes to each sub-fleet and each warship. 02 is the bandit army Whitefin Shark Fleet, and 03 is the bandit army Siriaduo Fleet.)

”Sharp observation indeed.” Auben’s gaze quickly caught the two Feiyang sub-fleets marked as 02 and 03 on the electronic sand table’s light screen. A slight smile appeared on his lips: ”Order Lightning Falcon to execute the Scythe Plan, Black-winged Kite Squadron, Black Shoulder Kite Squadron, Gray Song Eagle Squadron to assist, main formation accelerate, stealth move to the right wing.”

”Yes!”

With a booming agreement, Auben nodded to Yamamoto: ”You can brief our pilots now, they have forty minutes to prepare.”

——————————————————————————

”Sir, the enemy Lightning Falcon Destroyer and Cruiser Group reformed, engaging with our Siriaduo Sub-fleet.” On the lower level of the command hall, a Feiyang Combat Staff turned halfway, signaling with a raised hand to the command podium on the second floor.

The officers on the podium turned to the SkyNet screen.

As the Whitefin Shark Fleet accelerated away, only the Siriaduo Fleet remained at the oblique rear, alongside the Jiepeng sub-fleet led by a cruiser named Lightning Falcon trying to attack the junction.

The Siriaduo Sub-fleet, composed of ten destroyers and six cruisers, was the first to open fire fiercely on the approaching Jiepeng Lightning Falcon Sub-fleet. Simultaneously, the main guns of the Lightning Falcon Sub-fleet, formed by sixteen destroyers and eight cruisers, suddenly lit up.

Beams of energy cannon light crisscrossed in the universe, each charging towards their opponent. In an instant, they reached their respective target zones, exploding into a series of intense white flashes.

Both fleets continuously changed formations at high speeds, vying for attack positions. They endeavored to evade each other’s cannon fire while aiming their bows at the opponent’s fleet’s flanks. The steering propulsion of each warship, like laser lights accompanying rock music, rapidly pulsed on and off, driving the warships to swing their tails, turn, shift, and roll.

The battle almost reached its climax as soon as it began.

Both fleets exerted their full strength, biting at each other relentlessly. The speed, ferocity of firepower, perilous scene, and frequent tactical changes were dizzying.

However, this battle on the left flank did not captivate the officers.

The Siriaduo Fleet, which was supposed to outflank the left wing with the Whitefin Shark Fleet, was redirected by Fatty’s altered operation plan, intercepting the Jiepeng Lightning Falcon Fleet trying to penetrate the junction gap. Thus, the danger at the rear of the Whitefin Shark had been eliminated. Now, it was just a straightforward local engagement between the two sub-fleets.
