Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 1420: Chapter 113: First Impressions_3

The size of the unit isn’t large. However, everyone in here, except for the descendants of the Hastings family, is among the most loyal subordinates of the Military God Hastings, and they are all battle-hardened veterans.

Regarding combat power, the current Double-headed Eagle Unit was trained by these people from the Phantom Corps!

In Feiyang, only Hastings could have such a unit. Only he could issue a retirement order and send numerous elites scattered across the Double-headed Eagle or other elite units into the Phantom Corps.

This is a completely private unit belonging to Hastings. Even if Hastings ordered a coup, this unit would carry out the order without hesitation. This is something Leefer could never achieve.

Although countless soldiers view Leefer as a belief and are willing to follow him, Feiyang is a democratic country, after all. Only a Military God who has occupied the Marshal’s seat in Feiyang and been revered by all military personnel for thirty whole years could have enough time and means to build such a unit!

But now, half of this unit has been handed over so simply to the unassuming Fatty in front of him, rumored to have an ambiguous relationship with Margaret, but flirting with another woman in front of Hastings!

The Leray Federation Hero, originally a Mechanic Soldier, once single-handedly captured Gazalin Emperor James, defeated the Mythical Army, captured the entire Mars Free World barehanded, captured the Hanfrey Fleet, with countless achievements, viewed by the Chuckna people as a child soldier, this bandit army commander, is this guy in front of me?!

”Just now, the Marshal said, whether you can command us will depend on your ability.” A hint of a playful smile appeared at the corner of Isaac’s mouth.

Fatty sighed.

”The Marshal also said, whatever trouble they get into, only you can take the blame.” Diana’s smile became increasingly charming, her eyebrows filled with an eager-to-stir-trouble attitude.

”Of course. From today onwards, we’re one family.” Fatty chuckled foolishly, lightly saying, ”Whether I can command you, I don’t know. Whoever has the bigger fist gets to speak. You can try challenging me. Besides, in the bandit army, the word ’trouble’ doesn’t exist. Even if you poke a hole in the sky, I’ll cover for you, just afraid you won’t have the skills.”

Isaac and Diana’s faces changed, and Tony and Garfield exchanged a glance, their eyes showing a bit of surprise.

They, who consider Sobel’s most elite Night Army as the only opponent, were encountering someone with such a big mouth in front of the Phantom Corps for the first time. Is this Fatty just boasting, or does he have real skills......

Screech.... The Mecha suddenly decelerated.

Everyone in the cabin raised their heads in confusion and looked outside. Through the gaps between the tightly protecting Single Soldier Mechas, everyone realized that unknowingly, they had reached the Alliance Base.

”What’s going on?” Li Cunxin asked.

”The base is fighting again.” A staff officer put down the communication headset and reported.

Again? Tony and the others keenly noticed the word ’again’ in the staff officer’s report and couldn’t help but be a little stunned. Does the Alliance Base fight often?

”The base says, yet again, it’s the bandit army chasing after people.” The staff officer timidly glanced at Fatty and said to Li Cunxin.

The Mechanical Computer screen timely displayed the surveillance footage of the base. The streets were already in chaos. A group of guys in blue uniforms were swinging benches and bricks, chasing after the numerous officers of various nations ahead, causing them to flee in panic.

”Fatty, can’t you damn control your people a bit?” Li Cunxin exclaimed, exasperated, ”I’m cleaning up after you every day, fighting dozens of fights a month, either getting someone’s balls hurt or their ass wounded, are you done yet?”

Looking at Fatty’s silly grin and nonchalant face, Tony and the others were dumbfounded.

On the screen, a bandit army officer with a bamboo pole stealthily approached a Ryan Army officer’s rear....

This is... the bandit army...
