Beneath the Red Dragon

A heavy sword suddenly came roaring from the top of the valley, piercing firmly between the Wolfman Elder and the unfortunate Imperial Guard Warrior.

A tall Imperial Guard Warrior leapt down from the cliff, and from beneath his sealed face armor came his excited voice, ”Finally, it’s my turn!”

As for that unfortunate Imperial Guard Warrior, lying on the ground, devoid of any hope, he lifted his visor, letting thick white smoke billow out from within his armor.

”Cough, cough, cough, that green-skinned dwarf, truly unreliable!”

”You see,” behind the towering figure of Wolfman Saha, his blood-red cloak rose high, at this moment the Dragon Descendant Wolfman supporting the heavy sword was applying terrifying pressure to the Wolfman Elder of the Silver Fang Tribe.

”This is part of the power granted to me by my King,” Wolfman Saha’s other hand clawed upward, grasping the air, he sneered: ”You better pray that the ancestral will of the Wolfman looks favorably upon you, for the will of my King is always with me!”

”Next, let me show you the power granted to me by my King,”

Swish,

The wings behind Dragon Descendant Werewolf Saha suddenly spread out, like enormous bat wings, strands of flame-like patterns grew on the massive wings, and at this moment, those patterns were flowing with a layer of flame glow.

These flame glows suddenly surged brighter in the next second, and Wolfman Saha soared into the air, the heavy sword in his hand carrying a force like wind and thunder, slashing toward the opposite Wolfman Elder.

The face of the Wolfman Elder changed, for even with his strength, he did not dare to receive Saha’s powerful and solid attack head-on, he hastily jumped back, the Wolfman’s exceptional jumping power allowing the Wolfman Elder to leap away like flying in low air.

But the speed of the Wolfman Elder paled in comparison to Saha’s, and in mid-air, the Dragon Descendant Werewolf’s heavy sword slashed down, slipping from his claw.

Saha’s Dragon Horn shone at this moment, a scorching flame erupted from the mouth of the Dragon Descendant Wolfman, directing it at the Wolfman Elder who had just landed.

Though the flames of the Dragon Descendant Wolfman weren’t comparable to Karon, they were sufficient to instantly char flesh, besides, Wolfman’s fur was lush, they loathed such flame attacks.

It was too late for the Wolfman Elder to flee the flames, he could only raise his claws in front of himself, and wild power swelled out from his body, intertwining over his claws, slicing through the jetting stream of flame.

A Dragon Descendant Wolfman with excellent combat experience would not miss this opportunity; he spat out flames and instantly descended in front of the Wolfman Elder, his long claws surged, effortlessly piercing the Wolfman Elder’s chest, gently gripping the heart that was still violently beating.

”Is this the power that spurts forth such greedy delusions in you, ha?” Wolfman Saha restrained the flames, mercilessly mocking: ”May my King’s brilliance illuminate your weakness, Notti, you are simply vulnerable!”

”Saha, have you also awakened the Ancestral Power?” The face of the Wolfman Elder showed unwillingness, his voice bitter.

When a Wolfman awakens the Ancestral Power, it is roughly equivalent to a human stepping into the Saint Tier. A Wolfman awakened to the Ancestral Power no longer simply enjoys the comprehensive amplification brought by Wolfman bloodline and Wild Power.

Their Wild Power can also integrate and condense like a human’s Power Seed, and transform into tangible power, extending outside their body, becoming even stronger.

”Not yet, but soon,” the Dragon Descendant Wolfman replied, ”Combat is not a simple comparison of power, besides, even without the awakened Ancestral Power, I am still stronger than you,”

The self-confident words of the Dragon Descendant Wolfman made the Silver Fang Tribe Elder opposite him unable to resist mocking: ”Saha, you come from the Wolfman Clan too, knowing each clan possesses at least several tribes, we are just part of them.”

”If it weren’t for those old fools of the Elder Council refusing to relinquish their power and position, only sending us forward, you would absolutely be unable to resist the will of the clan!”

”So, they dared not face the Giant Dragon directly, and just came up with this lousy idea?” Saha mocked indulgently.

”Join us, with your help and position, we can easily deceive the Giant Dragon, and then turn all the humans and intelligent creatures in the Giant Dragon Territory into Wolfmen, by then the power you enjoy will be even more than now,”

The Wolfman Elder spared no effort to persuade his fellow kind, he said: ”By then, as long as we superficially submit to the Giant Dragon, those Dragons wouldn’t care what kind of beings their Beloved are,”

”We Wolfmen will become the Sovereign behind this land, you will be the great Wolfman who builds the Wolfman Empire, Wolfman history will also remember your feats!”

”By then, we Wolves, driven by the Elder Council’s old fellows, will grasp power greater than the Elder Council, those cowardly and scheming old fellows should go like dogs, eat shit! ”

”Oh, truly an enticing proposition,” Dragon Descendant Wolfman Saha’s voice rose high, displaying interest.

The other Imperial Guards nearby cast examining gazes toward this Dragon Descendant Wolfman, some stirring restlessly. Although normally all Imperial Guard Warriors obey the leadership of the Dragon Descendant Wolfman, they admire and respect him greatly.

If a dispute occurred between the Dragon Descendant Wolfman and the Giant Dragon, hardly any Imperial Guard would choose to side with the Wolfmen.

”Unfortunately, this is not the will of the King,” Dragon Descendant Wolfman Saha changed his tone, releasing his claw from the Wolfman Elder’s heart, but snapped the Wolfman Elder’s legs with his other claw.

Looking at the fallen Wolfman Elder, Dragon Descendant Wolfman Saha smiled: ”This is the will of the King, just when I was troubled to ’voluntarily’ offer my own blood to my King, you have arrived, Notti, you truly are a good Wolfman!”
