Beneath the Red Dragon

Klang, klang, klang,

A Wolfman Warrior nimbly evades the Heavy Blade slashing from an Imperial Guard Warrior, his surging wolf claws striking the Heavy Armor of the Imperial Guard Warrior before him several times within a single breath, merely causing some sparks and leaving a few shallow scratch marks on the Heavy Armor.

Once these Wolfmen unleash their Wild Power, they receive a significant boost in size, strength, defense, and agility, making them true all-round Warriors.

But even a formidable race like the Wolfmen find themselves somewhat helpless against the Imperial Guard Warriors clad in Heavy Armor.

The wolf claws fail to inflict damage, and before the Imperial Guard Warrior’s Heavy Sword slashes towards him, he bends his legs slightly and leaps back, attempting to disengage from the skirmish and seek another opportunity.

”May the light of my blade illuminate your fragile life,”

The deep voice of the Imperial Guard Warrior echoes from beneath his Face Armor, his arm covered in Arm Armor suddenly emits a faint glow, which flows like water from the Arm Armor into the Imperial Guard Warrior’s Heavy Sword.

”May the glory of my king shine upon your pathetic body, this is the power bestowed upon me by my king, the Blade of Heart Energy!”

The Heavy Sword, originally not lacking flexibility, suddenly speeds up at this moment like a gale, propelled by the awakened Heart Energy Seed, granting it the speed to cleave through the air, and with unstoppable force, it strikes directly onto the hind legs of the Wolfman leaping backward.

Swipe, a spray of blood arrows.

The Heavy Sword effortlessly slices through the fur of the Wolfman, which is as defensive as Leather Armor, and severs the bones, as resilient as ironwood.

The upper body of the Wolfman Warrior continues its backward jump, but the legs have already been severed at the thighs, causing the Wolfman to howl in agony, and the next moment, the upper body of the Wolfman crashes onto the ground.

In the face of the fear of death, even the wild Wolfman struggles desperately to claw at the ground, trying to crawl forward, seeking aid and protection from allies.

However, every Wolfman faces their own opponent; even the strongest Alpha Leader of the Blood Claw Clan, who has just stepped into the Saint Tier, is merely confronting the Commander of the Imperial Guard, Dragon Descendant Werewolf Saha, not daring to make any rash moves.

And on the cliff, more Imperial Guard Warriors clad in black Heavy Armor stand straight with Heavy Swords, coldly watching the battle in the valley like Hawks eyeing their prey.

Therefore, the Wolfman Warrior’s struggle is doomed to be futile, just like his attack.

Thud, the Imperial Guard Warrior’s heavy body slightly leaps up, the Heavy Sword, carrying immense power, pierces through the hardest skull of the Wolfman, pinning the struggling Wolfman to the ground.

”May the radiance of my king grant you release! Pitiful soul!” the Imperial Guard Warrior withdraws the blood-splattered Heavy Sword with his left hand, while his right hand opens its armored palm, pressing it against the crest on the left chest of the Heavy Armor.

This crest depicts an Eye of the Red Dragon, but unlike the illusory Eye of the Red Dragon on the Royal Banner, it’s an actual Eye of the Red Dragon embedded within the pattern.

Upon closer look, one can see the style belonging to Goblin Bang Bang on this Eye of the Red Dragon. It’s an experimental product improved by Goblin Bang Bang using part of the knowledge bestowed by Karon to modify his Magic Power Core.

The surrounding fragmented Magic Crystal embedded in the Magic Core of the Eye of the Red Dragon powers this Eye of the Red Dragon.

The Heavy Armor worn by the Imperial Guard Warriors, as Goblin Bang Bang’s first experiment combining Magic Power Core with Battle Armor, was named by Goblin Bang Bang as the -Magical Power Armor Trial Model I.

However, clearly, this Wolfman Warrior chose the wrong opponent; among the hundreds of most loyal Imperial Guard Warriors, those who successfully awaken their own Heart Energy Seed under Karon’s influence are few and far between.

As a result, the armor on this Imperial Guard Warrior has yet to test its new functions, so after silently praying to his king for his enemy, he raises the Heavy Sword again and gazes into the chaotic scene in the field.

An extremely formidable Wolfman Leader with a height of three meters skillfully and powerfully maneuvers around a somewhat clumsy Imperial Guard Squad Leader.

The Wolfman Leader’s claws never collide directly with the Heavy Sword of the Imperial Guard Warrior, only crossing and blocking the residual edge of the Heavy Sword in the most perilous of moments.

Klang,

The Wolfman Leader’s claws press against the heavy Giant Sword, sinking downward to dissipate the Heavy Sword’s force, suddenly clutching the sword’s back with his left claw, while his right claw swings out, leaving a deep mark at a weak joint of the Imperial Guard Decurion’s Armor.

The force attached to the wolf claws enhances penetration and strength further; even Heavy Armor begins to sustain damage after multiple attacks from the Wolfman Leader.

Bang, the Wolfman Leader suddenly falls back, his strong arms supporting his body, powerful legs kicking towards the withdrawing Heavy Sword of the Imperial Guard Warrior, sending the heavy-bodied Warrior flying.

Then, using great force from his arms, the Wolfman Leader performs an agile backward somersault, completing a series of movements in the blink of an eye.

Landing on the ground, his legs abruptly kick off, once more swinging his claws towards the thrown Imperial Guard Decurion, and the Imperial Guard Warrior clad in Heavy Armor hasn’t yet managed to stand up, as the Heavy Armor provides formidable defense but sacrifices some agility in certain aspects.
