The First Store System

Chapter 892: Sudden Gain!

After reading the quest details, Aakesh waved his hands. The next moment, the screen faded into disappearance.

Since Aakesh had nothing to do, he closed his eyes and began another of his relaxation sessions.

Time flew by, and soon the first groupʼs six-hour stay in Panagea ended. The system forced them out one by one, and in no time, all the virtual portals turned vacant.

But soon after Garos, Elera, and Frederick exited the portal in the span of a second, the three customers whose turn had come rushed inside the portal room. In no time, all three virtual portals were filled by adventurers.

[Ding!]

[Host, the store in the Primal dimension has completed the achievement of selling products worth one-time the value of the Primal dimension!]

[The system has transferred one purer ordinary Sacred stone into your system space to congratulate you on the achievement!]

[Host, please see the quest screen for your next mission!]

The next moment, a blue screen adorned with golden borders appeared in front of him, and soon, regal fonts in gold began emerging slowly.

Around a minute later, all the content that should have been there appeared, and the further emergence stopped.

[Title: Unprecedented Achievement!

Details: Host, the store in the Primal dimension had achieved the condition of unlocking a series of store quests related to the sale amount by surpassing the total worth of the sales when compared with the value of the Primal dimension

Requirement: It isnʼt the end but only the beginning. Now that the store has made revenue worth more than the value of the Primal dimension; letʼs increase that value to ten times the value of the dimension

Time limit: Unlimited

Mission Reward: Ten purer ordinary Sacred stones

Failure Punishment: None.]

Aakesh was relaxing with his eyes closed when the mechanical voice of the system suddenly rang in his head, breaking his resting session.

Aakesh couldnʼt help but become surprised after hearing the information revealed by the system.

Even though it had only been around a week since Aakesh and the store had settled in the Sacred dimension, technically more than two decades had passed in the Primal dimension.

Aakesh then concentrated on the unexpected reward he received: a purer ordinary sacred stone.

The value that lesser and ordinary Sacred stones brought was entirely different, despite the fact that there was only a level difference between them, particularly concerning the purer types of stones.

One purer lesser stone was equivalent to five hundred usual stones, but for the ordinary stone, the conversion rate entirely changed.

Ten thousand usual ordinary stones were equivalent to a single purer ordinary stone. It was also the exchange rate between ordinary and higher level stones.

After calculating the high value of the reward he received, Aakesh focused on the screen in front of him.

It was the first time Aakesh saw a quest screen with golden borders. But since it was an unprecedented achievement, it made sense.

The sudden achievement activated a series of quests for the store, and the one in front of Aakesh was the first in line.

It would be a lie if Aakesh said that he wasnʼt surprised by the questʼs requirement. As for why he felt such, it was because he expected the questʼs condition to make revenue worth the total value of the Sacred dimension.

But what the quest wanted him to do was make revenue worth ten times the total value of the Primal dimension.

Since it had nothing to do with the store in the Sacred dimension, Aakesh lost the majority of his interest in it.

Jonnah was now entirely responsible for entirely handling the store. There was no way for Aakesh to contact Jonnah for now, so there was no point in worrying about the quest. Aakesh believed letting Jonnah act the way he was currently doing was the best choice, and the store would someday achieve the target.

As for how long it would take, Aakesh couldnʼt guess the exact amount of time. But what he approximated was a few thousand years.

Since there was no deadline or failure punishment, Aakesh didnʼt need to worry about anything. The only thing he needed to do was wait for the reward to arrive in his pocket.

”> It would be thousand of years for the Primal dimension, but not for him. It would only be a few years here.

[One million supreme Primal stones have been transferred to your account. You can deduct that amount using your employee card anytime you want.]

”Er!”

Jonnah was tending to the customer in front of him when the familiar store ownerʼs voice rang in his head.

When Aakesh left for the Sacred dimension, Jonnah became worried since he would have to handle hundreds of billions of customers daily in the store alone. But when Jonnah returned to the store after his departure, he heard the store ownerʼs voice in his head.

It was the system that took over as the store owner after Aakesh ascended. Even though Aakesh settled in the Sacred dimension, it didnʼt mean that the store here had left Aajkeshʼs control. To maintain the control of Aakesh over the store, the system moduled its voice as Aakesh and began to give instructions to Jonnah as Aakesh used to do before his ascendance.

”What happened to you, Jonnah?” The customer asked after finding Jonnah suddenly exclaiming.

”Itʼs nothing,” Jonnah smiled as he returned his focus to the store.

Only after the line in front of him turned empty did Jonnah communicate with the voice in his head.

The amount of one million supreme Primal stones was not insignificant, even though Jonnahʼs salary had been increasing every year.

Jonnah asked the voice about the reason for the reward, and when he heard it, his mouth and eyes flew wide open in shock.

At the same time, Jonnah became excited since the store achieved this achievement while he was working there. Jonnah was sincerely grateful to the store since it had changed its life.

Jonnah had the same level of respect for the store as he did for his mother.

Soon Jonnah returned to his work as another customer arrived in front of him. A smile spread across his face as he tended to the customer. Jonnah didnʼt have the capability of Aakesh to remember every face and name, but he still tried to remember as many faces and names as possible.

Thorr City was only one of the cities in the Fawkes Kingdom. The Fawkes Kingdom has been ruling over its territory for several million years now. Even though it hadnʼt succeeded in winning any new territory over the past several million years, it had also not lost even an inch of its territory despite being at war with its neighbors all the time.

All the living in the Sacred dimension were eternal, so they were more fierce toward expanding their Kingdom than in the Primal dimension.

Eternal lives were possible due to the laws of the dimension. But at the same time, the difficulty of eternal glory was also several times greater than in the Primal dimension. Similar was the desire of the rulers in their pursuit.

”What have I hired you for?” Jamie roared in anger as he heard a piece of news that had almost been forgotten by the people of the Fawkes Kingdom.

Jamie was none other than one of the two True Gods in the Fawkes Kingdom; he was also the current King of the Kingdom.

Jamie had just received a piece of news that Roatar Town had been captured by the soldiers of the Ronar Kingdom.

With this, the Kingdom had lost its territory for the first time in the past several million years. If Jamieʼs father got to know about it, Jamie would be in huge trouble, so he was roaring in anger at his soldiers.

Jamie and his father were the only two True Gods in the Kingdom. Jamie was only an early True God, while his father was close to reaching the intermediate sub-level.

Despite reaching the same cultivation level as his father, Jamie was frightened of his father since he had seen the cruelty of his father personally.

The territory the Fawkes Kingdom now held was the fruit of the previous Kingʼs blood and sweat.

The father had ambitions of expanding further, but that had put pressure on the coffers of the Kingdom, so Jamie became the next King.

Jamie was the opposite of his fatherʼs character. He had no ambitions of expansion, so the Kingdom enjoyed internal peace and growth for several million years.

Even though Jamie didnʼt like expansion, that didnʼt mean others wouldnʼt want to capture the territories controlled by the Fawkes Kingdom.

Jamie had sufficiently invested in the Kingdomʼs defense, so the Kingdom didnʼt lose even an inch of territory in the past several millions of years. It was also the reason the previous King gave free rein to his son.
