The First Store System

Chapter 871: Unique Creatures!

Since Aakesh had checked all the new products, it was time for him to enter the training area.

The next moment, both Aakesh and Lily disappeared from the store.

Lilyʼs face didnʼt look good, but when she looked at Aakeshʼs face, she could only sigh and choose her usual training environment.

Aakesh only smiled after seeing Lilyʼs antics. The next moment, he went to the weapons section and picked up a weapon randomly.

After choosing his training ground and pressing the switch, Aakesh appeared in the familiar battleground.

Aakesh then decided to check his weapon and found it to be a saber.

The next moment, the regular blue screen popped out in front of Aakesh. Aakesh reflexively tapped on the screen and chose to start from the first round.

Not long after, a wave of blue light washed over the battle arena, and when it disappeared, a new being had emerged on the stage.

The creature roared at Aakesh in anger as its eyes contained nothing but cruelty.

The creature in question had a human head but the torso of a Lion, while the body, starting from the neck to the waist, was of Gorilla.

The head was human, but the features werenʼt. There were two pairs of eyes, with one being similar to a human, while the other was Lionʼs eyes.

The creature thumped its chest and roared at Aakesh, provoking him.

Aakesh recognized the race of the creature since it was a unique creature in the Multiverse.

Unique creatures were those whose number never exceeded one at any point in time. But unlike other unique creatures, the being in front of Aakesh wasnʼt a Primordial or someone with high-level blood.

The creatureʼs race was Lizee, and it existed in the Sacred dimension. The highest power level reached by this race is the mid-levels of cultivation. Unlike other unique creatures, its strength wasnʼt something worth registering in the annals of history.

Aakesh wasnʼt disappointed after seeing Lizee as his next opponent. Lizee had its own combat technique, so it would at least give some challenge to Aakesh.

Ding!

The next moment, the bell announcing the start of the first round rang in the area.

The Lizee roared and charged at Aakesh, but it had only raised one of its feet when its body got vertically sliced into two pieces.

The battle ended as soon as it had begun. Despite cutting the Lizee in two, the saber in Aakeshʼs hands seemed to be as clean as ever.

Time flew by.

Clap!

The Lizee tried to catch Aakeshʼs saber, but its attempts were no less than suicide. Aakesh slightly turned the saber, and the next moment, it cleanly cut the creatureʼs hand into two.

Aakesh didnʼt stop there and kept the saber going, only to stop when it touched the hard surface of the arena.

Another battle, another victory for Aakesh. Soon after, the familiar blue screen popped out in front of him, asking him whether he wanted to proceed to the one-hundredth level, retry this level, or go to a different stage.

Aakeshʼs hands reflexively acted and chose to start the one-hundredth round of battle.

Ding!

Soon after, the familiar bell sound rang and announced the start of the one-hundredth battle.

Time was like a continuous stream as it continued to flow, and several minutes passed in the blink of an eye.

Thud!

A punch came Aakeshʼs way, knocking him several miles backward. Aakesh stabilized himself before he could fall and charged at the Lizee, pushing energy into his feet.

The Lizee suddenly thumped its chest and roared at the sky.

Aakesh felt his ears bleeding under that roar, but Aakesh had no time to waste on it as the sky was falling.

As if the roar had the power to summon the sky, Aakesh could see the gap between the arena and the sky decreasing. At the same time, the pressure coming on him from the ground also increased.

The sky and the ground wanted to crush Aakesh between them, but he wasnʼt going to wait for his death.

Aakesh suddenly stopped his charge. His eyes turned cold as he let go of the saber.

Click!

The saber made a clicking sound after its tip touched the battle arenaʼs surface, but then something unexpected happened as it continued to fall. Not long after, only the saberʼs handle remained on the surface.

At that time, the gap between the sky and Aakesh was almost equal to Aakeshʼs height. The Lizee, who was several times taller than Aakesh, seemed unaffected by the falling sky.

The surface suddenly started to change as the saberʼs handle began to melt. Giant sabers with the same appearance as the one Aakesh owned began to sprout from the ground.

The sky seemed to be nothing but paper in front of those rising sabers, as wherever they passed through the sky, the space crashed down.

It was Aakeshʼs ultimate saber skill for this round, the Saber World.

In no time, countless gigantic sabers had appeared all around the arena. In their presence, even the air seemed to turn as sharp as the saber. Wherever it touched the Lizee, a wave of blood would fall through.

Aakesh wasnʼt any good as the air didnʼt distinguish between friend and foe. Aakesh, whose movements were obstructed due to the falling sky, couldnʼt move away from the blades.

Only near the blades would he be able to stand freely without the crushing pressure from the ground and the sky.

The winner of this battle now seemed to depend on who would be able to preserve their life the longest. Aakesh seemed to have unlimited endurance, so even the blood loss didnʼt affect him much.

Time flew by, and a few seconds passed by.

The Saber World didnʼt seem to end any time soon, as it all depended on Aakeshʼs energy capacity. Aakesh didnʼt have to worry about it as his capacity was large enough to handle the activation of The Saber World for years, let alone several seconds.

The Lizee had sensed that if it didnʼt do anything, it would be the one to end up dead. The creature burned its blood, erupting with a force stronger than ever.
