The First Store System

Chapter 891: A New Day!

As the time set for Panagea by Aakesh came to an end, the system alerted Aakesh about it.

Since there was nothing that might make Aakesh extend his Panageaʼs time, he disappeared from the Panagea and appeared in the storeʼs hall.

The next moment, he sat down on the floor and took out the used purer lesser Sacred stone. He then started his meditation process.

Time flew by, and several hours passed in the blink of an eye.

[Host, the sun is about to rise on Thorr City!]

Aakesh opened his eyes after the systemʼs alert. The blue screen hadnʼt appeared since Aakeshʼs absorption rate showed no improvement.

Aakesh stood up from his spot and placed the remaining purer lesser Sacred stone in the systemʼs space. He then summoned the door to his room.

The next moment, a door emerged midair in the storeʼs hall, and not long after, stairs connecting the door to the floor appeared.

Time flew by, and a few minutes passed in a flash.

The closed door opened with a clicking sound, and soon after, Aakesh stepped out of it.

Only a few seconds remained before sunrise, but the light of dawn had already started appearing.

Soon the time passed, and the first clear ray of light pierced through the darkness covering Thorr City and the few cities around it.

On the planet, the sun rose at a rapid rate, so in only a few seconds, the cover of darkness had entirely receded into hiding, waiting for its time to arrive.

When the sun rose, a store on Seventeenth Street opened its door, announcing the start of another day for the store.

Unlike the usual days, today there was a crowd of four people waiting outside the store.

As soon as the store opened and Aakesh turned around, all four customers rushed inside the store.

Of the four customers, the first three to enter the store were suddenly shrouded in golden transparent lights, making them different from the last customer.

The four customers were Favan, Garos, Elera, and Frederick.

Since Frederick was the last to come here yesterday and waited for a long time, he decided to wait early today and enter the store at its opening time.

Favan looked in frustration and surprise at the three customers shrouded in transparent golden light. He didnʼt have to think about the reason for its appearance.

ʼDamn it!ʼ Favan cursed in his heart since he had been the first to enter Panagea since the store opened. Now that streak had broken after he wasnʼt in the group of three.

Frederick couldnʼt help but heave a sigh of relief after finding him as one of the three customers.

Time flew by, and several seconds passed in the blink of an eye.

Not even a minute had passed since the storeʼs opening when another customer rushed into the store.

A disappointed expression covered the customerʼs face as he already noticed a man waiting in the corner. It was none other than Ricky, who had also arrived earlier than usual.

Ricky also went to the waiting corner since he didnʼt have enough wealth to buy pills, weapons, or the training area. Buying cultivation arts appeared not even in his dreams.

More time flew by, and hours passed in the blink of an eye.

It had been three hours since the store opened for the day.

The store, which usually had only two or three people waiting, today had eight people waiting for their turn to arrive in Panagea.

Aakesh was currently looking at two screens only visible to him.

[Mission objective: Sell pills of every type to ten customers,

Requirement: Host, the store has successfully made the first sale of the pills. Now, its time for you to do your part and make more customers interested in the product,

Time limit: Six Days,

Mission reward: Five new types of Lesser level pills,

Failure punishment: Two of the five pill types would randomly disappear, and the sales commission would get reduced to 2.5% of the productʼs price for three years.]

[Quest Progress:

Body healing pill: 7/10,

Mental healing pill: 7/10,

Soul healing pill: 7/10,

Meditation pill: 3/10,

”> Energy purification pill: 10/10.]

Aakesh nodded as he read the progress made in the quest.

It was only yesterday that he got the quest, and the store had already achieved more than fifty percent of more than half of the requirements, while the energy purification pills had already been sold to ten customers.

The progress exceeded Aakeshʼs expectations, as almost all of the storeʼs customers up until now showed interest in the pills.

Aakesh then waved his hands, and soon after, the two screens faded into disappearance.

Aakesh didnʼt check the weapons or Panageaʼs quest since there was nothing to see there.

Aakesh then closed his eyes and began another of his relaxation sessions, while the eight people waiting for their turn to arrive were lost in their meditation.

Around one hour had passed after Aakesh began his relaxation session in silence. He suddenly opened his eyes as he heard footsteps approaching him.

Aakesh opened his eyes, and when he looked in the direction of the sound, he found her to be Ashley. She was coming out of the cultivation arts room.

”Store owner, I want to buy cultivation art,” Ashley said. Her tone still sounded haughty, but it could be seen that she was trying to make it respectful.

”Where is the art?” Aakesh asked as there was nothing in the hands of Ashley.

The next moment, Ashleyʼs face turned awkward. ”I couldnʼt find the one I wanted,” She added with an awkward smile.

Yesterday, when Ashley checked out the cultivation arts, she had given up on them after looking at the high prices.

But after leaving the store, she contacted her father and told him about the cultivation art.

Even her fatherʼs face changed in shock after learning about the sale of cultivation arts. He wanted to know the source of the sale, but unfortunately, his daughter refused to share any information about the source.

Since he couldnʼt just force her daughter to share something she didnʼt want, he decided to let Ashley be in control and sent the required amount for the purchase. The father also found the price to be expensive, but he also knew that knowledge was priceless.

There were banks spread across the Kingdom and the planet, so transferring money wasnʼt a huge task.

Ashley would have come early in the morning, but she had to wait for the banks to open and debit the amount. Even her status as the daughter of Corr Cityʼs lord didnʼt allow her to take advantage of her position.

The organization behind the banks was spread across the Sacred dimension, so it didnʼt even give a face to the Kings, let alone some city lordʼs daughter.

”Which one do you want?” Aakesh asked. Even he didnʼt know the total number of cultivation arts in the infinite space inside the shelf.

”The Art of Playing the World!” Ashley responded immediately.

It was the first time she had come across an item related to the Element of Mockery, so she couldnʼt let the art get out of her mind.

Aakesh nodded and then communicated with the system about it.

Aakesh then told Ashley to go ahead and take the cultivation art off the shelf. The system wasnʼt going to bring the cultivation art to Aakesh and Ashley.

***

”You need to pay five hundred ordinary Sacred stones,” Aakesh told her expressionlessly.

Ashley nodded, and soon after, a mountain of stones appeared inside the storeʼs hall.

After getting the cultivation art, Ashley even forgot about Panagea and left the store. She decided only to focus on the cultivation art for today.

As for Aakesh, he was busy hearing the system alerts.

[Ding!]

[Congratulations, Host, for selling the first cultivation art in the Sacred dimension. 5% of the selling cost of the product has been submitted to your inventory. You can use that money on anything.]

[Host, please see your screen for the first quest in the Sacred dimension.]

The next moment, a blue screen containing the details of a new quest appeared in front of him.

[Mission objective: Sell cultivation arts to four customers,

Requirement: Host, the store has successfully made the first sale of the cultivation art. Now, itʼs time for you to do your part and make more customers interested in the product,

Time limit: One month,

Mission reward: A hundred purer lesser Sacred stones,

Failure punishment: Sales commission will get reduced to 2.5% of the productʼs price for three years.]

Aakesh focused on the quest screen after hearing the alerts.

The quest in front of Aakesh was different in all categories: requirement, deadline, reward, and punishment.

The deadline for the quest had grown to one month, while the other quests had only seven days. But since the difficulty of the quest was also high due to the expensive price of the cultivation art, the longer deadline made sense.

The reward for the quest was monetary, not an increase in products. It also made sense since the system couldnʼt just introduce the higher level of cultivation arts by only selling four cultivation arts.
