His Beloved Treasure

Chapter 2064: Chapter 588: I’m Back_4

Mu Yichen almost laughing: ”Just say you want a drink, why bring grandma into it?”

”Is that a yes?”

The old man was overjoyed.

”No!”

Unexpectedly, Mu Yichen was so ruthless in his refusal.

The old man nearly tapped his head with chopsticks, if only he remembered he wasn’t a child anymore.

The old man sighed to himself, in a blink of an eye, so many years have passed and the grandson has already become a father.

”Fine! I’m sick of it! I need to watch out for everyone’s face just to have a sip of wine!”

The old man couldn’t help blurting out some unpleasant words.

”Grandpa, last time I went to your room, I smelled wine in there.”

Qin Mu’s eyes twinkled as she suddenly chirped in mischievously.

The old man seemed to have a string in him, originally loose, suddenly tensed.

”You drinking secretly behind our backs is fine, but if my mom sees...”

Mu Yichen naturally knew, and sighed with pretended difficulty.

”Alright, alright! You two little schemers, I won’t drink, okay? I’ll treat this bowl of soup as whiskey, OK?”

The old man even said ”OK,” leaving Qin Mu and Mu Yichen speechless, but Qin Mu still smiled at grandpa, while Mu Yichen had that deep look of ”You understand we’re doing this for you.”

After lunch, everyone returned to their rooms to rest, Qin Mu lay on the bed happily shaking her pretty little feet, Mu Yichen sat on the bed edge, looked down and saw her toes moving, and unconsciously smiled.

Since her father passed away, she hadn’t painted her toenails, she usually likes to paint them with weird colors.

Mu Yichen sometimes could guess her mood from the color of her toenails, and, long ago, felt he understood her well, all because of her toenail color, while she never paints any unexpected colors on her hands, her feet have all kinds of colors, such a person should be passionate inside.

Mu Yichen looked at her and found she was happily browsing her phone, guessing she was chatting with Qin Mingzhu on WeChat, so he said nothing and gently lay beside her.

Qin Mu’s eyes moved, seeing him lie down next to her, she instinctively pulled her knees in quickly.

Mu Yichen...

”Why did you suddenly lie down?”

Qin Mu asked him nervously, neglecting the phone.

Mu Yichen sighed helplessly, lay flat, clasped his hands behind his head, and smiled: ”I won’t bother you!”

Qin Mu...

Won’t bother her?

Qin Mu thought, why don’t I believe it?

Her gaze filled with suspicion, she looked at him for a long time, then slowly lowered her knees, but lost interest in looking at the phone, and couldn’t help lying beside him, raising her hand to gently cover his forehead: ”Is your head hurting?”

”Yes!”

”You had a lot of wine with Xiang Hang, how many bottles did you drink the day before yesterday?”

Qin Mu gently massaged his forehead with both hands, asking him.

”How could I remember how much I drank? That bastard Xiang Hang, taking advantage of you backing him up!”

Mu Yichen turned his head to look at her, eyes filled with some jealousy.

Qin Mu smiled, moved slightly, found a comfortable position to continue massaging: ”He wasn’t taking advantage because of me, you gave him to me, but celebrating his big day, you drank that much, you’re quite naughty.”

”Even so, I’m not happy!”

Mu Yichen grabbed her hand, then looked up at her.

”What will make you happy then?”

”This I find satisfactory!”

His pitch-black eyes filled with dominance and possessiveness, as if wanting to devour her.

”Really!? If it’s just this, I don’t mind! But if you do what you did this morning again, I’ll need a few days of recovery!”

Qin Mu’s voice was weak, not angry at all, just a bit worried, and Mu Yichen couldn’t help but furrow his brow: ”That serious?”

”Not that serious, but, almost!”

Qin Mu couldn’t help but bite her lip.

”Why didn’t you refuse this morning?”

Mu Yichen’s brow tightened.

Didn’t refuse this morning?

Qin Mu suddenly pouted, looked at him with a grievance.

Mu Yichen’s expression became even more serious.

”Let me see, if you’re hurt, you need to treat it promptly.”

”Oh come on! What’s hurt? Aren’t you kind to me? Just a bit tired, if you don’t want it, just hold back for the rest of today, if you still feel bad, you can give me a massage!”

Qin Mu grabbed his wrist, afraid he’d really examine her.

It’s not just there that’s uncomfortable, her whole body felt sore.

”It’s better to check first!”

Mu Yichen insisted.

Qin Mu grabbed his other hand too: ”Mu Yichen, don’t go too far!”

”It’s not like I haven’t seen!”

Mu Yichen saw her blush, but he couldn’t not check just because she was shy.

”No way! I say I’m fine, so I am!”

Qin Mu stubbornly refuted him and regretted deeply, she should have never mentioned, can’t say it again in the future, lest he insist on checking her.

”Let go!”

Mu Yichen’s pitch-black eyes grew colder.

”I won’t!”

Qin Mu insisted, her gaze determined and unyielding.

”Then tie you up!”

Mu Yichen said and released her, getting out of bed.
