Eternal Thief

Ace was astounded, ‘Thief’s Space exceeds all the requirements she had to use the Treasury Bind? Again, the system couldn’t be measured by common sense…’

Ace smiled wryly, and he no longer asked about this and readily agreed, “Alright, I’ll start the process.”

“System, use the thief’s space for Pixy’s Treasury Bind,” Ace ordered.

The next moment, a million thief points were deducted, which was a small amount considering his current wealth of thief points.

Suddenly, Ace felt a burning sensation in his chest. It was originating from the tattoo, and Pixy’s body also shimmered in kaleidoscopic brilliance.

A few moments later, the sensation fades away, and the system’s voice rings.

‘What changed?’ Ace thought as he didn’t sense anything extraordinary and looked at Pixy.

He was surprised to notice Pixy’s eyes were closed, and her wings seemed to emit a profound aura.

Thereupon, Pixy finally opened her eyes and seemed even more unfathomable; it was very strange.

“What a marvelous space… There are so many ‘functions’ and many haven’t even revealed themselves because you didn’t complete the requirements. Hehe, no wonder this space exceeded all the requirements.” She commented with a hint of ecstasy.

“You can see all the functions now?” Ace quickly asked as this was completely unexpected.

“No, I can only feel them, only those you have unlocked are visible. Anyhow, I can now not only activate those functions for you but also upgrade this place once you complete the requirements. Oh, and you no longer need to pay Thief Points for the upgrades.” Pixy dropped another bomb.

“Just what happened now? Can you communicate with the system now?” Ace was anything but calm now, as Pixy was simply too mysterious, and she even knew about the function of TP now.

The biggest surprise was that he no longer needed to pay TP to upgrade the Thief’s Space.

“Hehe, so you call ‘it’ system? I can’t communicate with the system, but this is part of me being the Wealth Administrator of Thief’s Space. You see, before Thief Points were needed to increase the space and power of the Thief’s Space. But I can do the same with my Treasury Bind—the more powerful my treasury’s potential, the stronger my power becomes as its Wealth Administrator.

“Furthermore, the defenses of the Thief’s Space have also been evaluated to another level, and I have absolute power over any and all the items you’ll put here. I can even alter or customize the middle level of the thief’s space, creating different ecosystems, structures, rivers, mountains, and even celestial bodies. But Thief Points need to be used as a catalyst.

“As for the lower level where a living being can’t enter, I can arrange it into a level-type treasury vault. At the upper level where we are currently, I can only customize the cultivation chambers of the house members as they wish. But they need to pay me with house points. I have no authority over your cultivation chamber and other facilities, other than being able to enter them.

“You can think of this like this: the system has the highest authority, and then you have the second-highest level of authority, and then I have the third-highest authority here in your absence,” Pixy explained patiently.

Ace was speechless when he heard the actual benefits of having a Wealth Administrator, and they were shocking.

‘She’s like a lesser version of the system now?’ Ace thought as he looked at Pixy with marvel, ‘Now that she can change the scenery and customize the Thief’s Space middle level, doesn’t this mean I can have her create anything as long as I have Thief Points? Even the system didn’t give me so much freedom!’

Taking a deep breath, he nodded, “I understand. Please take care of everyone.”

“Of course, since the system authorizes them and holds no danger in this place, I have nothing against them.” Pixy readily agreed before she said, “Lastly, to use the Wealth Value Manipulation, I need Thief Points as well. The stronger the treasure you want me to alter, the more Thief Points will be needed for this alteration.”

Ace frowned ever so slightly. “So, you need Thief Points to activate your power?”

“Yes, my abilities are interconnected, and the Treasury Bind ability is the main root of all my other abilities, whichever I’ll awaken in the future as well. Becoming the Wealth Administrator grants me the ability to use Thief Points from the system, and Thief Points seem to have the characteristics of ‘unknown’.

“Simply put, their limit of uses is unknown, which made them extremely precious, and that’s why my ability will become more powerful if I use it with them unless your own prowess surpasses the Thief Points in value!” Pixy stated.

‘Surpassing Thief Points in value?’ Ace instantly surrendered since this goal was just as difficult as going against Heaven!

“Alright, no problem.” He nodded.

Pixy seemed exhausted as she said, “This covers everything. Now I need to rest a little to recover from using the Primal Bond.”

“Go ahead.” Ace didn’t stop her, but the next moment, Pixy suddenly stepped forward and turned into a streak of light before she pierced into his chest again.

However, this time, she seemed to have entered the tattoo, and the next moment, the wings of the tattoo suddenly started to shimmer, releasing a warmth and mystical aura that actually made Ace feel extremely cozy and comfortable.

But what shocked Ace even more was that his cultivation seemed to be rising from this aura. Astounded, he thought, ‘Just what is a Primal Spirit, and where do they actually live? She’s clearly not the only one, or maybe she is…’

Ace shook his head. He knew he was far from qualified to probe into this mystery. Nonetheless, he had gained too many benefits from this golden-colored opportunity brought by the fate map.

This only made him wonder just what an amber color opportunity would bring him.

However, his expression suddenly became stern as he questioned the system, “System, explain to me how in the world I have a ‘True Name’ like a Primal Spirit. What is going on?”
