Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 1394: Chapter 103: Fatty’s Scheme (3)

”Haha.” Fatty’s shallow expression couldn’t hide his smugness.

”I really didn’t expect,” Feng Zhi exclaimed, ”General Tian is not only excellent in warfare but also a notable figure in the field of technology. The bandit army has such a strong technological foundation, Leefer’s attempt to use Thunderbolt Mecha to coerce other countries has truly misfired.”

Fatty, whose vanity was thoroughly indulged by Feng Zhi’s words, instantly regarded Feng Zhi as a kindred spirit. He felt that Admiral Chuckna was indeed remarkable, not only because he gave them great courtesy at the port but also due to his outstanding perception. Despite Fatty’s low profile, Admiral Chuckna’s insightful eyes had seen through him entirely, which was truly impressive.

The only flaw was that he spoke a bit too candidly.

”General,” looking at Haifer who was constantly signaling him, Feng Zhi’s heart raced as he changed the topic, ”I wonder what you plan to do with these technologies...”

Feng Zhi’s words immediately caught the attention of the generals from several countries.

Although among the more than forty member countries of the Fei Alliance, only Feiyang, Chuckna, and a few military dealers in the Ryan Republic have the qualifications and manufacturing capability to produce Twelfth Generation Thunderbolt Mechas, the thousands of components involved in Thunderbolt Mechas, the technology sharing of these parts, and even the order of mecha procurement are also related to each country’s interests.

Compared to the Western Alliance, the economic strength of Fei Alliance member countries is notably stronger. This is also the main reason why despite lagging in armament at the beginning of the war and facing Western Alliance’s aggressive attacks, they could still hold on. The primary strategy of the Fei Alliance is to exploit its strengths against the opponent’s weaknesses, dragging the economy and exhausting the Western Alliance countries’ strength. As long as economic advantages can be transformed into military combat power, this war can still be fought. Keep it up, and sooner or later, the enemy won’t be able to afford consecutive battles!

However, converting economic advantages into combat capability isn’t merely about starting the machines of military enterprises. Currently, what the member countries of the Fei Alliance need most are high-end weapons that can dominate the war. Not every country’s opponent is a superpower like Binart. In the current situation where the main forces are Sixth to Ninth Generation Mechas, Twelfth Generation Mechas represent a high-end strike force, a strategic troop!

Furthermore, once successfully purchased, the country’s military technology will benefit considerably from Twelfth Generation Mechas. Even if they can’t fully comprehend them, even if they can’t produce Twelfth Generation Mechas, building Ninth Generation Mechas to guide Tenth Generation Mecha development is more than sufficient.

”Technology is not an issue.” Fatty waved his hand boldly, ”The bandit army logistics department will select two companies to collaborate in producing new mechas, prioritizing meeting the allies’ needs.”

The people present looked enviously at Haifer of Fulong Sword Company and Robinson of Meteor Company. It was obvious that the two companies Fatty referred to were them. It was practically handing them money. With the bandit army’s technology, these two companies would not only receive plenty of orders but would also surpass other military dealers in technology.

Haifer and Robinson were overjoyed, their eyes shining, and their smiles were foolishly wide.

Their decisiveness had paid off handsomely at this moment!

Meanwhile, Admirals Houseni, Hurst, and Schutzman were equally delighted. Their respective countries lacked enough technology and manufacturing capabilities to produce Twelfth Generation Mechas; they could only rely on purchases. Initially, when competing for Thunderbolt Mecha purchasing rights, these three countries could only wait until countries like Feiyang or Ryan had satisfied their own needs before competing with others. Now, as a reward for their goodwill towards the bandit army, their priority rights were at the top.

Not much is needed; a mere three to five armored divisions composed of Twelfth Generation Mechas would elevate these countries’ army strength significantly.

”Additionally,” Fatty glanced around, smiling slightly at the generals feeling frustrated, ”the bandit army has two initiatives. Firstly, part of the bandit army’s technology will be provided free of charge to the bandit army’s friends. Additionally, the bandit army’s technology department will establish a new joint research team, inviting you all to send personnel to Mars for technical cooperation.”

Free provision? Cooperation? Everyone’s eyes lit up. Some couldn’t help but applaud loudly.

Everyone understood that Fatty was extending an olive branch. Today, Fatty’s displayed items already made people envious of the bandit army’s technological prowess. And the benefits gained by the countries and companies supporting the bandit army were enough to drive people crazy with envy. Originally, many regretted not being decisive enough, but now the bandit army’s willingness to offer technology to friends and open research labs for technical cooperation was undoubtedly great news for those present.

”Secondly,” as everyone watched eagerly, Fatty continued, ”the bandit army will form a joint force. The bandit army will provide mecha fighting skill guidance and teach combat skills. The mecha orders for troops stationed by the Alliance forces will be prioritized.”

With a loud crash, the entire hall erupted into a frenzy.

The bandit army’s fame didn’t stem from today’s technology but from this force of tens of thousands of advanced mech knights.

In today’s mainstream combat mode of close-quarter mecha fighting, the significance of close-combat techniques for a country’s military is well understood even by fools. The once-arrogant 31st Army was crushed and beaten by the bandit army like cutting vegetables, already becoming one of the hottest topics among the national armies. Having mech knights like the bandit army is precisely the ultimate dream of national army generals.

Currently, countries’ fighting skills remain at the level of mechanical control rules. Although some advanced mecha warriors have emerged, it’s due to the forced development of close-quarter combat following the outbreak of war and the expansion of troop numbers. However, enhancing the combat capabilities of all mecha warriors and fostering a larger proportion of advanced mech knights remains a challenging task in the short term.

Yet Fatty’s move has made all of this a reality. As long as one becomes part of the joint force of the bandit army, the bandit army’s close-combat techniques will become the coveted textbook of national armies!

For this, paying any cost is worth it!

Amidst cheers and applause, Feng Zhi secretly gave Fatty a thumbs-up.

As Admiral Chuckna, Feng Zhi was not as excited as other nations over Fatty’s promise. Chuckna is the bandit army’s staunchest ally, and anything Fatty offers, Chuckna will undoubtedly have.

What he admired was Fatty’s skill in conjuring value out of thin air!

Originally, the bandit army needed to rely on several super military dealers to acquire Twelfth Generation Mechas. But now, unknowingly, these Twelfth Generation Mechas have become his exclusive business. The Meteor Company and Fulong Sword Company, chosen as partners, must rely on his technology to fulfill orders. In the end, who is helping whom to make money is yet to be seen!

Moreover, his so-called science cooperation plan is ruthless enough, almost pocketing half of the scientists present. While countries can achieve technological leaps through it, the mysterious and powerful bandit army research department will gain even greater benefits. This department is foreseeable to become the nightmare of military dealers and a giant in the future.

And the most ruthless is Fatty’s alliance forces plan!

This plan not only binds the countries entirely to the bandit army but also adds a new elite force to the bandit army. Not only that, Fatty gathers their troops without being willing to spend money on equipment. Using prioritized allocation and mecha combat guidance makes people willingly spend to buy his mecha, arming his warriors to fight for him!

Damn, this strategy is too meticulously calculated!
