Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 499: Volume 6 Chapter 7 Pretend Hero

When Ritter was taken away, he was in such a mess.

The scene and his condition were so tragic that it brought tears to the eyes of anyone who saw it. Anyone beaten like this by a furious Fatty, assaulted both physically and mentally, would end up the same way.

Of course, they couldn’t let this somewhat valuable heir to the Howard family just be trampled to death. After a few Gazalin soldiers broke into a sweat lifting Fatty off him and dragged Ritter out from under his wild kicks, Ritter barely clung to life.

”Let me stomp him one more time. That damn bastard made me get scolded, damn him!” yelled the Fatty, as he struggled and twisted, trying to kick the dog-like Ritter while being held back.

The Feiyang and Gazalin people present all had twitching faces, thinking to themselves not to mess with this Fatty. His revenge was fierce.

And so, this farce ended. Thirty-six bodies were carried from various corners of the hotel to the lobby, waiting to be taken away. Even the battle-hardened warriors couldn’t help but gasp at the sight of these corpses.

A team of thirty-six elite warriors, completely wiped out in this hotel. Twenty of them were killed by heavy blows from a single person. Just thinking about it sent chills down their spines.

What kind of immense power was hidden beneath the white, chubby exterior of this Leray Major General commander?

Exclamations of amazement were heard repeatedly. The Feiyang and Gazalin warriors looked at the Leray soldiers with envy and admiration.

Whether it was Douglas or Fiscella, many of the generals who commanded military operations with ease were actually frail officers from the academy.

Warriors followed orders, but that didn’t mean they respected their officers. For these warriors who dealt with death daily, this Fatty felt more relatable and worthy of respect.

The only pity was, this general, daring to single-handedly infiltrate enemy lines to assassinate Stephen and easily deal with twenty armed warriors, was not their officer.

The Feiyang soldiers quickly evacuated the hotel, handing over the defense to the Leray people.

Before leaving, Douglas wanted to have a few words with Fatty to explain. But he found that Fatty didn’t seem to care about what the Feiyang people did. He just absentmindedly responded to Douglas while sneakingly listening to a guest room on the eleventh floor.

Douglas wisely bid farewell. Before reaching the stairs, he glanced back to see Fatty tiptoeing, with his ear pressed against the tightly closed room door, his honest face looking confused and dazed.

Douglas shook his head with a bitter smile and led the Feiyang warriors away silently. Everyone understood that this time, their Supreme Commander Fiscella had acted in vain. Fatty never needed anyone’s rescue from the start to the end.

The door was suddenly yanked open...

Fatty, standing a few meters away with his back to the door, hands behind his back, seemed to be deeply thinking about something.

Milan walked up and grabbed Fatty’s neck, saying angrily, ”You shameless Fatty, don’t think I don’t know you’re eavesdropping!”

Fatty shrank his neck and turned around to deny it, but he saw Bonnie standing next to Nia, beautiful as ever, with that calm, gentle smile on her face.

Fatty blinked, not understanding what had happened between Milan and Bonnie. Initially expecting them to clash fiercely, yet the scene was unexpectedly peaceful. No matter how he looked, there didn’t appear to be any tension between Bonnie and Milan.

Fatty suddenly felt a chill in his heart, sensing something odd.

Before he could figure it out, Bonnie and Nia had already walked away.

When their figures disappeared around the hallway corner, a soft body gently leaned against Fatty’s back.

”Heartless Fatty,” Milan murmured softly.

Fatty turned around to see Milan with teary eyes: ”I missed you so much.” Her soft voice, like a cool spring, slowly seeped into Fatty’s heart.

Fatty suddenly felt a heat in his eyes. The hard metal shell forged by over a year of bloody battles in Gazalin, amidst deceit and smoke, was completely stripped away in that moment. All because of the tender words of this woman in front of him.

This beautiful girl had secretly crossed the dangerous star domain and came to wartime Gazalin for only one reason: to find him.

The suppressed longing was fully unleashed.

The two embraced and kissed with all their might. Milan’s body became hot and feverish. Seeing her flushed cheeks and dreamy eyes, Fatty felt intoxicated.

Her smooth, fragrant lips, her silky skin, her voluptuous figure, were always his dream.

You reap what you sow. As Fatty led Milan into the luxurious presidential suite with affectionate tenderness, he never expected to fall into an unbelievably seductive trap.

A short separation enhances the desire, what about a long one?

The long separation had transformed our yearning into a burning desire, flourishing unhindered at the Tanville Hotel. It was the kind of intense mingling that felt like one wanted to merge the other into their own body and soul.

Milan grew more and more enchanting, and time and again, Tian Xingjian embraced the woman, whose eyes were clouded with desire, attempting to conquer and challenge her limits.

Her body, already aroused, was like a hot, bewitching snake. With her soft moans, swaying waist, trembling bosom, and plump, supple hips, she ignited their mutual desire.

In the end, Milan was conquered. After she once again reached a peak of ecstasy where it felt like life and death were intertwined, she pleaded pitifully for mercy. But her enchanting demeanor while begging made Fatty lose control once more.

”You should use your remaining strength to chase the enemy until they are completely routed, and not seek fleeting fame,” Fatty decided to give it his all, thinking that since he had struggled in this sensual trap for an entire day and night, a bit more wouldn’t matter. At worst, he could just eat a few more eggs to replenish his energy.

When Fatty finally boarded the transport ship, Douglas, who came to see him off, saw a pale-faced Fatty and a radiant girl smiling sweetly.

”Lust is like a blade that scrapes the bones,” they say, and it’s true. Why is Cloudborne Crane’s qinggong so good? It’s because he is so lightweight.

The transport fleet consisted of two high-speed cruisers from the Expeditionary Army, two giant transport ships, one battleship, and several damaged ships.

Since Little Pyrenees currently lacked the capability to repair large warships, and the Knevel Republic’s economy was insufficient to fully supply both the Expeditionary Army and its own fleet of seven in total, these warships were headed to the Leray Federation Central Star Domain for supplies and repairs.

The Leray Armored Division, which had been detached from the Expeditionary Army, would follow the fleet to Miloke for rest and then join Leray’s new operational sequence. Fatty, meanwhile, would go directly to the Supreme Command Department located at the capital for further investigation.

Naturally, no pirates dared to harass such a fleet. After a smooth and rather dull voyage, the fleet first arrived at the Newton Star System’s Miloke Planet.

When saying goodbye to Rashid and Stewart, Fatty was dumbfounded to see Milan and Bonnie bid farewell as well.

Milan had invited Bonnie to visit the academy.

Fatty, who had no idea what was going on, could only watch as his woman was taken away by his other woman.

What the hell is this? Fatty gloomily hugged Nia, trying to bury his head in her chest to sob, but she mistook his intentions and blushed, hitting him hard.

When the transport fleet set sail again and arrived at the Leray Central Star System’s Capital Star, it happened to be the last day of the ten-day deadline.

Fatty wept as soon as he disembarked the transport ship.

He was secretly taken away in a flying car with his head covered by a paper bag with two round holes, giving him the impression of a criminal whose heinous crimes were enough to enrage the masses.

”Russell!” Fatty cried. ”You’re using me and then discarding me!”

”I didn’t commit any crime!”

”I am innocent!”

”I am a hero of the Federation! I fought bloody battles on the front lines...”

Amidst the frantic officers, Fatty wept and muttered all the way.

Fatty was unaware of the sensation he had caused back home and didn’t understand why he needed to leave with his head covered.

In fact, for the Supreme Command Department, Fatty’s return had to be kept absolutely secret. If anyone saw this guy in a uniform without shoulder patches or heard even one unguarded remark before he was properly settled, it could stir uproar in Leray.

In this country, he was a hero.

”Damn it!” The officers responsible for the escort could hardly believe that this shivering Fatty was the Federation Hero they had heard so much about.

”He must be an impostor, right?”
