The First Store System

Chapter 808: The Opening Day(1)

After getting the id card for himself and Lily, Aakesh returned to the store.

Aakesh didnʼt need the id card much since he was going to be staying inside the store and didnʼt need to buy anything from the outside, but Aakesh still completed the process since he was free. And also, no one knew what might happen in the future or what might turn important.

After returning to the store, Aakesh and Lily had nothing to do. The day and night cycle was forty-eight hours here, and not even half of the day had passed, so there were several hours left before the opening of the store.

Aakesh and Lily could enter Panagea, but the system shared new information with them at that time. The entry to Panagea was closed at the moment, and they would only open with tomorrowʼs storeʼs opening.

Apart from Panagea, Aakesh and Lily also had training areas. But since it was the first day of ascendance, and Lilyʼs result in tribulation made Aakesh satisfied with her progress, Aakesh decided to let her skip it.

Now, the duo had only one else thing left to do.

The next moment, Aakesh summoned the door to his room.

Soon, the duo began a meditation session, using the used lesser Sacred stones.

Aakesh and Lily were beings who had lived for tens of thousands of years, so sitting in meditation for some thirty-forty hours wasnʼt a big deal.

In meditation, time passed as if it were a blur, and the hours slipped by without notice.

[Host, the sun is about to rise in Thorr city. Prepare for opening the store!]

The meditating session got interrupted as the systemʼs emotionless and mechanical alert rang in Aakeshʼs room.

Aakesh opened his eyes and saw the stone had dimmed a lot after this meditation session.

Aakesh inhaled and exhaled a deep breath as he stood up. Lily also woke up from her meditation.

The next moment, a blue screen popped in front of them.

Aakesh only took a glance at it and made the screen disappear since there was no visual growth in their absorption process.

Aakesh then freshened himself and dressed in his usual slightly yellow dhoti while being barechested. He tied his hair into a bun and was finally ready.

As for Lily, she jumped on the bed to sleep since she didnʼt have unlimited endurance like Aakesh, and her cultivation level was also low.

After it, Aakesh left the room as the stairs automatically appeared before his foot could land on them.

Time flew by, and the sun finally rose on Thorr city.

Unlike the planet Visteerna, the world here didnʼt follow the same day and night cycle.

In the Kingdom in which Thorr city was located, there were five time zones alone, and the planet had hundreds of such Kingdoms.

But these things had nothing to do with Aakesh since the store followed the time zone around Thorr city.

As the sun rose in its glory and forced the darkness to hide, Aakesh opened the door to the store for the first time ever in the Sacred dimension.

At the same time, a front board emerged on top of the storeʼs building, with The First Store written in golden fonts. The system had done the usual, as the language was universal. If Vurronʼs were to look at it, they would read the content in their native words.

As Aakesh opened the store, an empty street welcomed his sight. It had been a long time since Aakesh saw such a sight, so he returned to his chair, waiting for the first store to come.

Aakesh then looked at the counter and found them still empty. It was unexpected for Aakesh since he believed that the system would store pills here for the sale like the last time.

Since there were no customers, Aakesh had nothing to do, so Aakesh asked the system about it.

[Host, you need to complete a quest, and then all the three remaining products active in the Primal dimension would make their appearance.]

Aakesh nodded after hearing the systemʼs response. As for the quest, he didnʼt worry since he knew that it would appear after the store made its first sale in the Sacred dimension.

Time flew by, and around an hour passed in the blink of an eye.

In the last hour, let alone a customer, Aakesh hadnʼt seen even a shadow approaching it.

Aakesh, who was relaxing, suddenly straightened up as he saw a customer approaching the direction of the store.

Not long after, their silhouette appeared in front of the entrance.

”A non-Vurron store owner,” The man at the door muttered as he looked at Aakesh comfortably seated on his chair.

The manʼs face turned ugly since he never expected a non-Vurron to buy this piece of land. In fact, he was the one who used to sell his items before the empty ground where the store now stands.

His name was Favan, and he was a late Divine Transformation level cultivator. Since Aakesh didnʼt hide his cultivation, his early Divine Transformation cultivation was clearly sensed by Favan.

Favan felt another shock in his heart as even an idiot could find out that the non-vurron didnʼt have an ordinary status. For an early Divine Transformation to spend several ordinary Sacred stones was no less than a miracle.

Favan knew when to act, so he pushed his disgust down, and a smile appeared on his face as he entered the store.

”Are you the store owner?” Favan fawningly asked.

Aakesh clearly sensed the emotional change in the manʼs eyes, but since he didnʼt care, he simply nodded in response to the manʼs question.

”What do you sell here?” Favan asked, continuing his fawning tone.

Favan didnʼt care for Aakesh being a non-vurron or non-demon as long as he could gain benefits. Nothing was worth more than benefits for Favan since the arrogance of the Demons wasnʼt going to feed him.

”The store currently only sells a single product...,” Aakesh began introducing the only sellable product currently available in the store.

As Favan heard about there only being a single product, he scoffed in his heart, considering Aakesh as some arrogant young master, but the fawning smile remained on his face. But as time passed and he learned more about the item, the smile disappeared from his face, and shock took its place. In the end, his mouth was so wide open that his veins began to show up across his face.

Favan was an ordinary citizen from Thorr city with no background, so he didnʼt know much about the world outside here. But even he knew that the effects of Panagea werenʼt simple. It was an artifact that the likes of him couldnʼt even imagine seeing, let alone using.

But when Favan heard about the price, his heart knew no bounds of excitement and shock.
