The First Store System

Chapter 806: The First Day in the Sacred Dimension(1)

[Host, itʼs the purest form of lesser Sacred stones!]

[These will help you in your cultivation.]

[From the third phase, the Host would no longer need to depend on the storeʼs quest for cultivation or skills. Host can now grow their cultivation using these energy stones and even learn skills depending on their inspirations.]

[Host, these are the welcome gift for starting the third phase of the store.]

[You will have to pay for these stones if you want them in the future. One of these is equivalent to five hundred of the usual lesser Sacred stones.]

Aakesh couldnʼt help but look surprised as he heard the systemʼs response.

From the moment Aakesh had opened his eyes, Aakesh had gained levels only after completing quests.

Even though the training helped him to gain attributes in strength and agility, his level remained the same unless he completed a quest that rewarded an increase in power level.

”Hey, system, Is it done suddenly, or was it always the plans?” Aakesh suddenly had a doubt and couldnʼt help but ask.

After listening to why the lesser Sacred stone was here for him, and the exchange rate, Aakesh had a doubt that the system did this because of his grand splurge in setting his inheritance.

In the Primal dimension, he didnʼt need to spend any money on his cultivation, so he had incalculable wealth.

[Host, the system for the different phases of the store had been decided from the start. The system canʼt interfere in it in any way to manipulate it.]

The system understood Aakeshʼs reason for asking the question, so it responded right away in its usual emotionless and mechanical voice.

After hearing the systemʼs response, Aakesh stopped doubting it. As for whether what the system said was true or not, Aakesh wasnʼt petty enough to distrust the system over finally having to spend money.

Since these purer forms of lesser Sacred stones were for Aakeshʼs cultivation, he decided to have a taste of it right now.

The next moment, Aakesh took out two stones from the pouch. He handed one to Lily while keeping the other one.

Soon after, the duo sat down on the ground in a meditative pose.

The lesser Sacred stone left Aakeshʼs hands and began to float right in front of the area between his eyebrows.

After becoming a Divine Transformation level cultivator, the past pocket space would turn into a world that was also known as Kingdom once the cultivator became a true god.

This world was in its rudimentary phase and it was placed in the sea of consciousness of the cultivator.

The Divine Transformation level cultivator would also need to use a space artifact as their world wouldnʼt be able to hold anything due to unstable laws. Putting anything in the world of a Divine Transformation cultivator was no less than giving up on it.

A blinding light emerged from the floating stone, and its rays pierced the area between the eyebrows.

Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, a half hour had passed.

The stone was still floating with all its splendor. If not for Aakeshʼs excellent sight, he wouldnʼt have even noticed the change in the light of the stone.

Aakesh then turned around and looked at Lily, only to notice that the amount of energy absorbed by her was even less than him.

Suddenly, a blue screen popped out in front of the duo.

[0.001% energy accumulated till the next breakthrough!]

[0.0007% energy accumulated till the next breakthrough!]

Aakesh and Lily couldnʼt help but look in shock at each other after reading the content on the blue screen.

Half an hour of meditation had only increased one-thousandth of one percent energy. If Aakesh were to calculate the time while comparing this rate of energy absorption, it would take Aakesh tens of years just to reach Level 8(intermediate). The time taken by Lily would be even higher.

”Hey, system, isnʼt the absorption very slow?” Aakesh asked the system right away.

In the third stage of the tribulation, both he and Lily had completed all the maximum possible rounds of destruction and reformation, so they both had undeniable excellent talent.

Since it took such a long time despite their excellent talents and heaven-defying bloodline, the system needed to answer.

[Host, the energy absorption rate would grow as your body gets used to it!]

Aakesh and Lily both heaved a sigh of relief after hearing the systemʼs response.

It was typical for cultivators in the Sacred dimension to cultivate for centuries only to gain one sub-level, but Aakesh and Lily werenʼt satisfied with this amount of time.

Aakesh then placed the two stones back into the pouch and threw the pouch on the bed.

Lily and Aakesh then left the room and returned to the storeʼs hall.

”Hey, system, whatʼs the day and night cycle here?” Aakesh asked the system as the door and stairs were slowly disappearing.

In the Primal dimension, a day consisted of twenty-four hours. It was fifteen hours in light, while the remaining nine hours stayed in the dark.

Day and night were the same for cultivators here in the Sacred dimension since cultivation was a time-intensive process. The same was the case for Aakesh, but he needed to follow the rule of the store opening from sunrise to sunset set by the system.

[Host, a cycle of day and night consists of forty-eight hours in this part of the world! The day is of twenty-four hours, while the night is also of the same amount of hours.]

Aakesh got his answer right after. Hearing the systemʼs reply, Aakesh didnʼt know what to feel. The store time for him had grown when compared with the Primal dimension, but at the same time, the night time where he could do whatever he wanted also had increased.

But when Aakesh remembered the time he would have to pour in meditation for his cultivation, Aakesh understood his workload had increased.

Aakesh then stopped thinking about it and decided to see the outside world since the store wouldnʼt open till the next day.

The door was the sliding door, so After unhooking the latch, Aakesh opened it.

As Aakesh took a step outside, the busy market appeared in his sight.
