Not Being a Trainer This Time

Chapter 294: Chapter 204: Reversal Series Cuisine (2-in-1)_3

”No need to be so surprised, I quite enjoy this feeling. Come on! Let me take you on a tour of my domain!”

Giratina wanted to use its Psychic powers to take Naoki flying for a tour, but there was no reaction, so it couldn’t help but turn its head in confusion.

Naoki could only explain, ”In my current state, I haven’t truly entered the Reversed World...”

Giratina was slightly puzzled, ”Then why not come in?”

Naoki thought to himself, I’m afraid you’ll bombard me for over ten minutes with your special moves again!

But he couldn’t say that, so he just replied, ”I haven’t found a way to get in yet.”

Giratina: ”That’s simple. I can connect to the real world through the water’s surface. From now on, I can open an entrance to this place for you anytime.”

Naoki: ”...”

Seeing he was silent, Giratina glanced around its territory and then sighed:

”Alas, compared to the world you live in, this place is simply terrible. Indeed, it’s not a place for humans to live. If only flowers could grow here too.”

Giratina’s tone was envious. Naoki felt that if it were the original Giratina, it would probably go beyond envy to jealousy and hatred.

That’s why it teamed up with Volo to cause space-time rifts to destroy the real world.

It’s like a neglected child taking revenge on its parents, and Arceus happens to be that parent.

At this moment, Giratina suddenly invited:

”I see you’re skilled at planting flowers. Could you come here and help me plant some on those Floating Islands?”

Naoki: ”...”

He didn’t know how to answer.

Help! If Giratina wakes up, there’s no way it would let him go!

Just then, an aura of black energy suddenly emerged from Giratina in front of him.

The black energy swirled around its body, and in the next second, the ”shining” Giratina returned to its original form.

It glared with wide eyes, angrily, ”Damn it, what did you do to me?!”

Seeing it like this, Naoki actually felt relieved.

He sincerely said, ”It’s good to see you like this.”

Upon hearing this, Giratina’s fury was instantly extinguished.

It exhaled two heavy breaths through its nose, ”Hmph, forget what I just said! I wasn’t envious of you! Foolish humans!”

Naoki was startled, ”Are you still you in that state?”

Though the words were ambiguous, Giratina still understood the meaning.

It glared, annoyed, ”I am me!”

Naoki fell into contemplation.

”The Cooking Effect doesn’t seem permanent. No, it’s not necessarily so. It might be because Giratina is inherently the master of the Reversed World, so it can reverse itself back.”

”It seems that after a change in temperament, the Pokémon remains the same Pokémon and doesn’t switch personalities. It’s just that due to the change in character, it might say things it usually wouldn’t express.”

In that case, what Giratina just said might be its true feelings? It really envies the vibrant real world?

Naoki asked with a smile, ”Does your earlier invitation still stand?”

What invitation? Giratina was momentarily stunned, then realized it was about inviting this human to plant flowers. A flash of emotion crossed its mind.

But at that moment, it refused to admit it was part of itself.

Giratina snorted irritably, ”I never said such things!”

”Alright, alright.” Naoki felt it was almost time, so he said, ”I’ll head back for now. See you next time!”

Saying that, the effects of the Poisonous Mushroom Soup gradually faded, and Naoki’s figure left the Reversed World.

Giratina, which was about to rant, was taken aback.

He just left like that?
