I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1437 20.1 Vearth - Interns

Bumping into the children of their future masters and superiors, Leng Jun, Chuchu, and Leone were stunned and speechless. They didnʼt know what to do and just lowered their heads, copying the two wardens before them. The group of children were delighted to see the Chief Warden and Warden Yun Ming. Because this means that with these two going back to Vearth, so are their parents.

Ye Jingxia and the twins hugged the two wardens, while Ye Qinjing and An Juehua had also come over with a smile.

Ye Jingxia said, ”Uncle Lou! Uncle Yun! If you two are back, does that mean Dad and Father are also back?”

”Yes, Young Lord Jingxia. The Masters had told you to come meet them in that place,” said Warden Yun Ming.

”Really!? Then we will go ahead then!” said Ye Jingxia as he ran back to their eldest brother, Ye Qinjing. The same goes for the twins, and they instantly disappeared on the spot as Ye Jingxia used teleportation to leave the place.

This scene left Leng Jun, Chuchu, Leone, and Lev speechless and dazed.

Lev commented, ”Wow~ that big brother is amazing! They all disappeared!” He was even clapping his small hands as what he saw was magical.

An Juehua, who was entertained by the little cub, rubs his head with a smile and says, ”They had just teleported. You can also do it when your father buys you the teleportation bracelet.”

”Really! Big sister!” said Lev with an excited gaze as he looked at the young lady with round eyes.

An Juehua responded, ”Of course!” Then she raised her head and looked at the two wardens.

”Lord Chief Warden, Lord Warden Yun, my Father wishes to meet you,” she said.

After the reinstatement of the God of Void as the Sovereign of the Nether System, his friend, Lord An Liang, had taken over the empty seat as the Lord God.

Normally, this position would be given to Chief Warden, who is the right-hand man of the God of Void, but since it was decided that the Chief Warden and Warden Yun Ming are to act as guards of the God of Void in the lower realm, the position of the Lord God was given to An Liang.

Lord And Liang is the only friend of Ye Xiajie in Vearth. Though it can be said that he trusted him 100 percent, their relationship is quite good and only second to the brotherhood of Shen Siwang and Ye Xiajie.

But after his betrayal during the trial of resurrection for the God of Void, which caused Hei Anjingʼs death in the mortal realm, he, who was supposed to die as a result, was pardoned due to the forgiveness of the God of Destruction himself.

It is more likely that the reason for his betrayal was because his and Hei Jueʼs daughter were used as a bargain for this betrayal, and he never gave away the most important information, like the current situation of the God of Void at that time.

Though all the hardship was borne by Hei Anjing, he didnʼt hate this cousin-in-law of his that much; after all, he is the other half of his cousin, Hei Jue, and it was to protect his niece, An Juehua.

So, when An Juehua was saved when Lord An Liang broke down and was about to offer his life for his sins, even the God of Void was enraged that he wanted to kill his friend on the spot, and Lord Hei Anjing chose to forgive him. After all, if he were in his position, he might have done the same thing. Though not as foolish as how An Liang had done so,.

So, for his punishment, An Liangʼs soul is now connected to the Nether System. Once the Nether System is destroyed in the future, so will his soul. This is the last mercy the sovereign God of Void and Darkness could give him.

Hei Jue, who never went along with Ye Xiajie, chose to work for the Nether System to support his husband. Juehua, who heard the whole story, was so sorry for the family of Lord Hei and Lord Ye. Full of guilt, she also chose to work for the Nether System as well. She had become the first female warden in the Nether Prison and was well-known as the ruthless queen.

The two wardens bid An Juehua farewell. Though the little girl is young, her strength is already at a God-King level.

”Then Lady An, please continue your patrol. We shall go ahead,” said Warden Yun Ming. ”Also, the current state of your parents, you shouldnʼt mind it too much. If you want to know about the real relationship between your parents and the lords, you can always seek their audience. You are from the Hei family after all.”

An Juehua was stunned only for a moment and understood the hidden meaning within the words Warden Yun Ming had mentioned. She clasped her hands, lowered her hand, and bid her farewell.

”Thank you for the advice. I will keep it in mind,” said An Juehua before taking her leave. She even smiled and waved her hand towards the little cub, Lev, who was also waving her chubby hands towards her, and then she finally resumed her patrolling duties.

After Warden An Juehua had taken her leave, their small group walked forward towards the castle. Even though the others are a bit curious about the conversation between Lady An and the other two wardens, they didnʼt dare to openly ask for it. As it might involve a serious subject that even involves their Lords.

Warden Yun noticed the tension and silence among the ones following behind them and said, ”Donʼt worry about Lady An. Since it involves their family, only their family can solve it as well. Follow us and meet your superior. I and the Chief Warden have a mission to follow the Sovereigns to the lower realms, so we wouldnʼt be able to look after you all the time.

We rarely come back to Vearth as we are busy with some missions.”

”Your superior will be Lady Anʼs father, Lord God An Liang. He is also a good friend of Milord and handles everything about the Nether System. Donʼt worry, he is a friend, man, unless you broke the rules,” Chief Warden Lou said. ”Though if you broke the rules, he is more ruthless than Milord, so you should keep that in mind.”

The group finally entered the castles and went to the office of the Lord God. There is a throne hall, but that place wasnʼt used recently as Ye Xiajie is always away and Hei Anjing is always asleep. Normally, the Lord God is also allowed to use the throne hall, but Lord An Liang never did so.

Not only doesnʼt he see himself as one of the leaders of this place, he also has guilt in his heart, making it hard for him to do the regular things. In Lord An Liangʼs mind, his current situation is not different from the prisoners in the Nether Prison. Even if Ye Xiajie and Hei Anjing forgive him, he canʼt forgive himself.

---

At the Lordʼs Office...

The office was half the size of the throne hall, yet there are lots of literary gods working on paper, which run the whole Nether System. These Gods and Goddesses possessed cultivation of the god king to Mythical God stages. This shows that despite working on paper, their cultivations are enough to defend the Nether Prison if something happens.

Among them is the Lord God, who sat at the largest table and was surrounded by piles of papers as if they were endless.

Lord God An Liang, who was reading through the paper in his hand, shouted. ”Who made this damn report? This prisoner had more sins than his merits. If he wanted to be bailed, his merits alone arenʼt enough. Throw him in the detention hall and have him work for the rest of the merits he needs. If he didnʼt wish to do so, just throw him to the Lava Spring and start his torture!”

”Yes, Lord God!” A few gods under his command were kneeling, asking to be pardoned.

The Nether System has been having some issues, especially after some special-grade prisoners escaped from the Nether Prison. Though most of them had been taken back in, there are some who had successfully escaped from Vearth, though under heavy sacrifices.

There is also the return of the God of Darkness and Void, but there is still no news about him returning to his throne as the Sovereign, and a lot of sinners wanted to take on this situation as an opportunity to do some more things that might lead to another prison break. Thankfully, An Liang, holding the fort of the Nether Prison, would truly lose their reputation.

”Lord God, there are some issues with the prisoners at the lower level! No one knows where they got the information that the sovereign God isnʼt in the netherworld right now and wants to revolt!”

”Hmp! Double... no, triple! Their punishment. As long as they suffer more torture, those bastards will shut the hell up!” said Lord God An Liang.

It was at this moment that the Chief Warden and the rest of his group, who had just arrived, spoke up to let the others know about their presence.

Chief Warden Lou Wuye spoke, ”Lord An, since there is a problem with the lower hell, I will go ahead and restrain them. Mingʼer will explain the rest.”

”Chief Warden!?”

”Itʼs the Chief Warden! This issue can be solved!”

”Those bastards are out of luck now.”

The Chief Warden used his authority in the Nether System and immediately opened a space door that leads to the Lower Hell. He wore his trademark pure black, full-plated armor and walked into the door. Yun Ming sees him off until the space door slowly fades. Before the space door completely disappeared, everyone in the office heard the terrified cries of the prisoners from Lower Hell.

”Ack! Itʼs the Chief Warden!”

”Fuck! Why did this person come back?”

”Free up those wardens we captured! We are truly going to die if he sees it!”

”Itʼs too late. I saw it already.” The cold voice of the Chief Warden resounds in the darkness, and the loud screams of the prisoners in the Lower Hell scream in agony. Only then did the space door he passed through completely disappear.

Silence descended within the Lord Godʼs office for a moment before every god in the room resumed their duties as if nothing happened at all. It was only at this time that the haggard Lord God An Liang listed his head from the papers on the table to Warden Yun Ming.

Lord God, An Liang spoke with dark circles under his eyes. ”Xiao Ming? If you guys are back, so is Xiao Ye. Youʼve returned at the right time. Are those guys behind you the new recruits?”

”Only two of them are. This father and son are Quasi-chaos beings. They are servants of my Master. They will work for the Mo Clan and Nether System simultaneously as field wardens. They are here for registration,” Warden Yun Ming said.

Lord God An Liang looked up and observed the four who were beside Warden Yun Ming. He noticed that among the four, one is a soul, the small one is a child, and only the other two are fit to work. His eyes lingered at the father and son and he noticed the special aura in them. It was similar to that group of chaos creatures that was registered under the Mo Family.

Chaos Beings: Itʼs been recently known that the Mo Clanʼs race is not that of a god but divine beings born from Chaos itself. It can be said that they are the children born from the power of the God of Chaos, who died a long time ago.

An Liang mumbled, ”Itʼs no wonder that no one had noticed the Mo Clan for a long time because the chaos creatures are able to change their aura and blend with the aura of other beings. Okay, I will have them registered.”
